You can get all your in there for a starter place. I use this location as my go to when i am in town. The staff is always so helpful. SIDENOTEt: i have never heard anyone who have won that survey on the receipt

I was not that impressed with the selection of items that Big Lots in Edmond had. I prefer the Big Lots on 63rd! Better layout and variety

Waited 8 weeks for a couch to be delivered. And when I asked about getting the display couch instead the said be patient it will be here the following Tuesday. Well it’s here but it won’t be able to be delivered until Wednesday. Thanks so fun not having a couch for two months

Definitely a more updated store than the one I have been to in NE OKC. They only had a little of what I needed and didnt have as big of a selection as the one I am use to going to. It was a nice store all around though. Will browse around again in the future.

Today (22Feb2020) we have visited this store to buy children chair. We found one but it is too expensive 29$ compare to the similar item I was purchased at Walmart 15$ (adult chair).We haven’t buy this item. We have purchased door hanger bar, kids gummies etc. we found some good deals at furniture section. Some items (home decorative items) are overly priced than hobby lobby. This store is big. Staff is customer friendly.No complaints.

Store was well stocked, clean, had shopping carts. Love their pet center for discounts on great toys, supplies, food, treats. This is a beautiful discount store.

Need more checkers but good place to shop. Just dont be in a hurry.

The managers are nice but not all the employees are. They will tell you if they have something in stock and the price of it if you call so you dont waste a trip. I bought some chips and something else that was expired one time but, I didnt realize it until awhile later. They made it right, but I had to make an extra unplanned trip. The bus #3 has a stop north of 15th on Broadway (not in front of the store) so its harder to time right and its too hot right now to sit directly in the sun. Its usually higher than Walmart or crest foods, but it carries some different stuff. Im not going back except with my friend in his SUV.

Ordered a sofa online on a Sat. Morning. Big Lots confirmed delivery for that Monday between 9 am to 9 am window. I would be texted messaged and emailed when it left the store. Waited all day Monday. Called store to check on delivery. Said it had not been picked up yet at 2 pm... said it was still early...Never heard anything... no sofa wasever delivered...tried to call pickup site and left all hold...Suggest to not buy any furniture from big lots if you need delivered. Go to a more well known furniture store that can deliver...Big Lots uses a 3rd party and you never know if they are coming when scheduled.

Cashier and Miranda (manager at this location) would not sell me a out door table and 6 chairs $1,100 dollar value. Reason was because they didn’t have the man power to keep putting tables in the out door section. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Manager was rude about it. I just wanted to pick up the chairs and table for a Easter gathering.

First trip to this location. Absolutely loved the selection and variety, especially compared to the one we usually go to. Mark this one as a keeper.

Lots of great clearance. Unfortunately the alarm was going off the whole time I was in there. It wasnt their fault. It was annoying though. Great employees and customer service!

I havent been to this Big Lots in quite awhile. I had stopped in grabbed a few items and waited in a long line😔. As i was waiting there was a girl i noticed who was behind a register playing in her phone. I can see the lady ringing everyone up was just looking at her, for help. I told the lady (Elizabeth) that it seems as if thar girl didnt want to work. I appreciated Elizabeths time, smile, professionalism and hope Big Lots recognizes what an asset she is. As for the other girl i would hope that someone would talk to her about her customer service.

They Employee was helpful didnt have what we needed, got on line they wanted way more to deliver. Did t get what we came for. Was disappointed ☹️

Justin in the Furniture department checked us out in the store. We asked where the futons were, and he waived his arms in a vague direction in the store and went to the back of the store without really helping us. Then when we checked out to get some furniture escorted to the car, he just left the stuff there, he didn’t apologize on his behalf nor dismiss himself. Nice store! But just go to a different employee in the store.

Got a beautiful Christmas tree half price yesterday.

They have a great selection of home stuff. The bathroom kitchen bedroom pictures, picture frames.

Kinda fun place to look around in. Never know what you might find!

So up until now have always had a great experience, so I took a friend Jorge and his wife Amy in t look and furniture and get a pre approval through progressive leasing. Shawn the asst manager was asked to help them and from the start he acted like he did not care when he was asked to come to the back to help he huffed as if we was bothering him, just very rude will go bank when Benji and hank are in those two are awesome always helpful and professional

Travis was very helpful. I couldent find the Christmas tree that I wanted and he went to the back to find it for me. I was very happy. Taylor was my cashier and she was very kind and courteous. Great service. Great people.

Edmond Big Lots and 63rd and May are awesome, Edmonds being my favorite. You can find great buys, nice snacks and canned foods, and even refrigerated and frozen items. Housewares and bedding have good selections and prices.

This Big Lots has very helpful employees. I have never had any issues here and I like looking through the store and finding good deals.

The store employee named Hank went above and beyond in helping us locate a particular item we were looking for. We were both very impressed with his customer service. If you have a question then look for Hank.

Stopped in to get a couple chairs they helped me get them loaded. The price was great for what I got. They always have a ton of stuff but the isles are not always clean and clear enough to push a cart down. If you need something cheap and they have it in stock its probably not going to be anywhere else for less unless you but it online.

I didnt catch the guys name but he was an older man who worked in the furniture department and I gotta say he went above and beyond for me I really appreciate his service and I believe he deserves a promotion. Very helpful and kind. Im extremely satisfied with my experience here.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE!!!! I bought a sectional last night. Got it home and they gave me 2 of the same sides to it. Took one back and they told me all they had left was the floor model. They gave me a 25% discount. Get the new piece home and the section put together. Fell asleep on it and had bugs crawling out of it on to me. So i then had to spray my house. Go to put the legs together on the ottoman we bought with the set and it had a manufacturers issue were the legs couldnt be attached. So I decided I was going to take it back the next day. They said all they had left was the floor model. Ended up just getting a refund. I would like for the district mgr to contact me!

We shopped mostly in the food/snack areas. Theres a variety of other edible items. For the season they have a variety of pumpkin cake mixes and other premade items. Theres a clearance section near the front wall. Didnt tarry there, passed through. Husband was waiting for me! And Christmas is busting out all over!

The shelves are never stocked properly, the merchandise are never priced at all. Plus the employees wear their masks improperly, below the noses, especially the black employees. Disrespectful.

Big lots by my house in Edmond, Ok. Is great they are cheap prices . I buy all my running socks a huge pack Fila low cut running socks like 20 pairs 5 dollars. Head phones all different types so you will find what style you like cheap. I have had beats and paid 100s of dollars and I found that big lots head phones are better and paid ten bucks for a pair and I love them. Plus if your like me and you break stuff on accident like stepping on your head phones or whatever no big bc there only 10 bucks and I think the sound and the clarity is better or as good as beats or other top btand headphones. Also paper towels and toilet paper cheap . If your on a budget like me its the place. I figured why all the woman go there to get good deals on house stuff and things for the family. Now that Im single male who now has to shop. Its a great place so for the guys out there doing there own shopping and on a budget this is the place

The brand new mattresses are dirty because everybody lays on them NASTY💩! WHAT NO FOOD STAMPS! And the last time I was there the clerk act like he didnt want to take my money for the dog cables.

My husband was just in there to try and get a recliner. He was checking one out and all of the sudden there was a young lady who came in and ALL of the help went to surround her. They left him alone and so he left. No sale today suckers.

Great selection of furniture but the store is dirty and unorganized. Difficult to find workers for assistance.
