The Employees Are The Worst Here. I Have Problems Everytime I Go In And Wont Be Returning

I shouldn’t have to stand outside and pump $30 worth of gas in 20 degree weather. I literally have to hold the pump steady enough because if I don’t hold it it will shutoff. This location should be on top of making sure their pumps are working well enough so customers arent suffering outside in the cold. I should be able to keep to latch the pump so I can sit in my car while the gas is pumping. This has happened so many times and I’m done. Will be going to Motomart down the street.

Circle K w McDs attached. Stocked well but seemed dirty for some reason. Odd.

Their air pump is garbage. Youre supposed pay 1.50 and set the pump to a certain PSI and the machine will notify you when the tire reaches that PSI. Great in theory, except the POS turns off well before that. It stopped all 4 of my tires at 28 when it was set at 32. Theres a button which is supposed to allow you to increase the desired PSI, but it was broken. I even tried leaving it on my tire to see if it would continue to add air over the 32 but it didnt, even after 30 seconds. Definitely wont be using that again.

Dirty constantly and the cashier wasn’t wearing a mask. They have a sign that customers must and the cashier wasn’t.

Cashier today was very rude

Idk where to begin with this place. Only one register open and a line wrapped around the store all day, every day. Be prepared to wait all day to get out of here!!!! 20 minutes to check fa reals. I have actually put my things down and left on several occasions. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Avoid this place if you can.

If i could give negative stars, i would because you dont even deserve 1 star. You dont put out of order on your pumps when you are out of gas, like you were on Friday, January 11th, but still put a $100 hold on the card swiped at the pump! Its been 4 days now and the hold is still there. I called your station & Carla was very rude & said its not your problem....well you need to learn to put out of order signs on your pumps when you dont have gas and then no one would have this problem!!!!! I called your corporate office but of course you cant speak to anyone, just have to leave a message & hope someone calls back!

Garbage, like all Circle Ks. Expect half the merchandise to have no price tags (clues you in to the next point). Expect all the merchandise to be laughably overpriced relative to all nearby gas stations. Additionally, expect to be helped by rude employees for the privilege to buy this merchandise. The connected McDonalds has gold star service when compared to this establishment, I hope this puts things into perspective for you.

Just went here to buy a redbull. After checking out at the register I went to the mcdonalds next door. A woman working in this circle K approached me and asked for my receipt, which I didn’t have because I told the cashier to toss it cause I didnt need it. The woman says, “Ok” and snatches the redbull from me. I asked for it back and she said I had to pay for it first, to which I responded that I had and she needed to recheck her facts with the woman at the register. So she begins to walk away from me and another employee approaches us and says the cashier confirmed I had paid for it. She gives the redbull back to me and DID NOT APOLOGIZE for her mistake.. I am extremely disgusted with how rude and uncalled for that was to accuse me of stealing!!! Very unprofessional..

Rude staff who would not speak to me. Gave me false information and the wrong receipt.
