He is professional, knowledgeable, a problem solver, and most importantly, especially in my case, patient. He listened, examined the problem, and clearly presented several alternatives with explanations I could understand and evaluate. Ricky is definitely one of a kind. He has my business for life! Extremely happy with my service. Received appallingly bad customer service at Westfield store. As well as, online and by phone. Was ready to change my service provider. Looked up other stores and picked Ricky and Sunny. They got me to spend a few dollars more than I intended. Solved all problems encountered by a non savy phone user. Happy I went there. Was going to cancel Verizon is I was as disappointed as I was at Westfield store, which has become the norm. Used an unreliable phone for months because I dreaded going there. Honest service.

Ive been coming here for several years now and Sunny and Ricky have always been very helpful and explain everything thoroughly.

These guys are thieves. Dont buy from them!!!!! They tried to sell me a Samsung pad as new which was supposed to be 16 GB and said that if I got the pad I would only be charged 40 per person to go unlimited and that if I didnt get the pad the cost per person to go unlimited would be $50 which were all lies. What I got was a used, outdated Samsung pad that was just 8 GB. I found out also that the $40 unlimited plan was verizons rate and that there was no need to purchase a pad in order to get the so called discount. Again, these folks are thieves and deserve to go out business for running this kind of a business.

Came into the Inman Ave Verizon store in Edison tonight to see if they can determine why I was going over my gigabit allowance the past few months. Ricky Khanna was GREAT! He clearly explained the issue, updated my plan and told me about the mini iPad that I could get along with the plan. He and Sunny Singh were extremely helpful, polite and efficient in putting everything together. Anytime I go to this store they are fantastic! They definitely know their product and are always willing to make sure you have what you need. They are the best!!

CON ARTISTS!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ZERO STARS. Know this is NOT an actual Verizon store but a retail store posing as one. Ripped my elderly parents off for well over $1000.
