I went to the Edison location today a great experience. Mikey was one of the best associates I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He answered all of my questions, helped me with deals, and was very pleasant from start to finish. I’ll definitely go back to this store for any of my needs.

If there was a minus 5 i would have given them, this location is the worst. Since almost 6 years i have been t mobile customer, one month ago i traded in a phone to get an offer, after one and half month they are charging extra. They never disclosed these charges when i was buying my phone. The manager was the one dealing with me and now she didnt accept she dealt with me. I told her to check the cctv for that day but she didnt agree and acted very rudely will definitely complain if not solved ill change my account. Highly unethical these people are.
I had the most rude experience of my life at this location. I just recently bought a new phone, new line as well going on 2 months actually. Today my phone bill is due so I decided to stop in the store to pay my bill and receive my T-mobile Tuesday free gift. I have a discrepancy on my bill as well I needed rectified. I explained to the manager Gia that when I signed on as a new customer the guy who assisted me gave me a stand up charger for my phone. I explained to him that I didnt need it and he insisted it was free of charge being I am a new customer buying a new phone. As I am trying to explain this to the manager she kept rudely interrupting me telling me that the item isnt free and the sales person that helped me that day didnt tell me that cause theyre trained not to say the word free. Basically calling me a liar!!! As Im walking out the store I asked her how much was the scarf they were handing out for the promotion and she looked at me and said, those are free.
If I could give these people a negative review I would.. I recently changed my service and obtained a plan which I was told that I could obtain 5 new cell phones at no charge and they ended up charging me for one of the phones when I received my first bill. Moreover, they gave me the accessories for the phones which I was told were going to be free and the same thing when I got the bill, I am being charged with the accessories. I called the corporate number who confirmed that the store would reimburse me but as of right now I have not been reimbursed. Be careful with this store.

This store is wonderful and its the staff that makes it great the only store from freehold, east windsor, monroe, south plainfield, that had the phone I was looking for in stock but the main thing is that they know how to use the system as other stores told me the system is down😔 but this store didnt give up for about 30mins trying everything to figure out the new system and not give up...hats off to you guys, I will definitely do business at this store againThank you guys stay safe and blessed.
We transferred from Verizon(way over priced). Came to this T-mobile store and Rob the store representative was awesome! He was courteous knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped us purchase a new phone plan, got us into new phones and transferred all data to each phone. I highly recommend this store and Rob!! Thank you again. Bye bye Verizon 😘
The lady sitting outside of the store today refused to redeem a free Tmobile scarf on a second phone I brought with me. She said one scarf per person, and that the phone owner should be present there. WTH, what if I have 2 lines with Tmobile. It’s a scarf per line, not per person. Don’t go to this store.
I dealt with a few different people while in the store - Gia, EJ, and Han. They were all so helpful in being able to help me when I lost my phone - with getting my phone connected, stuff transferred and explaining how everything works. if I could give them 10 stars I would.

