Corey was our salesman and was super helpful! He was knowledgeable about products and respected our budget and didn’t try and push higher ticket items. Overall very pleasant experience. I dont know if buying an appliance (washer/dryer) has ever been easier. I made an appointment. Grant emailed me ahead of time to ask how he could prepare for my visit. I told him exactly what I wanted and he got me exactly that with zero hassle. I think it took me 15 minutes start to finish.

They have good prices for quality products. Staff is easy to work with once you get their undivided attention. Both sales and payment area appeared under staffed both days I was in recently. Also I expected them to thank me for my business but that never happened.

Went in to purchase appliances for our new build. I did my research before and had a very informed Sales Associate, RJ at the Edmond location. He was very knowledgeable and we were in and out in less than an hour.Hopefully my need for appliances won’t be for a long time but I know where I’ll go from now on, and where I’ll send my family and friends.

We were looking for a dryer and I’d called several places and most options were on backordered. I called with the model number and asked if they had it in stock. There was one, I asked if I could place a hold on it until I was able to come in within the hour and they did. The store was clean, staff was welcoming, polite and we were in and out in less than 20 mins. The loading dock employees were kind and very helpful also! We will be back! When we are ready to look for a refrigerator!

I was super impressed with the selection and pricing. The service wasn’t what I expected though. When I arrived I was never greeted. They weren’t even busy and the majority of the employees were standing in the center of the store. I walked around looking for what I needed. Never had anyone ask to help me. I finally had to go over to the group and ask someone to help us make a purchase. The only reason I stayed was due to pricing. Unfortunately not the customer service. Worth a trip though.

My overall experience was a pleasant one. They were able to help me find the same model that was out of stock elsewhere. They matched the price and their warranty becomes a store credit if unused. I think thats pretty great. Grant was my salesperson. He listened to what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable across all the product lines and helped me find the right fit for me.

After careful review and search I chose the Scotsman under counter ice maker. Once purchases on-line I was notified unit was out of stock and needed to be ordered (2-3 weeks).You really should have this vital info on the website so the consumer is well aware before purchasing.Was given opportunity for refund or choose a unit in-stock but I was avoiding (Kitchen-Aide).Apparently covid has caused a shortage of ice makers.Looking forward to receiving this ice maker when it arrives to warehouse.

This is my first time at Hahn appliances, I bought the whole kitchens appliances( washer, dryer, refrigerator, cook top, oven, microwave, dis washer).Everything was awesome ( the sale person, the manager) until something came up with my project, I have to return the cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher because it didn’t work with the power at my kitchen. I’m thinking about waiting till I renovate the whole kitchen and then I will buy it again. After my sale person knows that I returned some of the appliances, she changes her attitude. She hang up on me after I confirmed that I return some stuff. I was so shock because she was so nice to me before.When I came back to exchange the refrigerator ( I pick the more expensive one), she still have that same attitude like she when she talk to me on the phone. It makes me feel like Im not welcome there.( I wish I could have say that I want to change the sale person). I paid for that refrigerator and willing to pay the restocking fee plus the extra on the new refrigerator. So I would love to have at least a decent customer service.I have a good experience with the manager, when there is a problem on delivery, he fixed it fast and very helpful.In general, I really like Hahn appliances because their prices are very competitive and they have a good collection in stock. But if I need to go back, I would love to not have that sale person help me again.

Ms Karli McGhee, was very professional, courteous and helpful. She was able, after visiting with her supervisor, to sell us a Whirlpool Washer, with minor dents and scratches. The price was better than Lowe’s and Home Depot.

The lady that helped me did a great job! She was patient, helpful and researched appliances within their system and online for me and didn’t make me feel rushed. Found the two appliances I was wanting and got 18 mons interest free on my card and delivery in less than two weeks!

We selected and purchased a microwave on Saturday with a pick up date of Monday 6 Sept 2021. I stopped in on Monday and was told that it was on the way. Later the same day I called to see if the item was in, I was told it was. When I got there they couldnt find it. I was told that it was sold to someone else and to add insult to injury I was told I could have the floor model and they would take $20 dollars off, no thank you. The show room is clean and associates seem pleasant. It is there delivery that is lacking. So beware when you purchase an appliance. I did call the store manager and it was hard to tell if he even cared as to what my concerns were. I chose not to cause a scean at the store, but I wont go back there, this was the test before I buy a new refrigerator, dishwasher and stove cook top, well they failed so I wont be going there to buy those items. There are way too many businesses will to do a better especially since covid. So how do I rate this experience VERY POOR.

