So nostalgic! Love the flavors.

I like their ice creams, my favorite flavor is rose petals. They have cones and pre packed pint for you to take with you. Their policy of $15 minimum for card is annoying but I understand. Other flavors I have tried are Ferraro rocher, orange pipe apple, mango ! I would recommend it if you are missing Indian ice creams!

Great Indian and regular flavors. Tried a new flavor - thandai ice cream. Was really good. Their ice creams were fresh.

Terrible service! Went with a group of 15 people, and one kid was autistic. That poor kid went behind the counter and started pointing at the ice cream flavors through the glass, and that is wrong but he was autistic so he doesn’t understand. He never even opened the glass, but the guy behind the counter started yelling at him very rudely. Never even ate there, screw it I can buy it from somewhere else. The food doesn’t matter when the service is terrible. Even at the end, when we were leaving he never apologized. Terrible people running this garbage service place!

The store offers variety of ice creams and specialty cold indian drinks. They also make icecream cakes via order. We like this place because it offers gluten and egg free cakes. We always get vanilla and chocolate ice cream cakes and it has not been disappointing yet. The cake is refreshing especially on a hot summer day.

Ice cream place is a haven for Kids . They should treat kids very friendly and with fun . But LOOKS LIKE THIS PLACE HATE KIDS AND TALK RUDELY WITH KIDS . I don’t want to give one star either but there is no option . Never coming back to this place, I should have read the previous reviews before I came here . Looks like RUDENESS is in their blood . There are so many other better ice cream place around. Don’t ever try for once .

Very nice and well known Indian ice cream place. They also bake cakes which is pretty cool, I like their exotic flavors. They make their ice cream in-house which is a big plus, their ice cream comes out airy and soft. I tried the Alphonso mango and it was very soft and creamy, you can just tell its a quality ice cream spot by their products.

Very unique flavors for people who like to try new things, but they also have a lot of classic flavors. The place is very clean and bright and they let you sample any flavor you want before deciding what you are going to get.

Awesome to get Indian based ice cream specialities .. love their casatta ice cream.. and pan ice cream. Its a lil expensive though. Customer service is bad . Overall a good experience to eat ice creams. !

Lady who works there service sucks. Please count your change. She automatically gets her tips from you without asking you. I totally agree with the other reviews about lady not smiling. The amount that they charge and scoops that they give is not enough.

Ice Cream flavors are plentiful, but they do not allow any free samples whatsoever (due to covid). So for the majority of the obscure flavors, it’s a guessing game. Ice cream is very tasty, and creamy. Lady working the counter not too friendly but it’s all good. Would go back for seconds.

I got a ice cream and after some people from my group got into a argument with the owners (which was because the owners misbehaved with a special needs kid) I left my ice cream there because we all were very annoyed with their service. After I left I saw that they put my ice cream WHICH WAS HALF EATEN, back into the ice cream container for someone else to buy. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND NO HYGIENE. NOT EVEN BASIC SENSE OF WHAT IS RIGHT AND WRONG.

No frills ice cream parlor offering a mix of regular and Indian inspired flavors and ice cream cakes. All the flavors we tried were rich and delicious. Worth visiting if you are in the area and support local businesses.

Very poor customer service!@! Very disappointed in the first visit. The lady serving me had no smile on her face as she was forced to work. The ice cream I got was cage raisin, which seems to be old and nasty. One tiny scoop was$ 3.75 . I would never go back there in my life. Poor rating over all.

Customer service is poor and rude. $15 minimum is not a normal for an ice cream shop.the reason they set minimum for $15 so they can force people to buy more. We were in a group of about 20 who toured the factory on the block behind. We were given lots of samples in small spoons. All we PACKED WITH FLAVOR. We selected to buy a pint $7 of guava because it was like eating creamy guavas.

Ice creams are good but the Lady behind the counter needs lot of customer service training, she is very rude when talking to the customers.

Yummy ice creams with wide variety of flavors. Pay by cash for orders less than $10 or so. Strongly recommend it.

