At the move-in she was very patient,pleasant and knowledgeable, explained everything, answered every question thoroughly and understandably, went over our charges, and even stayed after she was due to leave because of our movers late start, just to check that we were OK. I recently rented out two larger units from Public Storage and Im very happy with all the space I have - I was able to fit the contents of an entire house into one!The manager, Debbie, took care of my rental and was very nice and accommodating. We set up the rental and she showed me how to access everything, which made it a breeze when it came time to have the movers load up the unit.Overall, great experience. I highly recommend Public Storage for the deals they offer and the knowledge and competence of the staff.

I moved in last month because I had to store a lot of stuff from my moms house. Ill admit that I have lost my code information three times already but Debbie and the manager who lives there (sorry I dont know her name) have helped me every time I couldnt get in or out of the gate. My experience was great shawndel was a nice and friendly person answering the phone was a major plus. She was nice with helping telling prices and coming in very generous. If it was up to me this is the place to be with shawndel. She should be the distract manager in my case. If it was more stars Ill give her 10 but unfortunately its only 5 .
