Let me start off by saying Bentley of edison is a great place to purchase a car. I was not buying a Bentley lol, but I was trading in my car. They gave me a great price for my Honda Civic coupe, even better than the dealership. The customer service was amazing even during their busy time. I was able to trade my civic coupe for a civic si. Santiago Piriz (sales consultant), and Jefferey Berger (Finance manager) were great and made the process very easy.

First of all, Im a Proud Army Retired Veteran and never thought I would live long enough to see the day that I would own a Bentley. This car is the car of my dreams. I must say that I have never in my life had such an experience buying a car. Professional Service, friendly and down to earth, I guess when you buy a Bentley you should expect this type of treatment. My salesman Daniel was the most professional salesman I have ever dealt with and I have had Many cars in my days. I had a little financial issues,, but they got me approved with a great affordable deal. I had a Maserati and a Corvette Z06 and wanted to combine them, so I found this perfect Centennial GT S. I was just window shopping. Bentley of Edison made it a reality. I didnt believe I really owned it until I got home😆😆. I feel privileged to write this review. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who even thinks about owning a Bentley! I have my Dream Car now and thats all I got to say about that!! Thank you Bentley of Edison!!😍😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩

I am a person who routinely buys cars throughout the United States. Whether its a Raptor from Detroit or a Ferrari from Texas, I have had dealer experiences that have been good and bad. I can tell you that my recent experience with Bentley of Edison was exceptional. I sincerely think you would be hard pressed to find a better dealership team. My contact was with Daniel, a honest, fair and highly knowledgeable sales representative, Larry, a truly great manager, and Jeff, a sharp as a tack financing manager. I couldnt ask for a more honest, fair and professional experience. These guys are all top shelf. A wonderful experience from start to finish. my sales executive was Mike Pizzi. He was kind, courteous and professional. he made me feel welcome and comfortable. At no point did I feel like I was being “sold” on anything. he provided me with all of the information I needed to make my decision and i decided on a BMW X6M. After we agreed on our deal I was handed over to Jeffrey Berger for the Financials. Jeff Displayed the same kind of professionalism as Mike and they worked together seamlessly. I was amazed at how quickly the entire process was completed. I drove there in a rental car that needed to be returned a couple of miles away. While I was sitting with Jeff, Mike made sure that my rental car was vacuumed and detailed and ready to return. After I completed the financials with Jeffrey, Mike then followed me in my new vehicle to the rental agency and then I dropped him back off at the dealership.if you are looking for a place to buy your next vehicle And are anywhere near Bentley of Edison then I HIGHLY recommend these guys.A++ Thanks guys much appreciated!

This review is a longggggg time coming ! I recently purchased my 2020 Range Rover from Mike Rizzi at Bentley and I’ve never had a more painless experience!!! From the time I walked in, Mike was super professional and down to earth. He presented me with a clean vehicle and allowed me to test drive it as well. Back to the office, I explained my situation of being a travel nurse and he reassured me that they work with a wide range of banks so financing was pretty much guaranteed. He’s a man of his word!!! Within 30 mins, I was approved ! Mike went above and beyond... and I mean beyond! From taking my pictures for social media to helping accessorize the interior of my vehicle. Mike is just amazing!!! I just bought a 2018 BMW M4 from the Bentley of Edison dealership. I was extremely impressed with my salesman Daniel. He was on-time, knowledgeable, and very organized. Also, Jeff from finances, I was able to send in the title, insurance, etc... ahead of time so that after 15 minutes we were out the door, instead of waiting around for 3 hours doing paperwork. I will be returning to this dealership, and highly recommend it.

I bought a used, low mileage car from this dealer. What a great experience. From the onset, it was a pleasure to see their responsiveness. Anything I needed and wanted to know, they told me. Between the sales manager, Carlos Borges, and his executive sales rep, Daniel Wang, they made me feel like a VIP. Took my car my car here for service and it was amazing. The service person who’s name I can’t remember was awesome. He was patient and very helpful. While I waited my mother was able to see the Bentley truck by a young sales person that was so nice he made me want to buy another car that day. I have never had an experience this great ever at a car dealer good job. This place makes FC KERBEC seem like a used car dealership. I can say as a first time Bentley owner I will definitely be buying another from here.

Horrible sales department was dealing with a gentleman named Danial on a Bentley purchase and hes the only reason why i dint go through with my purchase very unprofessional and stating that his manger is pressuring him to sell the car or hes going to give it to someone else after i put a deposit on it! not a nice way to sell a 200k car!

THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP IMAGINABLEFrom beginning to end, every step of the process in the acquisition of my new Bentley convertible was TERRIBLE thanks to Bentley Edison. For $250,000 one would expect a car dealership to deliver a new car in perfect condition and treat customers with politeness and respect. Instead I received a car that, while admittedly beautiful to look at, had apparently not been inspected before delivering it to me as it had components that were not even working. Despite being promised that my first two maintenance services were included in lease, Bentley Edison tried to charge me $2000 for an oil change. They said they also did a full inspection of the car, but returned the car to me with a broken cruise control. The car also had a broken trunk control, broken speaker, and intermittently functioning radar sensor. On top of it all, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect.. Furthermore, when I had a Cadillac and a Mercedes and took it in for service, I was given a brand new Cadillac or Mercedes as a loaner. With Bentley Edison, youll receive, as I did, a 4 year old used, smelly, scratched up Lexus while you continue to pay for a Bentley. On top of that, they even charge you to bring your car to them to repair defects that are covered under warranty. When I had a serious problem with my car, they got even ruder, perhaps as a way to cover up their lack of knowledge of the cars they sell. In short, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Get a Mercedes or BMW.... they appreciate their customers. And youll actually get to drive it instead of it being in the shop.

The absolute worst experience in the history of experiences. The latest experience with one of our Bentley GT-C convertibles is the most disturbing. We brought our car into the dealership because the convertible top has holes and other issues related to straps breaking inside the top, along with other top related garbage. (Bentley hasnt fixed the top issues since 2008) After we called Bentley NA to explain our situation since our 2012 was just out of warranty they were kind enough to pay half the $16,000 bill to replace the whole top. This was frustrating but not the reason behind my post. After finally 2 months later we received our car back, within 2 weeks the top broke yet again. Now it wouldnt completely close and just did not operate. So we brought back to the dealer and there diagnosis was to replace the whole top again!!! Freaking crazy. At that point we removed the car from the crooks over at Bentley Edison and with less then 20 minutes at our mechanics and a slight adjustment our original $16000 top was now working fine.This is just 1 of the many horrible experiences my company and I have experienced at this dealership. I could go on about the Ferrari service section too, but I will save more another post. BE-CAREFUL PEOPLE DO NOT LET THE BRAND NAMES FOOL YOU. ITS THE PEOPLE AND THE DEALER OWNERS WHO MAKE DECISIONS TOO!

I was referred to the dealership via one of their eBay posting. After a few emails haggling over the price and terms we agreed on a price for a used 2013 Panamera. I sent my driver license to them per their request. I sent the credit card information for deposit to them and within 15mins of sending the credit card information, I was informed that the car was being liquidated to a wholesaler. While I do not believe anything wrong was done, I cannot help but feel queasy about them re-nigging on the agreement we had just made and having me give my my credit card and driver license to them unnecessarily. The rep I was dealing with was nice and did not try and push extras or excessively sell me on the car however the overall experience could have been better if the sales person/owner of the dealership were on same page.

These guys took great care of me when I bought my car, and they continue to do so, even though I can be a pain at times LOL! They are professional from top to bottom. What stood out most to me is that usually these high end dealerships can be stuffy and uptight, on the contrary, these guys are real down to earth and make you feel comfortable while making an investment on a luxury auto mobile. They also have a great selection of rare and unique Bentleys, in addition to your Flying Spurs and GTs. Ask for Mike Pizzi, he was the specialist that helped me out, and was excellent!

Back in December I made the decision to purchase a used Bentley Continental GT. It was a large purchase and to be honest, a scary one. I have always had nice cars but this was a monumental step up. I did not know where to start. I spent about 4 weeks using car sites and always came across the same color combinations. I decided to contact Bentley of Edison. They put me in touch with Mike Pizzi. I expected this to be a stuffy process. Since I was looking for a used car and not looking to spend $200K I assumed I would be given limited attention. Mike called me and asked me what I was looking for and took a tremendous amount of time to understand what I wanted and why. His communication was exceptional. He pulled strings to find me the car I wanted. He was even open to texting when I needed a quick answer on something. The day I picked up the car I brought my father. Mike took time to explain everything and even toured us around the Ferrari showroom. The sales process was easy and satisfying however the most impressive thing to me was what happened after the sale. On occasion I would have questions about certain things with the car. If I text Mike, he would respond in minutes. I felt extremely comfortable with Mike and to this day I know if I have a question he will be there to get me an answer right away. I do not consider him a salesman, I consider him a friend. If you are in a situation where you are looking to step up to the world of Bentley, contact Mike Pizzi. He is as good as they get.
