With the wheel the same problem 12 hours after repair. very bad repair

Ive been a primary tower and sole provider for Penske for over 10 years the staff at this particular facility are the rudest Ive ever seen I tow for multiple Penske locations and on many different locations including transports and have never been met by such unfriendlyness. I have the gate code to many locations for Sunday or nightly access and have always had a good experience with Penske until today.The staff here definitely needs to learn how to greet and treat the tow truck drivers alot better.

Service lady scheduled us for a PM for a week later. After a week the driver takes the unit and she said we are not on the schedule. I called and she said she will schedule us a week later and hang up on me.

Easy to get to. truck rentals...

Truck was in the shop, one week I rented a truck at $75 a day and .35c a mile. 2 weeks later had to rent again and was told the same truck would be $150 a day and .99c a mile and its normally $200 a day but hes doing me a favor. Typically salesman that doesnt care about you. Also called me every day at 6am to see if I could bring the truck back early. The final day I did because he told me he wouldnt charge me for the day. Brought it back at 9am and still charged me for the full day. Pretty shady

Penske rep at pick up told us 99 cents after first 80 miles, turns out it was 99 cents for every mile the moment we left location. I also had a problem with the starting fuel level. It was listed as full but was a little over 3/4. Had to send wife back inside and get them update the starting amount.I advise everyone to disable the heavy towing option when not needed. I missed the GIANT label spelling out what the lit trailer icon meant.Please note that this text was originally attached to the drop off location by mistake.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Pleasantly surprised at how great their customer service is! Was upset that I was overcharged for miles I did not do, all because of a paperwork mistake. However, Nick at this location immediately took care of it and offered outstanding service! He went above and beyond. Will certainly be renting from Penske again in the future. Trucks clean and well serviced, and the service is outstanding (much different from other companies such as UHaul).

Honestly, their customer service is superior to most companies; their manners, friendliness, and demeanor are off the charts, especially in the day and age, when employees are not enjoying the jobs that they have tasked with a regular basis because of the meager wages per hour.

Terrible customer service!The manager was extremely rude and made me wait almost an hour to get fueled.The mechanics make believe they dont see you while you are standing right next to them trying to get information.These guys have no clue how to provide customer service!
