One of my favorite Starbuck’s. The service is decent and the people are friendly.

Crew is definitely improving from years past. Friendly, makes the drinks properly, decent atmosphere. No complaints here.

My roommate and I were going to get a late night coffee and walked all the way to Starbucks and arrived at 10:30pm and the staff closed and locked the doors as we were walking up to the door. One of the staff member made a snobby sad face at us like she felt bad that they were closed. Their hours clearly stated that they were open until 11pm. I don’t pay $20,000 a year to go to school here for that kind of service.

Dont come here if youre in a hurry because you will probably have to wait 20 minutes for your drink and watch everyone after you get theirs first. If I could give them 0 stars then I would

Not enough pumpkin in the pumpkin spice latte. They must have switched to a less flavorable and spicy concentrate.

Same Starbucks quality without the long lines that you get at the location next to Best Buy.

Its good coffee; but, I prefer the local coffee shops.

They take FOREVER!!! Even with mobile orders. I can’t be late for class getting starbucks every time. Only plus side is it’s on campus.

Tomato mozarella basil sandwich are the best!

The service at a campus Starbucks might be a little different from a regular Starbucks because they usually have more employee turnover at the campus coffee shops. Still, this is a popular place on campus and they get drinks right if you have a little patience and communicate with them.

Like the environment there and their servers quick but mostly the music too loud

I ordered a venti iced mocha latte and the barista asked me if I wanted a frapaccino or a latte. They just put my drink on the counter without calling my name so it sat for a few minutes until I realized it had my name on it. The bottom was very warm, they did not even try to stir it. The consistency was something like watered down chalk.

Overpriced coffee. Ive tried it twice now, still dont get the hype.

I dont think the baristas are trained very well on how to make beverages. Every time I order something here, it doesnt taste right. Not to mention the fact that I have taken a big slurp of grounds in my iced coffee on multiple occasions.

Yeah its a Starbucks you can get coffee but they dont have the capability to scan the Starbucks app there are other starbucks...this is the Midwest not California

This is a kiosk not an actual Starbucks. Do not exoect a full drink menu. This is also student employed and often busy. Expect less than optimal service during high traffic times.
