Purchased an LG Oled TV from them a couple weeks ago. They had a great deal on the TV since I bought it and it is now at $200 lower than how much I paid. Good thing they seem to have a pretty good policy on price matching so will try my luck and hopefully they will honor it.

I had an issue with my order (it arrived early and was in good condition) and the team at BuyDig helped me out. They were quick to respond via email (on a weekend!) and we were able to resolve the issue. I would buy from them again.

Ordered a T.V on July 23rd waited 3 weeks for it then i got a call from trucking company asking for another 2/3 weeks for delivery so i ended up canceling the order. I was told i will receive full refund once they get the T.V back.Its been now more then 90 days and always a new excuse i filed a dispute with paypal credit so i was asked to close the dispute supposedly Its there policy so i ended up closing the dispute hoping to get the money back now being told its been more then 90 days so they cant credit back and i should contact paypal to give me the credit back only issue is once you close paypal dispute you cannot open it up again.I have it in writing from buydig in an e-mail asking me to close the dispute.Its a shame for this company to give me a run around like this.

I purchased a LG C1 from BuyDig. I received the TV and within 45 days of me ordering it the TV completely breaks. I contacted customer service to try to resolve the issue on the 45th day however they were closed. I sent an email but they didn’t respond over the weekend as I assume they were closed . I called on Monday (day 47 since I ordered it) and spoke to an agent who did not empathize or even take the time to listen. She simply stated their return policy and that I was outside of it. Even after me explaining that I tried to contact them when it happened and that I truly didn’t even receive the product until 6 days later she responded with the same answer. She then proceeded to say that she could request a higher up call me which I agreed to but never received a call from them. Later in the day I got a response on my email with the same generic answer.I knew I was taking a risk going through this company to buy a high end item like this and will never do it again. I hope this review saves someone else the frustration.

Bought two NEW lenses three days ago, one shows up with dust INSIDE the lens elements. All they want to do is give me a $50 off coupon on my next purchase. I don’t think so!!! You either replace the lens, refund me my money, orrrr I file a claim with my bank, with Sony AND the Better Business Bureau.

They sold me a Frigidaire ice maker that flakes metal chips into the ice. They are NOT an authorized dealer so Frigidaire wont do anything I purchased a extended warranty for 3 years tgey wont do anything because Frigidaire covers it for a year ( but only authorized sellers) Buydig refused to help !!!

If you purchase Google products, note that you wont receive any support from Google directly. Google says they are not an authorized seller, although Buydig claims being one. This situation could have an impact on your shopping/ return experience. I ordered two Google Buds, both defective. After long conversations and several inquiries, I was finally able to get refunds.

Very poor customer service. Reps are very rude. I was trying to get clarification on the cancellation of my order. Despite the terrible reviews and experience from other consumers, I decided to give BuyDig a fair chance. I was very disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The long wait times and rude customer service is not worth my time.

I purchased a 62 inch LG TV and it came with a extra bundle including a Sharper Image Sound Bar which is the reason that I bought it. The LG TV is awesome and I recommend its purchase. I was in the process of renovating my home and never setup the Sharper Image Sound Bar. Fast forward some months later and my floors and walls are finished. I bought a new TV Stand and was ready to setup the sound bar and when I did all I got was distortion. I immediately called customer service and the rep was nice but told me I had passed the 45 day return policy. I was not happy at all and I was ready to send it back with the original box. I asked to speak to her manager and she said the manager would tell me the same thing. Mr. Gonzalez spoke with me. He was cordial and pleasant and told me the policy. I reiterated that I had just taken it out of the box and would send it back to Buydig or Sharper Image. He realized I had made prior purchases and never returned anything and made a decision to help me avoid the return and sent me a new sound bar and I am extremely happy as this one has great sound quality.

Purchased two sets of childs headphones for my grand childrens first grade. They came sooner than expected and were exactly as described. Grand children very happy with them. I am also as they were good quality for the money.

My experience with this company has been horrible. I tried to buy a projector that cost $3299.99. I wanted the item expedited, so I paid for two-day shipping. They charged me over $3600.00. Everything is fine until the day before it was supposed to show up. I check the status of my order on their website, and its still showing processing. I called, and they stated they didnt have any more in stock until mid or late December. Then I canceled the order because I was traveling. The refund finally came two weeks later, but it was only for the price of the projector. They kept the extra $315 I paid for shipping and taxes. Ive been emailing them back and forth, and they refuse to acknowledge they havent refunded the full amount I was charged.

Purchase an item which was defective so I sent back and was received . They claimed they had issued my a refund and that there was a problem with my CC account information and to contact the bank, even though I had called and verified the information.I had to play this game which was getting old and finally I did call the bank to file a claim. The bank also confirmed that there was NO ACTIVITY of a credit ever made to the account used for purchase.My suggestion would be to stay away if you dont want to deal with poor product and service. They offer great prices, and the sales department takes the phone calls very quick, and is -in mostly times- very helpful, some times they have available discounts, and they deliver very fast.The only bad experience I had in this company is, that after you purchase your order if you call in the customer service department, for any question or return or anything what you want to contact them, they dont take up the phone so fast like when you call in to the sales department... but in the morning is a little better, and when they picks up the phone they are very helpful.

I recently bought a speaker that arrived dead so I contacted BuyDig customer service within a few hours of receiving it and they said they will send me another unit after they receive the defective unit back. I shouldnt have to wait almost two weeks to get a replacement when none of this is my fault. Unless they change their policy soon I wont be buying from BuyDig again and wont recommend them to anyone.

I am very disappointed in my experience with this company. I ordered a Good Dinosaur American Tourister suitcase for $18.99 on Nov 27. They sent me a set of cutlery instead.They get 1 star for allowing me to keep that but 0 stars for correcting their mistake. This is how online business and shopping should be handled. I bought a monitor for $400 and within a couple of days saw that amazon had listed the exact same model for $330. I reached out to Buydig’s customer service asking if they would perform a price match. After writing I looked at their pricing agreements and found out that it was against their policy to perform a price match. Yet they responded that they would make a one time exception for me and promptly refunded me the difference of the two prices. Excellent experience, can’t speak highly enough of this company.

Ordered an item that retails for $249.00 and with the online coupon got it for under $215.00. Even without the coupon it was the best price I found. Brand new as advertised and delivered a day before it was slated for and I did not pay for the shipping either. They also provided the tracking number so I was able to follow its course. Ill check them out the next time Im shopping for sure.

Bought a Samsung TV from Buydig at a great price. I was told a signature would be required. The only negative is, I was working in my home office when I received a text it had been delivered. No signature was required. Other than that, the purchasing experience was excellent, the price was outstanding and the TV was prepared for shipping in an excellent way so as to protect the contents.
