They are great to work with. Took my push mower in to them for repair based on reviews by several neighbors and friends. They fixed the mower at a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. Even loaded it back in my truck for me. Professional and also friendly. I fired up the mower when I got home, it started on the first pull and I got busy mowing! I would use them again and recommend them.

Jacob was the most helpful person. Actually encouraged me to do the minor work, and told me how to do it . Saved me $$$ labor. And told me if I couldn’t figure it out, that he would then help. The part was cheaper than the big shop. He was helpful and respectful. I absolutely recommend them

I called for a simple update on a weedeater that I had dropped off a week ago and the man on the phone told me he has taken multiple calls in the hour asking for an update on a repair... as if Im the one inconveniencing him. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and once I pick up my weedeater I will not be using this shop again. Learn how to talk to people. Youre in the service industry.

I went there because the chain came off my chainsaw. He said they were closing soon & he couldn’t help me.(It was literally 30 min. before they were supposed to close).I said I just had a question, but when he saw it was a brand they didn’t sell he actually became even more rude. (Didn’t think that was possible)I have tried doing business with them before & they had the same attitude.I will drive a little further & give someone else my business.

I had never heard of this business until my wife suggested I go here to support local business. I went in for a chainsaw blade a couple of days after the ice storm. There was a younger stocky kid working the counter. While I was waiting in line my attention was drawn to a conversation he was having with a customer telling him they didnt have time to work on his item. I then heard the customer say that he was just trying to ask a question before leaving the store. I stepped up to the counter and the young man began ranting to his coworker that everyone thinks they are special and that they (customers) are lucky he came in today. Well.....you wont have to worry about me disturbing you again. One would think a little more compassion and understanding would be in order since many people have tree limbs laying on their houses and are without power. Pardon us for bringing our business to a locally owned store and supporting small business. The coworker assisted me in getting what I needed but after reading other posts and having just retired, I may open a lawncare store myself and easily take their customer base just by being kind and helpful.

This guy has no idea whats going on in the field.I own a large landscaping company and fully understand machines, their abilities, and applications.Everyone Ive encountered at the front desk has had an attitude.Dont waste your time with this place.Go buy from someone who appreciates your business.

Look at the difference between the 5 star reviews and poor reviews. 5 stars are from people who bought equipment, poor reviews are from people who brought in for repairs. Overpriced, poor customer service and workmanship. If youre there to spend money on a new piece of equipment, they are more than happy to give you attention, if youre there for a tune-up or repair, they seem very disinterested in serving you, nickel and dime you, replace parts without asking, charge up front to drop off, dont stand behind their work. If the problem persists once you get home, you can bring it back in and get charged over again. Definitely no satisfaction guaranteed policy there. I think they got big enough over time they became the go-to place in Edmond to take youre equipment because there werent many options. It shows in their attitude towards customers. I always feel as if Im bothering them by coming to the counter. Hate to leave local businesses a bad review, but in reading others their experiences sounded just like mine.

If I could rate them 0 stars out of 5, I would. They have absolutely terrible customer service. Their prices are high and their craftsmanship is sub-par. I will never use them again, and I wouldnt refer them to my worst enemy... I cant believe anyone still gives them service. Also, the mower I took in was not fixed when they said it was. I took back, and they said they fixed it again. It was not fixed. They made me pay both times. Just terrible.

Total Rip Off replaced pull cord on mower cost 100.00 never go there they think that because its Edmond they can lie and steal from people. Using the fact that the deposit of 50.00 is theirs just to check it in and dont do anything for that upfront payment. They should be already out of business. They are praying on your lack of knowledge and the cost to object if you are. Mean while your items are in the lurch. A total waste of time and money.

Went in representing a client with als ( lou gherrigs disease ). This person has been a long time client of this place. They ( man and woman behind counter) were not any help at all. I mentioned clients name and that he was no longer able to speak and that I was his lawn guy. The client was under the impression they had some kind of customer loyalty and told me to mention his name. They tried to even charge me 10$ for asking them to show me how to restring a weedeater. I went in prepared to spend alot of money on a new chainsaw and some other things but 10$ just to show me something that would take 1 min was ridiculous. Went home and watched a 3 min YouTube video and got it restrung without there help. I will never use this place for anything. Home Depot and Lowes has same stuff for less. Horrible customer service.