I have been coming to this TMobile store, Route one south, Edison, NJ, anytime I have a phone issue. Honestly, I think this store customer service representatives are the best. They exceed outstanding. Even though they are not technicians, they help you in a minute. They are professionals, helpful, effective, efficient, and courteous. Kudos to Gia, i think. Are you trying to activate your SIM card? Or porting your old number to the T-mobile service? Have you spent like 2 hours phone holding for the customer service and wasted your time on more useless phone calls? That’s what happened before I came to this store and met a wonderful, extremely patient, neighbor-kind friendly mobile Associate! His name is Rob!!!! I ordered a SIM card online but fail to transfer my old number to my SIM card. It shows error in the process of porting. When I told Rob about my situation, he said this was his first time faced this problem. Instead of asking waiting for another 2 hours for my SIM card to be activated, unlike those disgusting, rude T-Mobile phone customer service, Rob helped me patiently and made 2 phone calls to solve this problem. No more phone holding! Rob is my life saver! Thank you Rob!!! And T-Mobile should hire more people like Rob!!!!!! Gracias mi amigo 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Went to this location, which was on my route of errands the other day for an upgrade and I was assisted by Daniel. He was very polite and helped answer all of my questions. I found a phone I liked and asked him if he had them in stock, as I would come back later in the day to purchase it. He said he had plenty. I came back a few hours later and was met by a young lady...I explained my earlier interaction with Daniel and pointed out the phone I wanted to buy. She stated that they were out of stock. I asked if many were sold in the last four hours, too which she replied: We havent had them in days, we might have them in on Friday. I then asked if they had any other phones that were actually in stock... she showed me three phones... THREE! I think that in preparing for the holidays they should have a better inventory than that and when questioned if the item is in stock, they should be clear and knowledgeable of what is actually available. I wasted almost an hour in driving for nothing. I got the phone I wanted but at a different location. Not a great experience at all.
Han-Solo was awesome he was diligent and patient with us despite us being not tech-savvy he helped us understand everything with his expert knowledge.
Amazing experience although I did not buy anything they took the time to troubleshoot and answer all the questions I had not only did they fix my phone problem they were able to fix a bill issue i had after my last upgrade that i did at another store with countless visits to that store and calls to customer service, they figured it out and fixed it for me.Thank you Sam and John. I will never go this store again. I went there to buy a phone for my daughter for her birthday. I was assisted by Jocelyn. She told me that they were offering a promotion. She said If I wanted to upgrade my phone as well, I could purchased two I phone 11’s and turn in my old phone and I would get a $500 credit towards my monthly bill. This sounded like a great deal, so I agreed. I was at the store at least 45 mins making this transaction and I asked her multiple times to explain the promotion. She told me the same thing each time. She even asked the manager to calculate what my new monthly payments would be with this credit. I was so excited that I made the mistake of not looking at my receipt at the store but I did when I got home. I noticed that no where on the receipt did it say anything about the $500 credit or even that I turned in my old phone. So I called the store to speak with Jocelyn and she denied ever telling me about the promotion. She said that in order to get the promotion I had add a new line. She never once mentioned this to me at the store. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager said that there’s nothing he can do because he didn’t hear the conversation between me and Jocelyn. So it was my word against hers and I lost. I said that I wanted to return the phone and get my old phone back and he said it was too late, that they had already shipped it out and there was no way to track it. So I am stuck with this bill I did not expect to have. I have been a TMobile Customer for 15 years without any prior problems. This was really a very bad experience.

Honestly I went there and the guys were so nice to me while assisting me, when I had to wait to get some things processed they gave me a chair and let me watch tv with them. We had great conversation they were so chill it felt like we were all already friends. I hope they are there the next time I go in.
Went there during Black Friday for shifting business line. I tries asking couple of question just to clear my doubts before i move business but lady was not so helpful and she was kind of not interested to clear more doubts instead she was humming in background music. I had to go Piscataway store and setup business there. Guys were really helpful on that store. I am overall not satisfied as customer support from this store.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. These people are extremely sketchy. I never leave reviews but this was absolutely horrific service. I went into the store for information on phones and considered upgrading but they decided to activate another SIM card on my line and my phone wasnt working all day. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!

The manager Miguel couldn’t care less. Tried to return something while he wasn’t there. The clerk got Miguel on the phone and all he could say was come back on Monday and talk to him. Ummm we are in the phone together now - why do I have to leave work to drive 10 miles AGAIN to come see you. I went outside, called corporate, and they emailed me a shipping label. This store stinks - go somewhere else
Read a lot of bad reviews, but I went anyway. I’m glad I did. The customer service was great. The rep really knew his stuff. He solved my problem and assisted me with a screen protector.

Worst office of the worst company, ever! It took me more than 5 visits and numerous calls to customer service to transfer from Simple Choice to T-Mobile One. Reps were unable to change my plan, so they suggested to open a new account, transfer all lines and then close the old account. They couldnt give me a final statement for the closed account right away on Aug. 17 and suggested to wait until it appears on the system so I can pay the remaining balance.At first, instead of the family plan for all lines I was put into a separate $70/month plan for each line, so I came back on the next day and it was resolved quickly, however soon after that I discovered that data on some of the lines was not activated. This was resolved after a call to customer service.After the old account was closed, I had no access to view my balance for my old account online and I havent received any closing statement, so on Aug. 25 I have visited an office to pay the remaining balance and was assured that I have no remaining balance. One month after, on Sep. 22 I have received a statement for the old account for Aug 13 - Aug 18, where I was charged $40 for 5 days with a due date on Sep. 23. Ok, since I had no chance to pay this bill online I have visited the office on Sep. 27 and statet clearly that I want to make a payment to my closed account. One week later on Oct. 02 I have received a notice from a collection agency that my old account has an unpaid balance. The same day I called customer service and I was told that my payment somehow was not applied to my old account, but they will fix it right away. On Sep. 11 I have noticed unusual Autopay amount on my new account, and guess what, this payment appeared on my new account. I have called customer service and requested that the payment should be applied to the old account. However, over the phone they were not able to verify that my old account finally has no balance due since, because (and I am not joking here) I can confirm my identity with 4 digits of SSN only when contacting them regarding my new account, not my old account. This forced me drive to the office again, just to make sure that there is no any balance due on the closed account. And Im not sure that the story ends here.
