I came in to the keller store today and Adam Jackson was amazing he helped me understand the current promotion and explained in detail why my bill would be going up the amount it was. I was so upset and shaken up due to the people at the store by little ceasers. Those people wouldn’t explain anything and added charges I didn’t understand what I was being charged for. Adam explained all the charges they added and my phone upgrade charges. Very pleased with the service with Adam and my experience at that store.

Saw Adam J when my phone died. He tried to fix it and when he was unable to, he was a life saver in helping to recover and set up my info from my old phone.

Horrible costumers service they were supposed to bring a phone to my house a didnt show up and didn’t say anything then the next day I went in and they said they would call me and let me know about the phone and they never did

Went in on a Sunday to have my phone looked at and discovered that my charging port was broken. I decided on just getting a new phone. Kara and Jordan were both so great at answering all my questions to help me decide what was best. I decided on getting the new iPhone XR but unfortunately they did not have the color i wanted in stock that day but Kara was able to track one down for me and was able to get it in a couple days. I did spend a decent amount of time in there taking in to consideration the time it takes to back up everything on my phone but overall it was an inviting atmosphere so I did not mind at all! I cannot recommend them both enough! Very professional and knowledgeable! Will be returning for any future needs!

We had a new digital antenna installed recently and were very impressed with the service we received from Jeremy. When I called, they were very helpful and nice. They communicated well, were prompt, and professional. Im really glad I found them.

Why would you charge somebody $40 to put an existing phone line on a different phone? Especially when you know its free by giving them a few simple instructions.

Adam at Keller Verizon was by far the best salesman Ive ever had to deal with at Verizon! I absolutely hate...HATE...buying new phones but Adam made it painless. Im a very indecisive person and he waited patiently and never moaned or groaned about how long it took me to make my decision! I was very pleased with his service and how he help us make our decisions! At the end of the day I didnt end up with the exact phone I wanted due to price but he did get me close to what I wanted! 10/5 stars would highly recommend!

Fast service had what i needed no problem

Adam at Keller was super helpful today. I ran over my phone and it locked up like it’s been stolen. We needed to do the whole reset thing but I didn’t know my Apple password or ID and he was extremely patient, never showed frustration and was just totally on the ball the whole time. I upgraded my phone went home and found the password and returned. He is very knowledgeable, knew exactly what he was doing, was respectful and friendly. He has awesome customer service skills. I’m not sure I’ve ever left Verizon with such a big smile on my face. I hope he gets promoted!