She was able to find me the perfect washer and dryer that was in stock since the original washer I wanted was on back order. Everything went smooth from order to pick up. I needed a new stove and shopped the big box stores first thinking theyd be the best value for my money. I found the exact same sales price of $1709 at two of them and with the everything it was $2193.58 without the griddle or convection rack. They charged me $25 for haul away and $39.99 for gas parts to connect it, and $19.99 for installation. Almost a $100 in additional charges! And I had to wait a week for it to come in.I went to Hahn and their sale price was $1397.95! No extras of connection fees, haul away fees, or installation fees! They charged me $49.95 for the convection rack, but it came with the griddle. My total with tax was $1642.73 out the door, $52 less than the sale price of $1709 at the big box stores!!! I saved $550.85 by going to Hahn and they had it on the floor to show me all the features and it was in stock so no waiting!! Im a customer for Life and will happily give them a testimonial anytime.

The lady that helped me ask me what I needed when I walk in I told her I needed a dishwasher in black so she went and checked what was available and came back and showed me the ones that was in stock. We went and she wrote up the ticket then she told me was going to go check to make sure everything was ok and then took me to to the checkout department and stayed there till everything was done and thank me for coming in and to come back. My appliances are great and arrived timely. The no interest financing options are great as well. My only issue is there is a dent in my fridge door and I have gotten a horrible runaround trying to get it repaired or replaced. I wouldnt be such a stickler but its obvious that it was something prior to my ownership and the dent is actually protruding from the door so its not even damage I myself could accomplish. I called it in once and they sent a replacement whirlpool decal. Ive called again a few times and the person I need to speak to is never available. I would really like the door replaced at this point but feel like Im running out of time for the resolution.

We were allowed to shop as we wanted for a long time. Three individuals ask us if we needed help and we did ask each of them questions. We then left and went shopping at other places. We came back and were verifying the ones that we wanted to look at in more detail. We chose the one we wanted and a salesperson came up to us about that time saying the manager had seen us come in and wanted to know if we needed help. The manager had been the last person we talked to on our previous visit. The salesperson helped us make the purchase and set up the delivery. We are pleased to this point the delivery has not been completed yet.

Really big store, lots of selections. We were in and out pretty quickly, maybe an hour?

Having just moved to the Edmond area, we were in need of several new appliances. Uncertain where to go I did a little research and found Hahn Appliance in Edmond. Ill begin by saying that the store has a great presence when entering in regards to being welcomed by the employees, its layout and overall cleanliness. The real testament however, lies within the sales, delivery and installation process. I was met by Grant and we immediately set in to determine my needs. I didnt have a lot of time and Grant made the process simple and informative, making my buying experience very convenient, while finding exactly what I needed. He was also able to work me in the following week for delivery and installation. As expected, the delivery truck arrived with all of my appliances on board. This is the point where I have historically had issues in other markets... The Installation. Like my experience back at the store, I was greeted by Devin and Trent. Two young professionals. Both were polite, informative and walked me through the process before anything was done. The truck was clean and the units were well strapped for transport. Great care was taken by both in regards to the unboxing, assembly and installation. Our home was treated with great respect and it was by far the best overall experience I have had with appliance installation. A job well done and I will certainly be doing business here again. If youre needing a new appliance, I would recommend placing your trust in Hahn and ask for these 3 Gentlemen. Its the people that make the difference.

They say its not thier fault but getting matching appliances and availability of appliances is horrible . It was everywhere else though.. They didnt deliver inside the house. Garage only and I wasnt advised of this until they got here. They dont un crate or unbox either.

This was my first time even visiting the store. We looked around for like 30 seconds before the salesman (Matt) approached us and simply answered questions on the product and told us all about the extended warranties. He made our decision easy and we quickly made up our minds. Great amount of selection, store lay out was nice and the extended warranty is very affordable and awesome too.

Updates and feedback from Hahn employees not good. Information from salesperson was not complete and lacked specific details about when / where appliances would arrive.Understandable that Covid has caused delays in making products and ripples to the consumer outlets.Seems like a good company but not sure I would buy from them again.Other companies out there that may offer better customer service

My experience in 2020 got us all new kitchen appliances. After weeks of online research and visiting several other appliance stores. We found Hahn to have the best customer service, selection and prices. Again in 2021, we needed a new freezer and I shopped several stores and online and Hahn was the best. Thanks Corey!
