We were looking for mattresses and I was pretty impressed with the selection and the prices. Good store to check out. They also make custom sectionals/couches which the hubby was happy about. Delivery will be next day! We had ordered a futon from a big name store and it took over a month to get it delivered.

Furniture is of great quality for a low price. Delivery and installation happened the day after purchase. Delivery and installation was the cheapest out of all furniture stores I visited. Great promotions for customers (all other furniture stores I visited did not have promotions). I forgot to ask for discounts, the sales person mentioned them when I purchased. None of the sales staff stalk you as you look around.

Story time, my family and I purchased over 5k in furniture through the financing company they offer and everything went OK in the store. After delivery we noticed a few things that should have been easy fixes like they sent us a king mattress instead of of cal king we ordered and they sent us a dresser that has an obvious difference in color, instead they promised they would fix it and then told the finance company that the order was in fact correct and to start charging us. We then disputed it and the store manager not only argued with us but also hung up on us several times while we were trying to resolve the issue, we also provided proof that the items were not correct and the manager still denies it. DO NOT SHOP HERE, CROOKS RUN THIS PLACE.

I’m a very good costumer for this store or Warehouse (Furniture and Mattress) I am so shamed that I referred my other friends to go and buy your Furniture from this place . This place selling the old and used stuff Furniture as new, I have so problems in my home because I trusted this guys and the delivered the wrong and used Furniture to my home. I call them many times to self my problems but they never thought that I am paying money to buy this furniture from them, they think it’s free for me the Furniture that they sent to my home .

The salesperson Jorge, I believe, was nice, I was happy with everything till I noticed some defects on the furniture, I called and spoke with someone about replacing/fixing. Except I was told twice I would get a call the same day, didnt get one, then I was told they were backed up, and havent heard back since, called and texted twice with no response. Based on that, I wouldnt recommend. Ill update my rating if they get back to me and fix the defective furniture.

Very upset bought a couch and love seat 2 months ago and the bottom of couch and seat fell through tried calling and even sent pictures and they have never responded this is ridiculousUpdate: going to have to seek legal help for this they want to come and take my couch for a week and hopefully get it back to me

My boyfriend and I went to 2 furniture stores before stopping by Furniture and Mattress Warehouse to look around. We were on the hunt for a nice dark wood dining table with an affordable price range.Eddie immediately greeted us at the door and showed us every dark wood dining table they had there. He was determined to give us a deal and ensure we didnt walk out of the store empty handed. Eddie took out the catalogs and we immediately fell in love with a 5-piece urban style table. Best thing is Eddie gave us the price of $399! 2 weeks until we get our table but I know its definitely worth the buy! You cant go wrong with Furniture and Mattress Warehouse! Thank you Eddie!

I have told to sales man that I will not accept late delivery but they still send my furniture at 9PM that I wasn’t at home. Finally delivered by next day and I was waiting for call from 10 AM to afternoon. They charged me for $49 and they didn’t accept their fault and they never give you the refund.

The furniture is a good price comparative, but the service is terrible. the lady called Gloria works there, she is pretending not to be mexican but she is . 2 time i went there, I was the only person walking in the store, so its not a busy place, she is most of the time on laptop, yet i was on hold for hours when i called for f/u of wrong delivery to my house. I bought furniture from the store she forgot to f/u on the order one week later i called her she would not even ackonwledge her fault tells me its my job to call her warehouse and f/u on the items. she made mistakes X 2 she put the wrong code for the furniture . the furniture is coded i have no access to codes yet its my fault and responsiblity to follow up . she is terrible and the furniture store will give you a good price but dont expect to get what you saw or deliver the time you were told. If you were promise the service like hanging painting well, never expect really whatever they tell you.
