First of All, the design of the Place was so luxurious. Super Clean, freshly designed. I loved it. Me and my father came in and was kindly greeted with a Woman. Got a 2018 M4 from them a month ago, so I paid top dollar. Most of the deal was done on the phone. I come to get the car before work have an hour to do the paperwork it’s np. I get the car home and over the next day or two I notice it has several spots with damage, 4 to be exact. 3 of which will need paint work for sure. I’ve now emailed them twice and they’re refusing to fix the car. It’s easily 3-5k worth the body work for a car that was “perfect” when I was speaking with them on the phone to negotiate the price.. I wouldn’t buy anything from these guys again off principle. You don’t sell luxury cars that are banged up and then refuse and ignore a customer who just wants what they paid for. A great experience till they got my money. If you have the option to get the car you want elsewhere do it! These guys have no integrity whatsoever and are the typical “car salesmen” people expect..

This place is off rt.1 across from Bentley dealership. Really high end cars, and really nice layout on the floor. I never have been in, but if I hit the lottery or get blessed very nicely I will buy a car from there for some random person. Why not? At that point I would have the money and someone wants a super sports car.

I bought a 2013 ferry FF from this dealership. They were happy to make the sale. The car arrived and it had a few small issues. I notified the dealer of it and they were very slow to deal with these issues. The car arrived in April, it’s now the end of June and the dealership has still not resolved my outstanding issues.For a Ferrari dealer this should be embarrassing and totally unacceptable. I would never recommend this dealership again. They are an embarrassment to the brand

Pat is great no pressure, friendly and does great explaining the car features and making recommendations. The sales process smoothly with no problems. Pat takes pride in treating his clients with utmost respect. After I agreed to the purchase I headed to the finance department to sign all the paperwork. I met Jeffrey Berger the Finance Director. I have bought a lot of cars and I usually hate the Finance process. Jeff was very friendly and had all the paperwork ready and walked me quickly through the process. This was the smoothest finance process i hav ever dealt. He made sure he explained all the forms I was signing and what they meant. Other Finance personnel I dealt with usually just rush you through the process. I usually dont by add on packages at the end. But Jeff explained the benefits of buying the tire and wheel package by going over the replacement costs. I was sold and bought the package, Great sales and finance experience

I took my son here to drool over the cars, cause who REALLY has money to burn on a Ferrari? (to the 1% of the population who does: no offense) First off, we were greeted by a young lady at the receptionist desk who seemed quite jaded when I announced that we were there to look around, and introduced my son as a future customer. She confirmed that she sees this all of the time. Oh, well. As far as the cars were concerned, Ferrari has elevated the manufacture of their products to an art form. The exterior styling is a seamless blend of form and function. No two interiors were the same on the showroom floor, due to the fact that every one ordered is custom to your specifications, including seat and pedal placement. A salesman approached us and was happy to explain a couple of details about the company, the cars and their philosophy. He totally redeemed the dealership from our first impression at the front counter, which was nice, since he wasnt obligated to do so. If my numbers hit on the Powerball, theyll be seeing me again!

Horrible experience, I’m shocked that a Ferrari dealer will do tricks of a cheap used car dealership.Worked a deal to buy a car from them, looked at over 50 photos on their site of the car and loved it.a minute before we close I asked to see and actual Live Photo of the car to find out that they have swapped the cars $8000 wheels to some cheap basic wheels.That’s on a $170,000 Ferrari !!!!Instead of an apology or to try to fix the issue they pretty much told me to get lost!Horrible dealers. Will complain to Ferrari of North America as well.

Traveled to New Jersey from my home in Florida in my 2018 Maserati Ghibli Gransport when the vehicle went into a limp mode Being out of State I turned to Ferrari-Maserati of Central New Jersey to get me back up and running. Brandon in Service Department does not follow up. They are so busy that they dont have time to discuss any other project. I wanted to get Paint Protection Film on my car and never heard back from Brandon regarding quotes. How difficult is it for someone to call back a customer who wants to bring business to the dealership other than buying Cars. Its shame that this is what you get from a well reputed company like Ferrari.
