Awesome staff!! Even with an hour wait, I still give 5 stars. Only had 1 staff member working but he was awesome. Got me in and out as quick as he could. Store was swamped and he got to me as soon as he could.

Kyle was very helpful switching out my old iPhone to a newer version. He explained how the charging cords have changed with newer models and made sure I had a solution to charge from my vehicle if needed. His customer service was excellent. He was polite, helpful, and respectful. Thanks Kyle for a great experience!

My elderly mother just called into the store to let them know she was on her way to get some help. She is locked out of her phone and she was told to hook it up to a computer (which she doesn’t have), call apple, or get a new phone. I am sure there are people out that way less tech savvy out there than my mother. He said, and I quote, “ There is nothing I could do for you here”. While all this may be true, I feel like he should have helped her through this process.

Watch them they will add things to your account you didnt ask for. Then when you go in to the store to get it fixed they tell you to download the app and fix it yourself.

They just became a corporate store! That should help with variety in stock. But when it comes to employees, its hit and miss. Last time I was there. I got my phone. But it was 10 minutes to closing. And they rushed me out of the store. I had to ask them to unseal my phone box, and put the new chip in.

Went in there needing help to get logged back into my Apple ID only one person working and they were helping people so we left to go eat and came back about an hour later and they were still helping the same people then they got done helping them and didn’t even acknowledge that I was in there waiting to be helped and just got on their phone and ignored me then I told them what was wrong with my phone and they told me to call apple and didn’t help me at all and would t let me use their computer to get on the apple website to fix my phone myself. Bad customer service and no help at all. The person working was named Kasey. Very disappointed and annoyed after my visit there.

I’ve had AT&T for years but their service in Effingham county has gotten progressively worse every year. Missed calls, no service, it’s a black hole from Altamont through Teutopolis.

Wasted my time sending me to walmart to get the sim card i needed. I was there twice before and you could have saved me the trip. If inventory was correct your supply should never havr run out and if it is contact supply to inform them.
