Bought two 2 seater leather recliners from Sofa Cash & Carry, great quality and so comfortable to sit on. We ordered quite a while ago as we were buying a new house, the staff at the shop and the warehouse have been great holding on to them for months until we were ready, especially with delays due to COVID. The warehouse kept us updated on delays and rang regularly to check if we were ready to arrange delivery. When our sofas were delivered they were set up and the guys explained everything well. Absolutely great service, very flexible and understanding during difficult times.

I ordered my sofa only yesterday and it was delivered today. The men who delivered the sofa were very professional and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before they left. They wore gloves and masks which was very professional with the current situation with COVID. The customer service from the shop was brilliant as all the staff were extremely helpful when I was unsure what to go for. Great prices for the furniture and fantastic quality. This is one of the best places I have ordered a sofa from, as I did not have to wait around 8 weeks for a sofa to be delivered.

Very agressive to customers who return faulty goods also ask to borrow tools such as hammers and get you to do half the assemberly

Same chairs u find on ebay renamed for double price arrived damaged and lie about using sepraye delivery company yet the store boss drives the van and delivers
