Thank you for fixing my cracked iPhone XS Max screen. Apple wanted to charge me almost $400.00 plus a week repair estimate. Phone Zone wireless was able to do it in less then an hour with a wonderful price I couldn’t resist. They even applied a Fee screen protector. I will continue to take all my Apple devices to this store.

I highly recommend Phone Zone Wireless...........I called Phone Zone inquiring about replacing the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S7. I scheduled a same day appointment, and had them perform the work. The woman I spoke to on the phone (sorry, didnt get the name) was outstanding. She was very very helpful. When I arrived, Nick handled my transaction. This place is awesome! I got off of work at 5pm, made it to the store by 5:10, dropped my phone off to get my shattered screen repaired, went home to take a shower, came back at 5:45pm to pick it up and it was ready with perfect glass, screen protector, and new case all for $100.They close at 6 pm. When I drove there after work I had no idea I would be getting all this done in less than an hour. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you guys!

These people are amazing! I was quoted $140 to fix my screen at another place and here its only $100. And theyll only need my phone for 1.5 hrs to fix it. Customer service was spectacular. I usually have one person I deal with when it comes to phone/computer issues and screens. I came in expecting to pay an arm and leg like anywhere else you go. I was surprised of the excellent service and more than fair pricing I got when I came in. I was quoted an hour and half to fix 2 screens. It was done sooner than expected which was always a good thing. Phone looks Excellent and service was amazing from these guys. I must say that I will be coming here from now on! If you have not been here, I do recommend this place for the best pricing and service

Been to these guys twice to buy a new phone in the last few years, very happy both times. They are a smaller, privately-owned shop, so the selection isnt as comprehensive as Walmart, but the customer service and ease of purchase is absolutely worth checking them out first. Renee has helped me both times and was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and sweet both times. Will definitely return in the future!

I came here after a certain warranty company wouldnt honor the one that they sold me. This place was close and had good reviews. They did not disappoint me one bit! I have a phone that isnt sold in the US market, but they were able to locate parts easily, and had it repaired the same day they got the parts. They did warn me if the screen broke coming off they wouldnt cover it because its not a phone they would normally see, which is fair. Replacing screens is a complicated process. They seemed trusty worthy enough to leave it in their hands and wouldnt purposely try to break the screen. They managed to do so, and got everything working properly again. Thank you so much, Im particularly attached to this phone so it was worth every penny to get it back.

My friends Iphone shut down and would not restart or charge. It turns out the phone needed a manual reboot. We had the battery replaced as a precautionary measure. Even though the store was closing in 30 minutes, Jason promised to diagnose the phone . The store stayed open after closing to help us. Thank you Jason. Rene was great also. I can not express my gratitude enough for this place! I had a glitch in my charging port, and Renee was so helpful explaining what could be wrong. They fixed it within 2 hours and at a very reasonable price. Definitely using them again if I have issues with my phone in the future.

Amazing place! I have never been so satisfied with costumer service and the work phone zone does! Jason is an amazing guy he helped me answer any questions I had and made sure everything worked perfectly. I have been coming here for the last few years. My first phone was ran over he fixed it. My second phone had an Audio issue and instead of charging me to fix it the referred me to apple due to a warrant I may have had .my third phone was completely in pieces from it being thrown and he got everything working like new. I went to PZW to get my iPhone Xs screen replaced. The first time I replaced it, the 3D touch and GPS didnt work prorperly so I came back! Even though there was a deep marking on the screen, they replaced it for no charge and now the GPS works back to normal and the 3D touch got better (needs to be intentional presses). I dont want to risk it again. The prices were also very workable. I really loved Renee, shes awesome! Thanks for the great service!Edit 8/11/19:I ended up going back because I broke the screen myself, Steve was nice enough to give me a discount on a new screen. It works great, GPS works well and Im a happy customers. Thanks yall!

Best place in El Cajon. Really great service. Had two screens fixed and one LCD fixed. No problems!!!3/23/17.....Well, I broke my Note 3 yesterday. Theres no other place I would go then Phone Zone. They made sure they had a screen in stock. They made sure the LCD was compatible with Verizon. Then the cheery on top, my LCD screen was on sale. This place is AWESOME!!! Dont go anywhere else!!!!!

High tech solutions and old-school service. Had a problem with my phone, they first sent me back to the service provider to get a free fix from them. When that didnt work, they fixed the phone, faster than theyd promised. If the fix hadnt worked, Renee (the extremely helpful and patient tech) told me they would refund the price of the specially ordered part.
