This store is a boon to south asians to buy their groceries and daily needs. Good news is they do not have to travel all the way up to Oak tree road. They are usually stocked well and also offer fresh snacks like Samosa, Pani puri and varieties of Curries with Chapati, roti, naan etc.The thing I do not like is they make fried snacks from Veg and non-veg items using the same facility. So big no no. Also, due to monopoly, the prices of vegetables and fruits is higher substantially-at times.

The staff is really unprofessional and rude, hygiene standards at check out are poor we told the lady to sanitize and she was upset about it. Rest of the store was fine, cleaner than a few other stores. The store is big, separate section for produce and frozenitems, just needs to be organized better. Prices are higher than other stores. After spending $400 for groceries the experience was not good.

Huge store which literally has everything you can look for from groceries, utensils, snacks to a wide variety of sweets. Only drawback is that the things are not well organized. You can also purchase wedding garlands here. They don’t have enough carts so it’s hard to shop on a busy day.

Its pretty close to Durham woods where i just moved in, but i am not impressed by it at all. As it is too close to my house i go there out of laziness but every time i bought any ice cream or sweet like Ras Malai, it feels like it melted and they refroze it, Layers in ice Cream(cream at top and watery at bottom), total bad experience 0 stars.

If it is a 0 star I would give it.. Plz be aware of this store. Cashiers are always charged for extra or ring up the items for double or triple time..Its happened with me recently 4-5 times. I just moved from NY to Edison and within 2 months it’s happening with me continuously. In beginning I was thinking that’s ok it’s only $1 or $2 I don’t want go back to fight with them but it’s happening all the time. Make sure you guys are check receipt before you left from store. My husband never check receipt and when he come home I will notice every time they did charged for extra or ring up the items for double. Last Saturday my husband bought super flame methanol gel 4 and they ring up for 6 times. It’s not only me our friends have the same experience too..It’s ridiculous that they are doing all the time.

We had a very bad experience with IGO. They do not provide clear pucture of whats available when you send them order over email for home delivery. most of the key items werent delivered. Couple of items were not even requested and still added to our invoice. Fruits were of so bad quality, looks like spoled ones were sent to us. And when I called twice to complain, they told me they will call back however no one has reached out to us yet. We will never order from them anymore!

It has a good variety of products and fresh ingredients. And now has organic products. My wife and I like going to the Indian Grocery Outlet (IGO) for its selection of fresh produce, the wide selection of imported spices and mixes, and the varying selection of cookware and oddities they keep 8n the back.Id like to mention the cookware aisles. They are in the back behind the Rices, and the selection changes every time. Weve gotten cooking pots, tava, steel cups, steel tongs, steel container, a paneer press we cant live without, and that one broom we have that has lasted for ages. Everytime we visit for any little thing we always take a look back there for something interesting. They also provide shelter to the local population of homeless birds. Which I always look forward to seeing.

I think this is recently opened indian grocery outlet and all the indian items available. Different sections are available to identify our needs easily. Enough parking facility and carts available in front of outlet. Utencils also available, i bought a alumnium pan for deep frying (ovel shape instead flat surface)which i never able to identify anywhere and got it here. Vegetables are fresh enough. They also provide free membership card. Visit once you will definitly think to go back again.

I went there for the first time, thinking that it’s an grocery outlet and I can purchase some thing for cheaper than, regular Indian grocery shops. Prices are higher than, Sabzi Mandi, Patel Brothers and Apna Bazar. The good thing in this place is, we can buy a food in this place in one counter. This shop is good, but don’t think this is an outlet, with cheap price.

Sells all the Indian groceries and the best part is it has all the Pooja related stuff like flowers and leaves specific to poojas. Fresh vegetables and foods. There are some hot served snacks inside the store which tastes good. Good stuff which is reasonable. One thing negative is that the casheirs are not friendly, they respond recklessly. Except this, everything is perfect in the store.

I reduced a star for their policy: no returns for any reasons because of covid. I bought multiple packets of Indian snacks which has gone rancid. Didnt bother to take it back since they have posted this at the billing itself. Good place for groceries and vegetables. Others buy at your own risk.

Went there because a sale was advertised. Spent an hour collecting things on sale. Then the cashier charges the 20 lb wheat bag twice. Realized when I reached home and double checked the bill. This has happened too often at Indian stores to think that this is an honest mistake. And the store never ever suffers from these honest mistakes. It is always the customer. Just cannot trust these kind of Indian stores anymore.

Beware of this IGO, over price, items with expiry date, they don’t accept returns for any items specially now a days they simply tell you the reason is “COVID we don’t take any return” so why you are opening the store and get people to come inside then? They always cheat their own people. IGO offered all kind of Indian products but beware and watch the bill always plz it happens many times to me and I will not going again also will make a complaint to relevant departments.I went to return bottle of ghee they said they are not accepting because of COVID 19. Really funny people can go Inside and buy items but return only COVID, implementing same cheating technique what they are doing in their own country. Most of 5 star reviews here are paid and prepared by management.

Worst service ever. I bought almost $400.00 amount worh groceries. When I went out and find that one rice and atta bag were broken and I went in roght away to get an exchange for those bags. That lady was so tude and arrogant. I fell lime i beg from her though it was my grocery. I am suggesting no to go there they are so hopeless and unprofessional staff. On top of that there was one of their cart person outside in the parking lot witness me putting bags in the car. And he saw it and said no worries they will exchnage. He was more polite then the front desk. Money always bot matter you self respect is matter too. Please don’t go to this store any more.
