We have purchased a big screen television here and they installed it PERFECTLY. Great price, too. They are super knowledgeable and helpful about their products! My parents have gotten all their custom TV equipment here and recommended I use them. Happy I listened!

So happy I purchased my big screen television at Weathers. I shopped Sams and Costco but really wanted to give the sale to a local mom and pop business. Weathers was price and warranty competitive with the big guys, but their service was nothing Ive experienced in decades. The television I wanted was not in stock (due to the Oklahoma Ice Storm) so they delivered and setup a brand new comparable television that we used until the ordered one arrived! Who does that? No one! The two gentleman who delivered and setup and mounted the television Joel and (I believe Jacob), explained in great detail all the features too.Please, if you are in need of electronics or major appliances, you would be foolish not to buy from Weathers. Youll also feel great giving back to the community!

We have purchased a big screen TV and washer and dryer combo from Weathers in the past year or so. Both were delivered and installed. They both have worked better than expected and service was outstanding. I don’t post reviews right away just to ensure all goes well for some time, but today my wife mentioned how wonderful the new appliances have been so I thought I would post our experiences with this great company.Forget the big box store and wholesalers and get good quality and service right downtown in Edmond.

We have many appliances & electronics from Weathers for several reasons including personalized and very knowledgable customer service that you do not get at chain box stores plus the high quality components utilized to build products they handle vs. many same brand big box store “volume buyer” products that use inferior quality components. Overall, Weathers value is second to none. Simple, you get what you pay for and it’s the best of both worlds at Weathers - best service and best products / pricing. Go first class in things of lasting value relatively speaking, you cant afford not to.

Just bought a Whirlpool glass top range for under competitor pricing. Friendly staff, good prices, and small town service. Will be going back when our dishwasher breaks down, cause thats the next thing on the list. Better prices than Home Depot and Lowes. And much better service

Best place to buy tvs and appliances in Edmond area, their prices are as good as the big box stores. The service and deliver/install/setup/training is AWESOME.!!

Good selection, pretty good sales staff, and competitive prices. But, if you need a TV installed/hung after purchase, good luck. I purchased a TV from their store on 11 Nov, and was happy to see that they offered that service. I let them know that I would have to coordinate scheduling that with my wife since she would be the one home when it happened, to which they said that was fine. So, my wife called on the 16th to schedule the appointment, and they (Shirley) directed her to call Jake and warned that he wasnt good about returning calls. Why would a company employ an individual in a service capacity that they had to warn the customer was bad about returning phone calls? She called Jake on 16 Nov and left a voicemail to schedule an appointment. After the warning, it was no susprise that on the afternoon of the 20th, we still had not heard anything from Jake. I called back and spoke to Shirley who offered me to transfer me to Jakes voicemail again (why would I want to do that given the previous problems?) but that he was booked until after Thanksgiving. She declined to answer my question regarding whether he was booked until after thanksgiving when we first called him on the 16th. When I asked about an installation discount given the trouble, her response was why would we discount it when it costs us the same amount to do? Well, you discount it because your service was poor and it took my time to call you back on the phone to work it out.She offered to transfer me to Mr. Weathers voicemail which I accepted. He called me back shortly after with lots of reasons about why they have a problem in that area, but no solutions. I get it, COVID and all. But that has been going on since March, and thus is no longer a valid reason to offer for poor service. He then in an irritated tone of voice asked me........well what do you have, TV, sheetrock wall, what? After his question and the way he asked it, I immediately told him that I would go elsewhere to have this taken care of.It is the last time I will deal with this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone else either. Incidentally, when I got off the phone with Mr. Weathers, I made a call to another Edmond company who does this, left a voicemail, and had a return call in less than 30 minutes.

I agree with the comment made about old fashioned store and that is why I love Weathers TV! I had researched washers and dryers for 10 days. I visited the chain stores, Hahns Appliance. Sears and Metro Appliance. Although I experienced pleasant customer service from all these places, the price was not right. As a last ditch effort, I called Weathers to see what they had. I was assisted by Jake and he offered me a deal I couldnt refuse! To my delight, I received an excellent price on a Whirlpool set with all the features I wanted. I was thrilled to find out they threw in the hoses plus delivery and set up for free!. The only thing I paid for was the washer and dryer; there were no hidden fees, no oh by the ways just the price and tax. On top of all that, the delivery was scheduled for just a few days after the purchase. I didnt have to wait a week which was the going delivery time for the chain stores. I would recommend Weathers to anyone in the market for TVs or appliances; they are willing to deal and that is a rarity these days.