This company does not value customer service and I dont believe my mower was properly repaired. The same issue I had with smoke coming out the motor was present when I brought it home as it was when I took it for repair. Prospectively, I will be saving myself precious time and resources by taking my business elsewhere. Side note, I specifically asked for the guy not to change out my air filter when I brought the push mower in (even had the girl up front write this down). The guy changed out my air filter anyway and tried to charge me for it. He ended up not charging me but only after he and his employee berated me for a few minutes about how it was my mistake. I just do not share that business philosophy and decided to just pay for the poor service and move on from there.

Ridiculous store policy! Charge $50 dollars at the time you drop the mower off to look at it. Then, after telling them I did not want to invest 120 dollars to fix a 7 year-old mower, then they tell me they charge a $5 a day storage fee for every day you dont pick it up. Provided no information at the time of purchase this was the policy, only that they have a sign posted amongst a myriad of signs all over the store. Then, after charging me $20 dollars to get mower back (which, again, was still not working), told me they would have just thrown it away for free! Nothing but thieves! $70 dollars spend and nothing but a broken mower to show for it. Do not take your equipment there, as these thieves cannot be trusted. They only get a one star rating because you cant post without at least selecting a star rating!

I took my Cub Cadet mower here to be serviced; the Cub Cadet brand (as well as others like MTD and Toro) was strongly bad-mouthed by an employee because I was helping to “make Chinese Communists richer”. Needless to say, as a sales and service place, their job is to respect what the customer chooses to buy and/or have service performed on. If I want an opinion on a brand, there are other *UNBIASED* sources I can go to. I will not be purchasing from or having service performed by this place again.

Shocked loyal 25 year customer. Not planning on ever doing business here again after the events this week.Having grown up in edmond I knew the current owner in their original location, off the alley on Broadway. At that time he used to just work in the back before he took over from the original owner. They moved off the alley on Broadway to their current location. Not shocked to read the prior poor reviews about this shop. Its a sad day when instead of telling long time customers you cannot get parts or dont want to that their saw is trash. (Makes me wonder how many victims of these lies are out there)Earlier this week(2nd week of January 2019)Had my sister drop off the saw and the lady that took my saw in said they dont work on all makes and models, (stihl is up on the outside of the building)told her what work needed done. After checking her list she was sure they could work on my stihl. That day my phone rang and my wife had drive up there to make a $50 deposit to make sure they got paid.Got a phone call from the owner a day or so later informing me that my saw like all new stihl were made in china. He wanted to be honest and call me to let me know they could no longer get parts for a stihl after it was 15-20 years old. Stated he could charge me $80 or more closely $150 for labor and parts, but would only give me a 50-60% chance it would run afterwards. Said I should put any money spent on my repair bill towards an echo brand saw. Claimed he threw 4 stihl brand saws away daily sometimes more and that they were now junk unless you have the 24 26 or 28 model numbers.Told him I would be by to get a second opinion on his new revelation that all stihl made since the 90s were junk. Before I picked it up of course he told me he pulled on the fuel line and it was original and it was now in 3 pieces. So not only could he not fix it due to his claim parts not being available, he broke several pieces. Since it was running when I took it to him, I asked for my deposit back or at least he could put it back together (i offered to cover any parts that were Original.) About as rudely as any person can talk to another, He said I was lying and it had not run in years that he was done talking about it as he claimed he told me 8 or 9 times already. I told him he was wrong and the conversation became heated.Found another location (no deposit required)with a very friendly staff and they are now doing the repairs. They were happy to inform me all my stihl weedeaters, edgers, and chainsaws were made in Germany or a new plant in the United states, the only ones made in china are rechargable and electric. Guess divorces can be messy and its costly to keep an account with stihl when you tell everyone who has this brand to throw it in the garbage and to buy the only other brand you sell.

This place should be named circle jerk shop. After purchasing a stihl leaf blower, it quit after 2-3 hrs. of operation and would not start, so I delivered it for warranty work. I had stated that the engine was fluttering before quitting. Upon picking it up I was charged $42 for replacing the spark plug. When I returned home and started the blower, it was still fluttering at high speed. After stating part of the problem at circle jerk, it was ignored. Ive replaced 1-3 spark plugs a year since the carburetor would not stay in tune and begins fluttering again and kills the plug. I have now replaced the carburetor and have had no problems in two years. I own two cycle equipment (not stihl), 20 yrs old and the plug has been replaced one time during a tune and cleaning.Deciding to give them another chance as they are close, I took in 3 chainsaw chains for sharpening and they ruined all 3 by overheating the teeth. I placed one on the chainsaw and merely touched an oak log, it stopped cutting, just rode on top of the wood being cut. Never again. Stay away and youll be much happier.
