Such a HORRIBLE company. The customer service is terrible. All I was trying to do was to purchase a replacement part from one of their lights. The girl that answered the phone was SO RUDE. She would not let me speak to say what I needed. I finally asked for a different department. I gave the person the light number that I ordered and told her I needed to purchase a replacement bowl kit. She told me she would get a quote and send it to me. She did!!! She sends me a quote for a Total new light (Not even the one I had) I emailed back and she had NO idea what was going on. DONT waste your time with this company. They are rude and not helpful at all.

Love this site! High quality merchandise at reasonable prices. Since they carry everything from light fixtures to furniture to outdoor grilles, the biggest challenge is deciding what to order first. I like their Knowledge Center too. Ive learned a lot about different products through the articles posted there.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company. We ordered a chandelier that had a latent defect. It was not obvious until after hanging the chandelier. This company has given me the runaround for three months without a proper resolution. The company is now non-responsive. Take your money elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and find another source. I ordered a 3 piece coffee and side table set from HomeClick, LLC in the fall of 2014. After many frustrating phone calls the items were delivered in February 2015. The delivery men were crude and blunt and did not allow time to review the pieces. As soon as they left, I notices several deep scratches on all three pieces. The finish was actually missing on those areas. I called them right away and was asked to send pictures via email. I sent over ten clear images as well as descriptions and after several months of reaching out to them, abandoned the issue and took the lost. Their customer service team is unprofessional. They want the sale and once its complete and they have your money, they are done with you! Theres a reason theyre an LLC!!!

I dont normally review companies, but I felt the need to review Homeclick. I was a little worried to order from Homeclick after reading some of the previous reviews, but everything went smoothly and items arrived on time. My building has strict delivery rules and Spencer in customer service was very helpful on providing me with my specific needs. They provided my building management with all the required insurance information and my furniture was delivered to my apartment with no issues. Im guessing the other reviewers were just unlucky or maybe didnt do something right because Im currently batting a thousand with 5 out of 5 different orders delivered perfectly within the time frame they said they would.

I was searching for cabinet hardware online and saw that Homeclick had some reasonably priced knobs for my bathroom cabinets. You wouldnt believe how difficult that stuff is to find in stock some places! While I was browsing, I discovered a really cool mirror and light fixture to complete my new look. In no time at all, I had my items ordered and shipped out! Thanks to Homeclick, Im loving my new bathroom!

Completely unresponsive customer service. They never shipped our complete order, only part of it was ever received. We have tried calling the companys customer service department and have sent multiple emails also. All have gone unanswered. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I found Homeclick on Youtube when I was looking for instructions on how to pickle cucumber. I loved their video and now I alway check out there latest DIY videos...in fact Ive even ended up buying some products theyve recommended their. Bottom line -- informative site with lots of great products. Easy to order stuff and you get a follow up after delivery which is nice too

Bought a gas fire place from these guys. It was bent and mangled up an tried calling them they dont ever get back to you at all or ever have anyone to answer the phones. Stay far away from these guys!

I ordered coffee table online and my confirmation email said that it will be delivered within two weeks. Ive been waiting for the delivery day and they did charge my credit card but on the day of my expected delivery I have received an email saying that the table is out of stock and anticipated to be available again note than a month later (not guaranteed). Of course I cancelled my order right away and now I have to look for a table all over again. The worst costumer service.

According to the website the delivery time was 7 days. After placing an order I have received a confirmation letter that delivery will take up to 21 days. After 24 days have passed - silence from Homeclick. I wrote a request for info regarding my order and sent it to customer service and to the company president. And again - no answer. Only 3 days after that they sent me a notification that my ordered item is discontinued. Didnt they have enough time to discover the fact before with their supplier?! No appologies, no answer. Bad store, pood customer service.
