I scheduled a rapid covid test today and went through the drive thru to check in. Once I got the window the pharmacist that approached was very rude and snappy I told her I had an appointment at 10:35 and she immediately got an attitude saying I was in the wrong place. So I go over to the rapid testing building and proceed to wait 45 min before the person inside approaches me and again is very rude and has an attitude. She told me that I put my number in the system wrong but I had still received updated text from cvs just not from her personal number, so she had obviously entered it wrong. Either way these people should not be in their positions if they’re going to make patients feel as though inconveniencing them, I already came here not feeling good but that made me feel a lot worse than I had to.

This place is terrible. If you need any help finding anything. Your better off going to Walgreens where people help you. I guess the vaccine is paying there bills.

The pharmacist James Kirk is extremely rude and violated my HIPAA rights by loudly questioning my medical history and medications in front of 4 other customers. He told my husband that no one was around and that he pulled me to the side but that’s a lie. I encourage the store manager to look at the security footage for August 26 at 6:17 pm to see me surrounded by customers. If you value your privacy, go elsewhere.

PHARMACY IS THE WORST!!! Scheduled appointment, followed all instructions- sat outside 25 minutes (other cars waiting as well, never saw anyone), knocked on outside station door (no answer/locked), called sat on hold 10 minutes no answer so went inside (while still on hold) and 4 people standing in pharmacy area talking, pharmacist was EXTREMELY RUDE and said there were signs to go through drive thru (WHICH THERE WERE NOT AS YOU CAN SEE below)! I let those outside also know to pull around, smh!!!Young lady providing instructions on test was nice/polite but again pharmacy sucked, go somewhere else!!!!

Probably my favorite CVS store. Their inventory control is the best and they have everything I came in for. They also do the best job of substituting when they don’t have something in stock. Great staff and service.

Visited this place for drive through COVID test on 14Sep2020. The test was last about 10 mins. Que is less. Service is good.I have tested negative for Swab test even I had mild symptoms. The COVID test results are not accurate. You need to have better diagnostic system for Covid.The test results came after 2 days given the test.

Jhayla was such a considerate and cheerful cashier. She was kind and patient when I had trouble using my card. It was easy to find things in the store and when shopping with four young children, that is so helpful.

Since I moved and started using this pharmacy I have had quite literally nothing but problems. They don’t send prior authorizations back to my doctor so I’ve missed prescriptions I really needed. I’ve migrated (or am attempting to) to the Danforth location as they don’t screw up like this. Just don’t use this pharmacy. You will not get what you need.

So let’s talk about rude! I was in here today and the lady up front was apparently in her own world. I asked if I could use the self check out. She said it was card only. And I said I had a card. As I said uh huh. She began to mock me? Like a child does? I’m seriously disappointed and will not shop here again. Disgusting.

Pros: rapid covid testingI used their minute clinic for a covid test. I scheduled the appointment their website. The process was fast and friendly with test results in less than an hour

I had a COVID-19 test done here in Nov 2020. Do not go there. I waited 1,2,3 weeks for the results. I finally got a CVS pharmacy employee to contact the lab for my result. The lab stated they never received my test swab. I asked for a refund of my $139.00. The CVS employees said they couldn’t refund it and I had to contact billing. After much phone correspondence, I got a letter today, Feb 4, 2021, saying “CVS is immune from liability of all claims of loss and harm related to CVS’ provision of items, services or any other resources to combat COVID-19.” Claim denied. They get to keep my $139.00 and I have nothing to show for it.

The pharmacy team at this CVS location was definitely lacking. Over the multiple times that I’ve come to pickup a prescription at this location they often take an excessive amount of time to just answer the phone and they aren’t exactly in a hurry to help you. And it wasn’t like there was anyone behind me or waiting in front of the line. Overall the pharmacy customer service here is poor.

Sent my husband to pick up a photo order. He got there, said the name, the MANAGER pulled the wrong order and handed it to him without confirming the name. Order was substantially different. Tried to blame the fault on my husband, was rude on the phone, did not willingly offer a solution, I had to ask for one. Not good customer service at all.

Scared to post publicly due to possible retaliation, but the female pharmacist is the rudest ever. The gentleman is so courteous and polite, quite the difference. I only go if she is not working.

I have visited this CVS twice for Covid testing. I had a great experience with the staff however it took over 20 working days to get results back. I would definitely not go to CVS for COVID testing.

