Best place to get a great deal without the usual dealer hassle. This is our second lease at this location and for a good reason. Gregory went above and beyond getting the best deal for us with all the incentives. We spent some time shopping at BMW and Mercedes but ultimately Infinity ended up offering the most safety features, best looks and most luxury for the price. If you go here for a lease ask for Gregory, he is a straight shooter who wants to put you into your next dream car.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service Steve provided to the point that I would never have my car serviced in Edison Infiniti ever again. Nor will I buy my next Infiniti at this dealership.I’m very disappointed as I had my car serviced here previously and had a good experience.Others may have had a different experience or opinion which is okay. I’m just sharing my personal experience.

I liked this Infiniti location a lot. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. Spaceous waiting areas, cold beverages and coffee available. Wait times are reasonable. A very cool feature I liked was a big screen where you can see a progress indicator for your car work. Also, service manager provides regular updates regarding the progress and sets your expectations, which is great.Complimentary wifi is available, so you can browse or work while you wait.

Chuck was really nice to work with. I dislike purchasing vehicles because of all the back and forth but chuck understood to cut right to the chase. Was easy experience. He did most of the work for me over the phone so I was in and out in a matter of half hour when i picked up the car. I drive all the way to Edison to shop from them for this reason. It’s about 40 min away.

I purchased my 2011 qx56 from this dealer and have been servicing with them since then. Their quality of car service and customer service no longer exists. My qx56 is completely dead because of their terrible service. They still charged me over $1000 for oil change, brake repair and diagnosis and returned me a dead car that I had to tow back home. I will never purchase or service another vehicle from Ray catena again.

I walk in Rat Catena Infiniti of Edison, NJ to get my truck serviced. It was time for inspection and had a check engine light on, peeling paint and a slipping transmission. I wanted to see the newest addition to the Infiniti line, the QX55. I met the ultimate salesman Grigory Rozenfeld. To make this story short I am now the proud owner of the QX55 but I didn’t make it easy for Grigory. I asked a lot of questions, I was so hesitant as this was my first time buying a car without my spouse. Grigory was so patient and empathetic. I will say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. There wasn’t well let me go talk to my supervisor, business manager, finance manager to keep you in the dealership for hours on end to wear you down. Grigory took care of the entire sale from beginning to end and was a perfect gentleman through the entire deal. He even put my license plates on when they came in. Ray Catena has an absolute gem in Grigory and they have a wonderful sales ethic, not pushy, condescending or arduous.

I never thought that I will be coming down to Edison, NJ from Bergen County to buy a new car but it was the best car buying experience in my life.Now that pandemic is winding down and our kids are getting busier with activities (mostly outdoors) my wife thought that it was time to replace our aging big kid’s activity car QX60. (Our SUV was JX35 but basically the same model) So I started to look around and realized that I couldn’t find any QX60s in Bergen County with the safety options that we wanted because of car shortages caused by computer chip shortages and maybe because a newer model was coming out in few months. So, I thought we just had to wait until the newer model came out but as a last resort, I went to Infiniti’s website to view inventory near me, and I widened the search.The website listed that Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison had a couple of cars with the safety models that we were looking for, so I contacted them and within few minutes Chris (Simmons) texted me to figure out what I wanted and sent me an email with the best offer that I couldn’t refuse. So, within few hours I reluctantly drove down to Edison not knowing what to expect but everything went smoothly with no surprises. I can’t believe I am writing this but I experienced the absolute best car buying experience of my life in Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison with Chris Simmons.Chris was friendly, very professional, and was knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. He didn’t ask upfront about my trade-in and more importantly, he didn’t ask “how much do you want to pay?” He gave me the best price from the start and didn’t waste my time. Ray Catena Infiniti offers the worst customer service for inifiniti in the state of New Jersey. I purchased my 14’ q50 certified ore owned in 2015. Since I’ve owned the vehicle I have had 2 wheel speed sensor go which is a common issue understood in the Infiniti Q50 community. However when this happens your car tells you to consult the manual. The manual says to not drive the vehicle and get it towed to your nearest dealership for service . I was told by “Andrew” in the service department that it is ok to drive the vehicle in this condition even though the car says to refer to the manual and the manual says do not drive the vehicle. He also informed me that the dealership is booked for 3 weeks and I can try and drop it off but they cannot promise it will be done . They could not offer a loaner and told me I would have to rent a car at my own expense. After driving my car the wheels started to lock around turns and tech noted this is due to the faulty speed sensor. I then get the vehicle towed to a dealership in summit “Davidson” they have exceptional staff and customer service . Didn’t have any loaner cars available but was able to set me up with enterprise rent a car.Ray Catena is a name who cares only about sales and building a brand. The smaller “Davidson Infiniti” dealership in summit is a lot more caring as they are willing to accommodate the customers at every turn through the owenership process.Ray Catena has deplorable operations management. What dealership would completely book appointments for 3 weeks leaving no room for emergency availability to customers that have vehicles covered under warranty and vehicles that cannot be driven due to manufacturers malfunction. Due to the high booking rate of the service department must mean that Infiniti do indeed have slot of issues. Raising further questions to why I even purchased an Infiniti in the first place.Luckily Davidson was able to accommodate me as I was planning to trade my vehicle in for BMW or Lexus of Edison just so I do not have to deal with Ray Catena any longer.Sounds like an over exaggeration but all of my oil changes and maintenance has been done at Davidson which is over an hour from my house as Ray Catena is only 10 minutes. Yes I travel over an hour to service my vehicle just to afford the turnstile service department of Ray Catena.I also work in cooperate operations and my ownership experience with Infiniti is so poor due to Ray Catena that I have escalated the issue to all levels of Infiniti US corporate. I know I’m just 1 customer but I live in a 4 vehicle household all in the luxury segment. By far the worst experience.

This is the 2nd Infiniti that I have leased from Ray Catena and few things always stand out: no pressure up front pricing, best deal in my area and excellent customer service. This place is a hop, skip, and jump from where I live so naturally this was the first place I visited in October 2017 when my Toyota lease was coming to an end. Although I didnt lease anything from Ray Catena then but I ended up with a 2017 QX50 nonetheless from Englewood, NJ; they were willing to work within my budget but dealing with the staff there after delivery was a HORRIBLE experience. Long story short, I ended up getting into an accident with the QX50 and had to get another vehicle ASAP. I decided to stop at Ray Catena again and see what they could do on another QX50. Unfortunately they only had a couple of fully loaded models of the SUV but they suggested I check out a Q50 3.0t AWD with the Essential Package (includes navi and HIDs/LEDs). I took it out for a test drive and I knew I wanted her.
