Extremely helpful staff… Harry and Tushar are the best. They helped me go through my bill and figure out what was best for my family. They also help me set up the nurse discount and trade in my phone for a new iPhone 12. I never been to a Verizon store that has been so helpful ! They look at you personally and see what best fits your needs. They take their time and explain everything to you. They really try to work with your budget and always have some kind of discounts with the accessories. I would recommend this store over all the Verizon stores in the area. I lived in Edison for over 10 years and have been to all the ones in the area and surrounding areas. I would say this one is by far the best one in all aspects!

Great prices and even better customer service! Harry (store owner) and Tushar (store manager) were extremely helpful with phone upgrades for my wife and I. They also transferred all data from our old phones to the.new ones and helped us with accessories too. I highly recommend this Verizon retailer. They go above and beyond what the big box Verizon stores do.

So if you have an issue with your smartphone and there are only a few stores open.So you want to understand the process, what do you do? I call and I get this generic mechanical outgoing message from the 80s saying that there is no one to take your call. It would have been better if there was an employee that simply said I am sorry we are busy at the moment please leave your name and number and we will be sure to get back to you today...Bad image for a communications company

Excellent service, was in and out with a case and screen protector. The store was nice and clean and they took extreme measures to ensure social distancing. Neighborhood small business, please support them if you can!

The owners of this store, and their niece/daughter Roup, are very friendly and helpful. Andrew, one of their employees, is extremely knowledgeable, even about esoteric wacky little problems. Andrew and Roup spent a lot of time with me and did not make me feel ignorant, as a first time iPhone user. I highly recommend this store.

Just got the new iPhones for my kids and wife. They took time to help me. I was over paying they got my bill down and after getting phones my bill didnt go that high. From now on this is my Verizon store to go to. Thank you to the Staff,Harry, and Paul.

If you have a problem with your phone, dont come here for help. They are only interested in upgrading your phone or service plan. I had to go to three other stores in the area before I found one who would help me get a defective phone replaced.

Don’t go here, All those 5 star reviews are from their own people to attract you, you can see the names and the way they rate. I agreed with all low star reviews because the same thing happened to us.They will promise so many things such as activation credits, extra services, port in credit... and don’t deliver once you open up the account.Call and ask them they simply will tell you we did not tell you this and lucky i got written paper they forgot it. Finally they said the person left the company they can’t give anything, I called Verizon and complaint they said please don’t go to these kind of 3rd party and come direct to Verizon, end up I get nothing and now I realize after few months they singed up for low internet speed that’s very bad I can’t use my phone without wireless connection. Verizon now asking me to upgrade to higher package.This shop got 2 indian panjabi Singh both are talk good to cheat your money.DONT GO PLEASE AND THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE

Needed to get a new SIM card to swap phones. Done quickly and well. Took some time to restore from icloud, especially since they did not offer their own WiFi password initially.

Phone service is fine but they seem to be getting very exspensive.

They will promise certain things such as activation credits... then don’t deliver once you open up the account. The rep working there, Harry began yelling when I called in to follow up saying he wasn’t making commission off me anyway since I brought my own phone so he’s not going to help... too many other Verizon stores around to come to this one.

Can you give negative stars? Literally the worst experience I have ever had purchasing basically anything. One of the employees walked out from the back buttoning his pants up. It was mortifying. The credit card machine didn’t work. One of the employees were under the desk trying to fix it. When I asked for a recipient I was told the printer wasn’t working so the man asked me if I could take a picture of the purchase on his computer screen as my proof. I will never go back to that shady Verizon again!