I absolutely love this CVS. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. They go out of their way to help their customers and sympathize with people in a personalized way. Much like a smaller pharmacy. I have been very happy with them and have been having my meds filled there for a while now. I had a bad experience with a pharmacist at another CVS calling me up to the desk publicly and loudly informing me that she was not able to fill two of my prescriptions at once due to the fact that it would jeopardize her pharmacy license. Both scripts were prescribed on the same day from the same doctor. I was appalled that she had the power to go above my doctors recommendation for me and also because she works at a public retail pharmacy. Anyways, this CVS has restored my faith and I would highly recommend it to others. The only downside is it’s not a 24 hour pharmacy. Pharmacists, Techs, and Interns there are wonderful! Thank you!

DORIS!! She is the absolute best! She always greets me with a smile and is efficient and kind. As I walk in I always check to see if Doris is there and if she is not I just turn around and come back another day. Thanks Doris for all you do! You rock!!

Lock the doors before they close at 11pm. At least that was my experience tonight, neither employees looked at the door and knew I was standing there. The store should change their hours from 11pm to whenever they feel like closing.

Have had issue with the pharmacy in the past, but this time they were amazing. Making several phone calls to myself and insurance to work it all out during a stressful time. Thank you.

Don’t ever get a lab test done here. It will take a month or longer to get a test result.

Really slow drive-through. I saw no one working when I finally had to leave and go by the window. There were 7 cars backed up and the line hadn’t moved in 10 minutes.

Fantastic Pharmacy. Fantastic staff who really enjoy helping people. I couldnt afford me medication but they were able to lower the cost for me!

I see many more unfavorable rating on this store than positive ones. After dealing with their incompetent NP, Casey Butts, I am not surprised. Do NOT use her. She is rude and doesnt know what she is doing when it comes to DOT physical. My husband tried to show her on a DOT website that she was incorrect but she was rude and would not listen. This is our livelihood, cant afford some bimbo that probably slept her way to her degree causing unnecessary problems. She is soooo obviously NOT qualified for this job. We will be reporting her to Medical Board. Hope they jerk her license. She should have to retake whatever test got her this job, bet she cant pass it. CVS is giving itself a bad rep hiring incompetent healthcare employees.

If you need a TB test done, i recommend going to the health department instead. I came here due to having to get my test done quickly for school and this was the only place open at the time. Not only did they place the test incorrectly, the APRN, who read my results, gave me a false positive. I had gone to the health department and had 4 different people tell me that is was incorrect. I also had a repeat test done and it ended up being negative. As a safe bet, go to the health department instead!!

Never in my life have I experienced a place of business with so much attitude coming from someone who is a manger. That talks to customers and the workers in a rude manner. I wouldnt mind coming back to this pharmacy if that particular pharmacists with semi long blond hair was no longer there. Would give 5 stars but my wife and I were disgusted as we were not only listening as this pharamacists was answering/talking to others but also got the same treatment she was giving other patients. Get rid of her!

But far one of the best pharmacies I have ever been to in my life. All of the pharmacists are happy to answer any questions that I have about my medications. They send me text reminders about when it is time to refill and rarely do I have tdo wait more than a day to have my medication ordered when it is out of stock. For this being the busiest store in OKC and Edmond, they do a great job!

Always quick and professional. Matt is a gem!! He truly understands the meaning of customer service. He is such an asset to this store!!!

I drive 15mins to go here rather than seconds to my nearest pharmacy. Best CVS around.

I only go there once in a blue moon because it’s close. Prices are high. And store setup is meh!

I was helped by Gertrude today at this pharmacy and she was extremely rude to me. Ignored my question with a nasty attitude, and then laughed at me like a child for walking the wrong to pick up my prescription when I had been going to Walmart before but decided to give CVS a try for the first time since it’s closer to home. Will not be coming back.

Pharmacy absolutely horrible, tried to fill here instead of the cvs on danforth, they tried charging me 120+ dollars for a prescription I get usually for 10.

Tried twice to fill script, they keep returning it to the shelf and tell me to come back next day or they say there computer is down. Bull ----Going to Walgreens from now on

They will steal your prescriptions and then tell you that you stole them and that they double counted them. Dont take medicine from there without counting it first.

Grocery selection is poor, as is over the counter meds for infants/toddlers.

Pharmacist wouldnt give me any information over the phone about my prescription because she thought I was going to rob the store.

Just rude and unprofessional!

You have the worst pharmacy technician I have ever seen, the Santa Fe CVS sent me over to this pharmacy to get my daughters ADHD medication because they were out but he wouldnt accept her script because he didnt like the Doctors signature