Good ice cream, I come here alot.They never wear gloves when they scoop, the ice cream touches their thumb or fingers... disgusting.Pre-covid19 I would put up with it but not now. just visited there today after 3 months, this heavy set lady did not wear gloves, I asked her 3 times, she just ignored me. Then when it came time to pay, she put on gloves lol.Minus 2 stars for her not wearing proper gloves and mask.

A month ago, I went to this store and fatttt ladyyy who was working there had a air pods in. I had to say excuse me for 5-6 time. Looks like she is have so much attitude. However, thin girl welcomed me and helped me.she was so nice and had a happy face.

The ice cream is awesome. Especially the Blueberry Cheesecake and Ferrero Rocher flavored ice creams. The service...not so great. The lady seemed like she didnt even want to be there. Extremely unresponsive and didnt even smile. I would give less stars because of the service, but I dont want to mislead anyone into not getting the ice cream.

The advertised opening time was until 10pm daily however the owner was not allowing us in after 9:45pm and was very rude to us despite us driving over 30 mins just to get this Ive cream. Bad service. I have also recommend a change of opening hours to Google to not disappoint others.

Shop closure timing is at 10 pm but they close at 9:50. No courtesy to inform people waiting outside the door, instead owner abuses from inside. Was my first visit and the last one. Bad attitude!

Very Very RUDE staff... Just ruined the good ice-cream. They behave as if they are doing favour to you by selling ice-cream to you. Given a choice, Die or Eat Ice cream there. I would choose to Die. Save your self-respect by not going there.

A modest ice cream parlour with various options for ice creams and milk shakes. But my all time favorite at kwality icecreams is the Rose Falooda drink. The shop is of moderate size but with not much seating arrangements. You have to pay in cash if the total amount of purchase is below $10.

Great flavors and best part is you can try the flavor before you buy it. It really helps to pick the best. Wish they have longer summer hours.

Great ice cream selections, very tasty. I would even go as far as saying they have better American flavors than some other local ice cream shops. They have a plethora of american and indian-inspired flavors and treats. I can understand how some people feel the staff there is not very welcoming, but personally never found that interfering with my experiences there.

I bought ice cream and falooda from this place. I had a Samosa to go from next restaurant and ate outside of the restaurant. when I was throwing trash in Kwality restaurants than Kwality ice cream person was not happy and told me that I need to pay for trash bag...I was surprised to see his face and his comments. So mean..I was hurry but they are so mean..I am surprised..

Just like several other reviews, while the Ice cream is good the staff is extremely rude and not at all courteous. Its not the language or cultural problem because I am myself from the same background, it is something to do with the people. The icecream is pricey and not worth the drive, horrible & dry customer service. I would rather buy the vadilals from any desi store. Suggestion to owner - please try to smile, doesnt cost too much, will help you live easily and as a bonus going to have repeat customers.

Kulfi!!! I go there only for that. Tried so many other flavors, but nothing even come close to the flavor of kulfi they got.

Was planning to visit this place today as I was craving for falooda. But reading multiple reviews regarding bad behavior from staff/owner, deciding not to go. Finding good place with good indian food is easy but with good customer service is really really difficult. Indian restaurants owners please dont take us granted and clean-up your act !!!!

Great ice-cream falooda. I just love it. But the owner (a guy) is very rude. I was there with my family having faloodas. I pulled one chair away from the wall and placed it near my son. (Theres no notice / instruction that the chair cannot be moved). This man shouts at me from behind the ice-cream counter and yells at me informing me that I am in the way of other customers. I then moved my chair as close as possible to my son (and I wasnt in anybodys way). He still insisted that I move out of the way!!! still move-out? where? He meant that I put my chair and have it touch the wall. I then asked him to mind his own business and not bother me and my family. But he then continued intimidating me by saying things like You are not sitting in a park, Mind your language... My wife could not tolerate it and she had to walk out of the place. I wish I had never gone to this place.
