If you like bubble tea like I do, you will find Fusion Ti really interesting. They have a variety of options to choose from. Since I live in Edison, I have gone to several places and Fusion Ti is really good. Now, not sure if it is my luck but, from the three times Ive been there, TWICE, they ran out of bubbles. The whole point of bubble tea are the bubbles! Today, I went in (no customers) and the attendant said to me we only have a handful of bubbles and the next batch will be ready in around 45 minutes. If this issue is something normal for them, no wonder why every time I go they have no customers! They DO have a good product but if they ran out of bubbles... customers will go somewhere else.

Customer service is good but the bubble tea not so good. Even if you get a flavor, all the drink tastes like is either green tea or black tea with the tapioca. So I won’t be coming back here

They have some of the most unique drinks you could think of. My go-to is green apple bubble tea. The atmosphere is more of a summer time theme.

Since I was in high school (2004-2008) this was the number one spot to hang out ! Fast forward to the present date, I still visit this boba tea shop. Even with the different ownerships, the quality of their boba tea always been great. Now, there are are so many competitors but Fusion Ti is nostalgia.All the workers over the years were extremely professional and always had a smile! They are swift when creating the orders . Even in the pandemic they are super clean and follow the social distant guidelines!

Service is good but they only got one employee to take orders and make drinks so be patient lol. Teas are average and boba was a little too hard and some are too big and couldnt fit through the straw.

Today I walked in with my fiancé the store was completely empty. We stood there looking at the menu for some time and still nobody came out front. Finally after a few minutes we hear someone and the lady that was working there comes out. Totally disregards us and starts washing dishes then walks to the back again. I was there for more then 10 mins theres now other people waiting in line. Im not complaining cause I was patiently waiting. We didnt order today cause I got the vibe that she didnt want to work cause I heard her slamming dishes around as we said we were there for sometime waiting with absolutely no help. So Im writing that this place needs to hire people with better customer service

Boba was very good, some of the best ive had in my life, however it did take a little bit longer than i expected, but i assume it was just because of a busy day. overall, amazing experience

I wanted to go there today, but they closed 45 minutes earlier than usual with no note on the door or anything :( i love this place and the workers big i wish there would’ve been a notice or maybe even a note on the door but there wasn’t anything.

DO NOT BUY anything from here I found a HAIR IN MY DRINK it’s so disgusting and they don’t wear any gloves or hair net to keep their hair up. They are so disgusting and they don’t keep the making area clean it’s always messy and dirty.

Everytime I come here they are always so friendly and the product is always consistent. Really good bubble tea place! Also the offer wifi so its good if you want to do some work here. The music playlist they have is DIVINE I love it the best music! Good vibes all around for sure

My girlfriend and Is go-to bubble tea place, she gets the mango milk tea and I get the Thai milk tea. Everytime we come its delicious! They have a reward system, buy 9 get 1 free. Its also a great place to study or hang out!**EDIT. Quality of boba went down, hard and not mushy :/ Disappointed.

Theres a great variety of flavors and smoothies and the tea is good. However, the service/quality is inconsistent at times since the staff is always very young. I still go frequently though because its good, theres plenty of room, and after buying 9 you get a tenth free.

Excellent bubble tea as always. Theyre doing call ahead and pick up only during the pandemic but very well organized and speedy.

The ONLY reason I dont give it 5 stars is because of a bitter/extremely almost floral aftertaste with certain flavors (I.e. honeydew). BUT this place overall is outstanding. In my recent visit, i mentioned the bitterness, and they gave me options! It was still slightly bitter, but I really appreciated the excellent customer service.Tip:If you like chai or Thai teas, you will fall in love with theirs.

Great little place. The exterior is unassuming, but it actually looks pretty good inside. The bubble tea is great too - I would highly recommend the rose milk and mango flavors. It is a bit pricey compared to places like Coco (the one inside the 99 Ranch market on Route 1) but is still quite good.

A nice place since theyve remodeled the interior. Still a tad pricey but thats typical with bubble tea and they have more flavor options than some of the local bubble tea chains around the corner. The only dislike here is you cannot combine your member Loyalty cards from different years even though they print them each year and they supposedly are valid for 2 years. These are the type of cards where if you make 10 purchases they punch 10 holes and you receive a free drink on your next visit

Credit card reader is always broken. I drive 15 minutes to get here so it is quite frustrating.

Place was very nice and it had a lot of flavors and different options! Although, when I went the young woman was not nice, rude and not polite. She was also yelling at the young man behind the bar. The young woman also forced me to pay a tip, I never have went to a bubble tea place where you HAD to pay tip. ( I feel like you should tip if you feel like tipping or have extra money to tip ).That left me kind of confused. Other than that the tea is very good and very well made. I do recommend.Update: The young lady that was there before was no longer there. The workers there were very friendly and polite. I was no forced to pay any tip at all. A lot better better than my first experience.

