They have a great selection for a smaller hardware store, it sometimes doesnt even show up on searches if you look for Ace hardware locations. Its worth the stop if you need something. The employees are friendly.

Visited this place on 27Oct2020. Came here to purchase Led lamp for my pot grown flower plants.Today is rainy and snowy. All roads in Edmond drenched with water and Melted snow.Irrespective of weather the staff is nice and customer attentive.Overall experience is good

This evening, Stephen G and Austin S helped me in a way that I consider above and beyond. I rolled in 20 minutes before closing with a stroller that was missing a couple parts. With 5-10 minutes of personal assistance from these two and a total cost of $2.37 from me, I rolled out with a working stroller. I felt genuinely cared for, the way I’d feel in my Dad or my Brother’s Garage. Thanks guys! And I love the new location.

This new store is beautiful. Laid out well so its simple to find what youre looming for. Prices are reflective of the shiny new exterior. Ended up driving two miles further to larger chain store that had what I needed at a MUCH lower price.

No workers were wearing masks as Oklahoma steadily increases in Covid-19 cases. As I was gathering $250 worth of paint to bring to the cashier, the worker goes “just want to let you know we are closing 2 minutes ago!” What the heck happened to customer service and thanking customers? It’s almost like they expect you to thank THEM for ringing up your sale at the register. Who are training these people?

They are always very friendly everytime we go in there. Plenty of helpful staff to point you in the right direction. They had exactly what I needed!

Ace always has that hard to find hardware. They stock items that Lowes and Home Depot dont. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Each time I enter the store I am welcomed by the professional team. The store is very cleaned and organized. It is easy to find what I need. I like being able to find parts and accessories that are not available elsewhere. Oh course they have the best brand of root beer made by family business.

My first and last visit here probably. Nice new store but a tad bit pricey. I would’ve gladly overlooked that if the customer service was better. I’m sure Miss Ashlyn thought nothing of it, literally, but she left a lasting first impression.

Staff was friendly, however most of them were very young and didnt have many answers. That being said, they all took the time to listen and eventually found someone that could answer my questions. Place is brand new, so you could absolutely eat off the floor it was do clean.

Really busy with ice storm but they had what no 1 else did polesaw and I broke it but I believe that they are going to warranty the damage

I love their new location and they carry better products than their competitors.

Really shocked and disappointed in ACE today. About noon I went in and Tisha was my cashier and was awesome. I have been an ACE REWARDS members for as long as I can remember. I made a large purchase and with this were a pair of ACE gloves for 15.99. I went home, put down 18 bags of mulch and upon completion saw that my ACE gloves had a large tear in the seam. I had to go back anyway to make another purchase so brought the gloves back in the bag but did not have my receipt. I got to the front desk and explained my situation to the cashier, (young and not the nicest) and she said Tish was gone. I explained that I did not want a return, just wanted to exchange for another pair, same brand and everything. Well, they did not have the same color in my size, only had 2 sizes LARGER but did have the exact same brand in brown so I took them up to the front. She explained that the skus were different and there was nothing she could do. So I said, so your saying I just have to eat the 16 bucks then and trash them? She replied . Yep. I, like others shop there because service is usually great and I like supporting the smaller stores rather than the Lowes of the world. However with that being said ACE just lost a 15 year supporter and customer. Could not be more disappointed.

Went in to buy a Stihl leaf blower, stood in the aisle with two employees for about 15 minutes, one being a manager and neither one even acknowledged I was there. It would be one thing if it was the first time but this makes 4. I will never shop at this Westlake again. No excuse for such poor customer service.

My local hardware store to go to. Prices are 4 stars, but still giving them 5 stars as the service here is 2nd to none. I dont ever feel rushed, and they are always willing to help me with whatever my needs are, unlike big box stores (you know the ones). I get coupons via email occasionally, so for a quick shopping trip for quick needs, I do enjoy the fact I can save a few more $, which makes up for the slightly higher prices than the big box stores. I did recently get a bunch of LED standard light bulbs for a pretty good price. With my coupon = great price.

Amazing new store. Bought a Traeger here that had an issue. Even though it should have been on Traeger to fix this, Westlake Ace stepped up to make sure I had working Traeger for Memorial Day weekend with family. The customer service is what sets them apart.

Great knowledgeable customer service. Wont find that at Home Despot or Lowes. Love the new building. Your paint department absolutely sucks on the weekend. The big fat guy is consistently lazy, full of excuses, and incapable of doing his job. The guys during the week are spot on and do great work. Maybe have them train the weekend people.

The young lady the cashier she was so awesome and sweet and helpful and Morgan he is an amazing worker at Ace Hardware he went out of his way to help me find shower suction little tops the right size and he also help me find a door security for my home. These types of things go a long way and I am so grateful for a customer service at Westlake.

Awesome shopping experience today at Westlake Ace Hardware (Store #66), 821 W. Danforth Rd., Edmond OK. Needed a refill tube that I couldnt find at two different local Walmart stores, a Locke Plumbing Supply store in Midwest City (OK) and a Lowes store in Edmond (OK). Westlake Ace Team Member (Kevin) escorted me right to the item on the shelf, ending the possibility of having to purchase an entire $15.00 kit just for the ($3.00) 6-inch rubber refill tube inside! Nightmare over! Thanks, Westlake Ace Hardware and good-lookin-out, Kevin!! 👊😎

Great store that still has that small town service feel. They are great at finding the odd ball fastner that you would not be able to find at the box stores. I walk away impressed every time I visit.

If you are looking for something at Lowes or Home Depot and cant find it, be sure to try your local Ace store before resorting to online ordering. ACE also carries a large selection of nuts, bolts & screws.ACE can also cut keys. (They are not a lock smith though, so be sure to keep your receipt and try the key ASAP. They will cut another if you happen to get a bad copy.) The Ace on 15th & Broadway can also redo your window screens. Try to give them your business as often as you can!

I wont be returning. I can get 10% Veterans discount with local competitors. Plus, their competitors will honor the lifetime warranty they have on hand tools. These scam artists laugh all the way to the bank when people buy tools with a lifetime warranty that will never be honored. It was a $5 socket!

Bit pricy but has good collection of stuff. Was looking for a simple magnetic stud finder (few cents over the Internet price) and found it over there.
