I always go to this store location. Thr staff is friendly and helpful. Little to no wait time.
Bought a IPhone 11 paid it in full cost me $700.61 after taxes for a $600 phone. I was like dam taxes are expensive $100.61. Everything was fine. Look at my bill they charged me for a $40 prepaid refill when I got a plan. Called the store talked to the manager gave me some excuse that if you pay the phone in full it cost more so they had to charge me the $40 to make the phone cheaper. I called 3 different T-Mobiles and they told me that’s a lie. They charged me $40 prepaid to pocket the money. I wouldn’t go to this T-Mobile they try and steal from you.
I’ve been with T-Mobile over 10 years . All I got to say is this location the stuff knows exactly what they’re doing they answered all my questions and help me order my iPhone especially ( Priscilla ) she’s very friendly she walked me through every step and was very knowledge about her job at the same time there’s another guy I forgot his name tall ( Iraqi) guy he was very friendly and helpful.he was able to help me with my shipment return . Thank you guys so much this is my my favorite store to visit from now on 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ To both associate
Best store in San Diego, dont waste your time going somewhere else. I had a terrible experience at another store and the manager Carlos was able to help me sort out what they had done and guided me in the right direction to resolve it. I definitely recommend this store and will only be going here in the future.
Its so hard to find a good Tmobile location with good customer service! We had been to this location on several occasions and had thought we had finally found a good place. Sad to say I went in this morning with a phone service problem and was told it was because we had a cheap plan basically called cheap customers even though we have unlimited EVERYTHING but couldnt take the time to even look up the account! So sad for the ones who work hard to make this store reputable.

Jasmine, the customer service representative, was great, she took the time to address all of our concerns, and we left the store, with what I think was a great deal.
Everytime i go to this location its always issue of incompetent employees or being given misinformation which was the case tonight. Very frustrating to wait a good while in line for no reason, and than go to a different location to be given good customer service from an employee who is competent, informed, knows their stuff and not guessing at everything. Savio you should choose a different career path or step up your game... thanks for nothing. 👌

Lady that helped me was fast and polite. Went around 2pm. They had face mask policy which i liked. First time visiting. Will go again soon and see if they still represent their afore with gratitude 😊
The manager at this store is very disrespect and has no experience how to talk to customers I not going to this store anymore and I also called T-Mobile customer service and filed complain about him
My wife and I opened our accounts here about 2 years ago. When we opened our accounts we recieved great service from knowledgeable people. Today we went out of our way to go to this same location based on our passed experience. We asked the girl about upgrading 2 of our phones. Every answer to all the questions I asked was either, Im not sure, I dont know and maybe. She was not knowledgeable about the products, the pricing, or how much I had to pay today to walk out with my new phones. She finally came up with a downpayment of $400.00 per phone, plus activation, plus taxes!!! I was looking at over $1000.00 out the door according to her math. I told her I would be better off going to Verizon and getting a new account and getting new phones for free with them. Her response, I know right, my friend just did that with Verizon, she saved money, they paid off her phones and gave her new ones. I would do the same thing (her words, not mine)Needless to say we walked out and went home. We called T-Mobile from home and spoke to a phenomenal young lady by the name of Mindy. She upgraded both of our phones, 2 day shipped them, and we paid a little over $200.00. HUGE difference in math to say the least. Thats the problem with going to franchise stores as opposed to corporate stores, its just a different level of service and knowledge. I dont blame the young lady that was in the store, the blame goes on management and the lack of training.

Was recommended by a co worker to come to this location and i was very happy with the service that i received. Lately i have been having problems with my bill and the reps took their time to actually help me out and solve all my problems, and answered all my questions. So happy this store is so close to my job, would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service!
I came in a couple of days ago to pay a bill and when I left and I was supposed to have a new number working but that was not the case.So I returned today and spoke with the manager,Ms.Malaz... she was very polite, very knowledgeable and helped me correct the problem but I was having... she took her time and went through things step by step to make sure I left a happy customer.Her smile and kind demeanor changed my way of thinking and the way I felt when I first walked in the door so I thank her very much...
For the longest time I always felt like I was walking into a used car dealership when I walk into cell phone stores but todays experience was amazing. Shout to this place for not being a used car dealership and also shout out to Justin for great customer service and being up and front with not just me but the guy he was helping before me!!! Faith in cell phone stores restored!!!!
Came in and upgraded from the Note 5 to the Note 9. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by CC. Awesome customer service!!! Zach also helped to make my transition smooth and my experience welcoming! I would definitely rate this store the top T-mobile in So Cajon and I have been to all of them!

I had a wonderful experience at this t mobile. Ive been shopping around my neighborhood to find a reasonable and reliable carrier to get my niece her first phone and the manager here was very helpful and professional. I would recommend anyone shopping for a phone to give this place a shot.

Terrible store. Had the same plan forever with no problems. Upgraded me to something I later find out costs more and gives me less. Plus, my new Note8 doesnt work right and somehow its my issue.Uneducated staff with youll have to call customer care attitude. My first bad experience in over 7 years and thinking this may be the future of the beloved T-Mobile brand, its enough to drive me to look for other options. Primarily AT&T to accompany my new home services.

I went in for a promotional buy one get one free phone, the staff guaranteed me the 2nd phone would be free. It was not. After, going in a couple times to fix the issue, they gave me the run around and did noting. George is the guy that lied to me multiple times about fixing the problem.

Initially brought my aunt in here to help switch her and her daughters lines to T-mobile as she isnt as adept to understanding contracts nor phone jargon. Like always, Im skeptical dealing with any retail service employees as they typically just try to sell products/services that arent needed.However, the customer service we received here was phenomenal and quite frankly embellished the way things should be done.Two of the employees talked to us about what their method was in hopes of saving my aunt money and transparently showed us exactly what they were doing.I practically never leave reviews but I feel compelled to after having left the store.Ill be seeing you guys soon! Bad costumer service and no experience. I almost lost my number and three numbers from my family for 4 days because of the inexperience of the staff. I would recommend that anyone visiting this office speak with the manager before doing anything because the staff have no experience .

Out of all the stores Ive visited in El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee area,,,this one(Magnolia St in El Cajon) has the shortest wait, knowledgable staff (on avg); be results tks and a shout out to CC, tks sweetie M😎😀 Heres an update...9/15/2019...just discovered that ur closing time is ACTUALLY 6pm!!!not 7pm, as stated on ur website, tks alot. I had a terrible experience going to this store. Every one who works there show a lack of experience and professions. I went to this store to do a simple line transaction and instead of doing that they cancelled my brothers phone number. I dont recommend going to this location.
Worst of the worst. I went there trying to talk to the manager regarding an issue with my account too many times every time they told me to leave my number and the manager didn’t call at all.They unprofessional and disrespectful staff they don’t take customers concerns seriously.BUNCH OF LIARS.
I returned my iPhone to this store back in January. The employees say I have not returned it they clam that I walked out of the store with it. So for the last two months they have been charging me for it. I asked to speak to someone in higher management and I just keep getting tossed around. Hopefully someone reaches out to me soon and we can resolve this. This is a clear example of horrible customer service.
