From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Fred was honest and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. Ideal Auto is such a reliable dealership to shop at. I was searching for a luxurious sports car for a long time with a reasonable price until I came along a beautiful Maserati Ghibli Ideal Auto had posted online. I walked in and was surprised at how quick and easy the whole process was. I was provided with the history report and all my questions were answered honestly. I waited a couple of months before I came on here and wrote an honest review to see if the car would still be as good as when I first left the lot. And I can happily say I have not had any problems so far.

When purchasing my vehicle from Fred of Ideal Autosales I asked if the vehicle had any prior damage; he answered no. He told me that the title was clean, that there was no prior damage, and even presented a printed out version of a CARFAX history report to support his claims. As it turns out, he lied. I now realize that the CARFAX he showed me was illegitimate and most likely edited by him. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that there was some body work that had been done because there were small signs that some portions of the vehicle had been spray painted. Something in the vehicle wasn’t functioning properly so I had an appointment with Fred to have it looked at and repaired. When I was there, I asked him about the spray painted area of the vehicle and asked for clarification—he pretended like he didn’t know anything about it. Fast forward to a few years later; I was purchasing a new vehicle and was seeing what the trade-in value would be of the vehicle that I purchased from Fred. When the sales associate came back with some paperwork he showed me that the vehicle had been sold at a SALVAGE auction and had an estimated total loss of over $11,000. Due to this report, they would not place an offer on the vehicle that I obtained from Fred at Ideal Autosales. I went to several others to see if they may be interested in purchasing my vehicle, but everybody came back with the same answer—no. When I purchased this vehicle from Fred, I was young and didn’t have very much money to my name. I gave him pretty much all I had and he gave me nothing but lies in return. A few years have passed and now I have over a half a million dollars parked in my driveway—none of which were purchased from Ideal Autosales. If Fred was an honorable man and had been upfront about the damages and found me a proper vehicle that would not be a headache down the line he may have gotten the entirety of my business; but he didn’t. For some chump change this “man” swindled me and lost out on continued business with a man that could have brought him millions. What a loser.

I was referred to Fred at Ideal Autosales over 2 yrs ago. My friend had just bought a 2016 Ford Explorer that looked brand new, but I couldnt believe the low price he paid for it. Then he told me it was a salvaged title vehicles and I immediately dismissed it because I would never buy salvaged title. Then he told me all about Fred and Ideal Autosales and how he had been referred by another friend, and how he had done a lot of research on Fred and checked out all the reviews. He told me that Fred is very honest and only buys salvaged cars with no frame or suspension damage, only the best vehicles. I really trust my friend, so I decided to check Fred out. Here are the results:1st CAR: 2012 Ford Raptor purchased in Oct 2018 w/69,000 miles. Prior to purchase I had the Ford Dealership do a complete Pre-Purchase Inspection with specific focus on the frame and suspension. The truck passed with zero issues, the mechanic who did the inspection said he could not believe it was a salvage title, everything looked straight as an arrow. In other words, everything Fred told me about the truck was true, so I bought the truck. The truck now has over 91,000 miles (so Ive put 22,000 miles on it so far) and I have had no issues, still looks and runs fantastic.2nd CAR: 2017 GMC Terrain Denalit purchase in Nov 2018 w/13,000 miles. About a month and half later my sons old car broke down, so I helped him buy a new one. Price was an issue so I went to Fred. We bought a 2017 GMC Terrain Denali. My son drives a lot, so he now has over 44,800 miles on it (so hes put over 31,000 miles so far) with no issues and the Denali still looks and runs like new.3rd CAR: 2018 Ford Explorer XLT purchased in Apr 2019 w/4,000 miles. Yes, this is correct, Ive bought 3 cars from Fred. We needed to replace my wifes aging Mazda 3. After a LOT of new car shopping trying to decide what make and model she wanted we finally decided on a Ford Explorer. We didnt want to pay the new car price, so I called up Fred and told him what we were looking for. He didnt have one on the lot, but said that 2 of them would be coming in soon. He described both cars to me, I told him the one I was interested in and about a month later Fred called me up and told me he had a car ready. My wife and I went that day, drove the car and bought it that day. The Explorer now has over 19,000 miles, so weve put over 15,000 miles since purchase and weve had no issues. The car still looks and drives like new.The take away here is that I would never buy a salvage title vehicle unless its from Fred at Ideal Autosales. The reasons are because I trust Fred, and because when an auto wholesaler or dealership decides to buy and fix a salvaged title vehicle, they really have to know what they are doing, which cars to buy and which ones to stay away from. They have to be experts at damage assessment, and since Freds business started out as a body shop, they have that expertise. Now Im not saying these cars are absolutely perfect, as if you just drove them off of the showroom floor. They are used vehicles that have been in an accident. Im just saying that the 3 vehicles I purchased look pretty close to perfect and unless you look extremely close its very difficult to find a small scratch here or there. Both my Raptor and Explorer I take to my local Ford Dealership for all scheduled maintenance, oil changes/tire rotations, and they have said more that once, We cant believe its a salvaged vechicle! My son lives out of state and has had a similar experience with his Denali. I fully recommend Fred and Ideal Autosales for all used car purchases.

I’ve been looking for a car since May and I came upon Fred’s ideal auto sales and I saw this beautiful 2019 Dodge Charger R/T Daytona, the car I’ve been wanting for months and Fred was super helpful. He showed us the car, the reports, and generally helped us with buying it and it was super easy and the most important thing is how honest he was. He spoke to us honestly and gave us every information in detail and never denied to help us. I got the car a few days ago and everything he said was true. This was my first time purchasing a car with a salvage/rebuilt title. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. If Ideal Autosales is the standard, Id much prefer to purchase from here rather than a regular car dealer.From the moment I contacted the dealer, they wanted to ensure I knew the car had a salvage title. Fred (Fadi) was extremely straight forward and honest about the Jeep. He provided me with all the info I needed, allowed me all the time I needed to inspect it, and even took care of minor issues I saw before purchasing.The sale was a breeze. While the dont take most financing (mainly cash sales), it was pain free. Ive never been to a dealership and been out in less than 4 hours. Fred made the experience painless. I was in and out of the door in an hour.After the sale was complete, I was totally worried that I had purchased a salvage/rebuilt title. I foolishly didnt take it to a mechanic before I purchased (something Fred offered up but I was impatient and didnt want to wait). After a few days, I noticed a squeal like noise coming from the brakes. Without hesitation, Fred and his team took it in and replaced the brakes. We later found out that this wasnt the issue. Fred was extremely patient and took the time out of his busy day to assess the issue and have his shop ultimately fix it (this all during a pandemic that made it slightly more difficult).I know folks are probably hesitant (as I was) about purchasing a salvage/rebuilt title from a dealer. I would be too. But, I highly recommend Ideal Autosales as you know they will take care of you and provide you with a quality car and outstanding service. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

These guys are Crooks dont buy from them they will sell you a car with an extended service contract warranty but wont give you the paperwork. Also theyre very shady on what they say they say that it will be a salvage D title that wont show up but will show up on the title dont buy from them they will rip you off
