I love going to this Gamestop location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. They have a good selection of funko pops and anime merch too

Went there on black Friday to purchase an Xbox ultimate game for $20. Was that Gamestop only does digital & that the sale is $30. Flyer said different. Manager on shift (male) was not helpful. Suggested I try a different store. Said sale was all weekend which it wasnt. Unprofessional & bad customer service.

Unprofessional snobby youngsters is all I saw helping me..to busy playing on her gaming system to worry about me or my daughter who also wanted a game.. possibly ..either way you lost a sale possibly two $100 + but youll never..my advise get rid of her quick..

Not very friendly staff. I stood in line for fifteen minutes being ignored and watched the cashier take everyone in the store who came in after me when I was clearly standing there waiting in line. I don’t like to be ignored.

I love this place. Its like my home away from home. The staff are really nice, especially Mike and Dan. They are really friendly and I just always feel welcomed here. I always end up doing their surveys because I know itll help them out. Even the store itself is neat which I can imagine is a hard thing to maintain. Its the best GameStop Ive ever gone to and Ive been to ALOT of GameStops. Totally recommend going to this GameStop.

First time I went in this week. Traded in my old ps4 for ps4 pro. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I even signed up for their elite members....already got back what I paid via reward points. Definitely recommend this location.

I get games from this gamestop all the time. The crew and management are so nice and fun to talk to. They are very helpful with preorders and any questions about DLCS and everything. Would definitely recommend shopping here for games

Had some of the games I was looking for. The cashier was very helpful in the way they guided me to what I really wanted and didnt shove cooperate stuff down my throat. I found out that day the game I wanted (Forza Motorsports 4 essentials edition) isnt actually what I want for because it turns out its literally only a small demo version of Forza Motorsports 4 and it literally costs $5 for a demo WTH. At least the worker there helped me not to buy it and didnt try to convince me of something its not. Overall the store was pretty clean. I rode my bike 4 miles one way to get there from near New Brunswick. The ride was good. Its really not that bad of a ride honestly and Id do it again. I was really pleased with what I got! (007 and project Gotham racing 4) paid literally only $8 for the two games. But all in all its not like most GameStops where they shove unessential stuff down your throat. I would have bought more but I am balling on a budget. I would recommend this GameStop over the ones near by that are pretty much the same just with more helpless employees who dont know what they are doing. A++

Everything was not in order. While I did get employees asking if I needed help if was for nothing because they didnt have anything. For a few weeks I received a lot of build up from a few different GameStops about how great this particular store was but it was a huge let down as there where very little items in inventory and what was there was all out of place and disorganized. For me this place is nothing special and really didnt have anything as way of merchandise.

Update: USED to be helpful, friendly, and not pushy. Was picking up a PS4 Pro - thought it was just going to be a quick in and out. Instead got the sleazy GameStop spiel about the benefits of buying used, about why I should get such and such game right now to go with the PS4 (preowned of course), and an actual suggestion that Skyrim will look visually better on PS4 Pro than on PC.I know this is stuff that GameStop trains you to do, but there are still some cool people who work here who would pay me the courtesy of not putting me through that, which is why Im only knocking off 2 stars. Still, Im taking my business back to the Piscataway GameStop even though its a bit farther. Or better yet - Best Buy or Amazon.

Workers are too pushy. I come in there to get a game and they automatically think I want them right behind me begging me to buy stuff. I bought a controller which they said they tested, and then I play at home and all the controls go nuts when I click the left button