This place is pretty good. Their selection is very abundant, which is really cool. They have bubble tea, milkshakes, soda floats, and smoothies among other things. If youre looking for food, they dont really have any; its pretty much just drinks. They have a little helpful guide to buying bubble tea for those that arent too familiar.

The tea here tastes pretty unique! First time Ive had taro boba that kinda tastes fresh like the vegetable. Also the coconut tea had a nice balance of coconut and tea flavor. Place and staff were nice.

I asked to transfer my stamps from different cards worth over $60 and was denied. I asked why and the young lady said we just cant with a really bad attitude. It is obvious that they are all about the money and not the customer. Some advice, next time honor the customer because it will result into more business. This is disheartening especially because I truly enjoyed coming here but I refuse to support bad customer service.

This is a great bubble tea place with a lot of options. My go to is taro smoothie with bubbles. The atmosphere is pleasant with nice areas for you to chill and talk with friends while you drink.

BEST BUBBLE TEA PLACE HANDS DOWN!! I always get a medium mango milk tea with tapioca! One of the workers there even remembers my order when I walk in! It makes me feel so nice! The tea tastes fresh and so does the tapioca!

This place is always incredibly busy, and its a tiny little hole in the wall so high traffic isnt the best thing. I blame the proximity to MCC and the fact that their tea is delicious! They do a great job and have a pretty big menu, affordable too. The tea isnt the *best* in the world but itll definitely scratch any itch for boba. Their smoothies are excellent, though.Sometimes they seem a bit understaffed for all the business they get, especially on weekend evenings, so expect a wait during peak hours.Otherwise, definitely recommend!

The mango milk tea actually tasted like real mango, and was flavorful. The teenagers working there are much better with customer service and less obnoxious like the ones before. I think they took out the no ice charge because I dont remember seeing it.Old review: The tea is hit or miss. Ive mostly had good ones but some were watery. The ice cream is great. My friends green tea latte tasted like milk. The service is subpar. The real problem is they charge for no ice. Really? I have sensitive teeth and I cant drink anything super cold with ice in it and youre going to charge extra to take out ice? There are other bubble tea places that dont charge for that. I like this place, but f them.

Soooo good! Almond bubble tea + extra tapioca = 🤤🤤🤤!!! I have never had a bad order here. Staff is quick and friendly. The inside of the place is also furnished very cute and Ive enjoyed seeing the changes over the months and years. 😊❤️

I thought I give this place a try. There were a few hiccups thought. First, there was some guy asking customers for a cigarette, but he was removed. Ive ordered some nachos. There was a hair in it. Ive told them about it and they gave me a replacement. This order had more than my original. They also gave me a $5 coupon for an apology. However, after reading the coupon, Ive found out it expired over a year ago. Overall a good place, but they need to iron out the errors a bit. This is why I gave them 3 Stars.

This is really the only place I go to get bubble tea. They have a vast selection so you really cant get bored of it. The staff is quick and really nice. A great place to relax to have some bubble tea with a few friends.

Fusion Ti has tons of flavors to choose from, frozen or unfrozen, they are fast, attentive, and the bubble tea has never left me or the friends who introduced me to the place disappointed.Trust me, if your looking for good bubble tea. Head here. Everywhere else is a waste of time.

I got myself a hot black milk tea with bubbles, but this milk bubble tea tasted so terrible I couldnt even finish it. The bubbles were stiff and had no sweet taste. The tea itself tasted like it was mixed with chai tea, I thought I asked for black milk tea? Im really disappointed and will not come again.

Bubble tea is good but they overcharged me. No one charge for jelly or bubble unless you get extra. I am never going there again.

Got an almond taro slush with bubbles. It was more expensive than other places I frequent. The taro flavor was weak and the bubbles werent the best - soft and flavorless (the bubbles should have some sweetness to them). Parking is difficult when its busy but theres a lot of space to do work. However, there are much better boba places in the area that I recommend (Cafe Zio, Gong Cha).

Ya know, the bubble tea is actually GREAT! That is, if they actually have bubbles when you arrive...this is the 2nd time in two weeks that i drove here (20 minute drive) and they were out of bubbles. The first time was 2 weeks ago; i arrived at 6pm after work and they told me they were out of bubbles and it would take 20 minutes. Same thing today; I arrive at 1:30 in the afternoon and again, I get told its going to be 20 minutes for bubbles.Whoever manages this place does a TERRIBLE job planning ahead for future business. I mean, HOW DOES A PLACE WHOS BUSINESS IS BUBBLES, EVER RUN OUT OF BUBBLES??? IT SHOULDNT HAPPEN, EVERRRRR!!!SO DAMN FRUSTRATED!!! Cuz i really like the tea. I just hate driving 20 minutes to find out they dont have bubbles.