Had a great experience at Weathers TV today. Jake took into account my circumstances and helped me find the perfect TV that fit my situation. Then he was kind enough to give me an extra deal on the display table I liked. The TV selection was good and Im excited to get my new TV delivered on the next business day. Then on top of all that, they are extending the warranty a full year, covered by their own service department. All truly amazing. It feels good to get such friendly, professional service in such a quaint community setting.

Walked out of Weathers today due to the fact of horrible customer service. Asked a simple question about a TV stand to the woman working the counter (l believe her name was Shirley). Her response to my question was “Well duh, we are a TV Store so what do you want?”. She killed the first impression right there.Stayed polite and decided to not give her my opinion to her response and see if the other employee, Jake, could assist me. As we wanted to keep our spending locally in Edmond. He came over and quoted a ridiculously high price for a TV stand with install and we were needing to purchase a TV as well. At that point we knew they couldn’t help us so they lost our business. Also, the way the employees dressed for salesmen also didn’t make confident in their abilities. Call me old fashioned but I️ just didn’t feel comfortable with a salesman giving me their pitch in jeans.So we immediately left Weathers and went down to Best Buy (Big Box Store in the eyes of Weathers and it’s customers) and were greeted by half a dozen friendly employees before we even got to the TV section. Found the TV and stand that we were looking for and a salesperson assisted us with the quote and getting delivery and install set up. Oh and this exact TV was selling at Weathers for $150 MORE than at Best Buy. So not really sure why all of the other reviews on this page say they can beat the big box stores. Maybe they don’t get out much.So my suggestion for the ownership of Weathers TV would be to educate/hire their employees that don’t seem disgruntled or disorganized at their profession. Good old fashioned customer service goes a long way. Because of the incompetence of those employees, Weathers TV lost my business for good as well as a $4,800 sale that we gladly spent at Best Buy.

My Parents always bought from Weathers TV while I was growing up. I bought a couple of TVs there myself while I was looking around. The customer service was so great especially when I was asking for the right TV to look for. Best place to shop locally compared to other places Ive been!

Excellent personal help, service and staff. They really work with your budget to help you get a great deal for the money. Come here if you want the attention that you dont get at any big box store. They are really passionate about TV and stereo equipment and know their stuff.Add in the fact that they price match any competitor? No brainer, people!

I have done business with this locally owned store for over 20 yrs. I would never buy any Item they could get me from anywhere else. TV, Audio, or kitchen appliances, I have always been happy and enjoy going in for the latest technology to make sure I am up to date! Small town feel from a city that isnt a small town anymore. Thank you Scott for always taking care of myself and my family when we come in.

A few years ago I had a Sonos Playbar, subwoofer and 2 play 1’s installed by a different company in my upstairs TV Room, but the sound quality just didn’t sound that great. Jake, from Weathers came out today and in less than one hour completely reconfigured my system and now it sounds awesome, I have true surround sound. I am so impressed with the service I received from Weathers!!

They were very nice and helpful I went looking for parts but they did not have them but gave me the name of another company that did. I would definitely recommend this company.

Weathers TV in downtown Edmond really know what they are doing! I needed a little extra help and was recommend here by quite a few friends after asking around. Im not sure why people have given poor reviews. Ask for Jake! He sold me a new HDTV 1and they came out installed it and hooked up all my stuff for free! AND it was cheaper than I could have gotten anywhere else! I couldnt say anything bad about these guys!

Excellent all-around experience buying a killer new TV from Weathers. Im in technology by trade so I imagine that maybe makes me a bit fussy as a customer for this type of thing (as in, I think I know what Im talking about, haha rrrright...). Scott and his staff worked with me, and as it turned out, every single recommendation they made was spot on. On top of that, pricing was right there with all of the national chains. Im definitely going to check them out when I need to upgrade my fridge and washer/dryer.

Weathers is a wonderfully run family business that left me comfortable in the knowledge that my sizeable purchase would be backed by continuing service. They offered a wide range of quality products and my shopping experience was enjoyable as well as productive.

They let you know if it can be fixed or pitched real quick with no bs, they can fix it if it can be. Also great prices on new and great install.
