I loved my experience with lens crafters over other places I have been. They were extremely kind and helpful! I am a new contacts user and they helped me every step of the way. Sarah was so sweet she made sure to help me find the exact frames I wanted.

Ive been coming here for several years. The doctors are wonderful. However yesterday I was disappointed. I went in for my annual eye exam, arriving wearing my glasses but during the course of the exam I had to put in contact lenses so when I left I wasnt wearing my glasses anymore. I didnt have my case with me and when I asked for a case to put my $400+ glasses in (that Id purchased from them), they wouldnt give me one. Really? I just spent $300, on an exam and ordering contacts! I spent almost $800, last year on new prescription sunglasses, regular glasses, contacts, and exam. Ive been a customer for years and they wouldnt give me anything to put my glasses in so they wouldnt get scratched in my purse?! Not cool. That might have lost them a customer.

I had the most professional, friendly, caring, wonderful experience @ The LensCrafters in El Cajon! All the employees were so AMAZING! They treated me with so nice and we’re eager to help me with my insurance info., picking out the best glasses for my face! It was definitely THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had, in getting new eye glasses! Everyone from Tracey that ran some of the tests, to Dr.Tam and all the girls in the office! Heidi, Tiffany, Sara & Tracey were delightful, and so professional in explaining all the details! 😃 I even remembered all there names because they individually very memorable! I say, PROFESSIONALISM AT ITS BEST AT THIS OFFICE! ❤️❤️❤️

I went in for an eyeglass repair today. The staff was friendly and efficient. I got my eyeglasses repaired quickly and for free, even though I did not buy my glasses from LensCrafters. They also cleaned my sunglasses for free as well. Highly recommended.

The Staff are very welcoming and friendly that is hard to find nowadays and the atmosphere is welcoming. Go see them they are there to assist!

A standout for me would be Sarah, who always makes me feel welcome with her great attitude and attentive approach to customers, whether they be first-time, or returning. Dr. Tam himself is easy to talk to, and one of the best I’ve seen in his field and approach to patient eye care. This LensCrafters will be my go to for all my eye needs.

I went back to LensCrafters in El Cajon after trying another optometry chain. The quality of the service and final product from LensCrafters is far superior to their competitors. Heidi was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that she went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed before leaving the store. I highly recommend this business.

Good experience. Staff and doctor polite and helpful. Quickly made a same day appointment. The process took about 2 hours but I left with contacts and ordered a pair of glasses. They quoted 2 weeks but everything came in less than a week. Staff very helpful and made an effort to help with my purchase, I had no insurance and they went out of their way to make my experience the least painful (to my pocketbook).

I dread going to the doctor, dentist, etc...I cant say that about my new eyeglass place! The staff here was awesome, and made me feel so at ease. They were helpful, funny, professional.I love my new reading glasses! And, since it was cheaper than I thought, I also got a pair of new sunglasses that Im digging.I honestly recommend these guys highly.

Customer service is definitely lacking. The clerk Christina was kurt and less than cheerful about helping with a warranty repair. The glasses broke on their own after 6 months. The attitude was almost rude. It makes me question whether I would buy from them again..

I would recommend coming to LensCrafter at the parkway plaza mall. I took my daughter here for the first time and she left happy. Tiffany helped us out and she was wonderful. My teenage daughter was unsure of what type of frames to get and Tiffany made some good suggestions. Long story short we were happy with the service here.

From the moment I stepped in, everyone was so very helpful here. Lenscrafters seems to use the latest technology for the eye tests. I couldnt be more pleased with the exam process and discussing issues with the doctor. From there, it was time to check out frames. Sara was so helpful in steering me in the right direction toward my needs. Sara also was quite helpful in giving me her honest opinion regarding the best frames for me personally. Overall, Im quite pleased and wouldt hesitate to recommend Lenscrafters in Parkway Plaza.

Everyone there was so polite and very helpful. They had a very nice selection of frames that my previous eye doctor did not have. Im glad they were in network with my insurance.

Christina our eyes case manager essentially, has been wondful in helping myself and my husband over the past 7 years. Dr. Tam and Dr. Queen Thach have also been wonderful. We love this place.

Had a really good experience here for my last eye exam. Dr.Tam is really thorough and friendly! The whole staff was on top of it and helped get me checked in and pretested in no time. Sesy was very nice and knowledgeable when it came time for me to order contacts. I will be back next year!

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to Heidi and the whole Lenscrafters team in El Cajon. Such a enjoyable experience from start to finish. Along with being knowledgeable, Heidi was so genuinely kind. She gave me the room to just browse, but checked with me intermittently incase I needed any help. I narrowed down my search to about 4 different frames, but wasnt sure. After seeing what style of frames I had picked, Heidi went and picked out another set of frames for me to try. They were perfect and ultimately became the ones I purchased. She guided me through the purchasing process and made educated recommendations, but was never pushy or salesperson like. She gave me the necessary information to make an educated decision and made sure I understood each step and the benefits of different lenses and options. Im excited to go pick up my new glasses today and again just wanted to say thanks to Heidi and the whole crew. I spoke to Tiffany on monday. She was professional, knowledgeable and great! The previous lady I spoke to that opened up the store monday morning, was not helpful. I wanted to buy frames but she couldnt find any of my info even though I go to this lenscrafters regularly. She also said I didnt have insurance, which i do, she just couldnt find it. I was willing to buy my frames even regardless of insurance, I didnt even mind paying out of pocket cause I needed my frames urgently, but she didnt give me any options to look around at all. Anyway, Tiffany was able to find my insurance provider and let me know I was welcome to come into the store again to purchase my frames! She was great!

I was very dissatisfied with my overall experience. 2 out of the 3 people that worked in the sales floor were very rude and I didnt appreciate being treated as if I didnt know what I was talking about. Even the tech was incorrect and thankfully the eye doctor rechecked my vision and proved that the tech was completely incorrect and just didnt want to remake my lenses that were made incorrectly in the first place.

I called LensCrafters (Parkway Plaza) and the Assistant Manager Sesy Enriquez confirmed my apointment within the hour. When I entered the store she promptly and courteously greeted me. Ten minutes later my glasses were expertly adjusted, cleaned, and fitted like new, even though they werent purchased from Lenscrafters. When I asked Ms. Enriquez how much it would be she exclaimed No charge, but please remember Lenscrafters when I buy my next pair. No doubt I will. Thank you so much!

Staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Tam has an excellent bedside manner. And I trust his work. Always make sure, when you pick up your eyewear, that it exactly right. If not, go back and have the issue corrected.

Sesy at the Parkway Plaza location in El Cajon, CA was amazing. Her customer service was White Glove status! She was patient and took her time with me and my hub while running the floor. I will definitely recommend anyone needing contacts or glasses to go see her. If I could give 10 stars she’d get 10 out of 10. The entire staff was great.

Horrible Customer Service! I spent nearly $600 on glasses for my wife last Fri. First we were told her type of lens is not in stock, but if we buy the more expensive lens it may me in stock, so I did. Then we were told that one is not in stock either & it can take 3-5 days. Here we are now 7 days later & no glasses.

Purchase a nice pair of sunglasses at the Parkway Plaza location 3 years ago which cost about $425. I went back a couple weeks ago to see about getting replacements lens in MY frames and was told it would be about $400, wow just for lenses. So I went to Costco and got two pairs of glasses for $400. Shop around you can find much better deals elsewhere.

Super friendly staff. Eva was super friendly and helpful from beginning to end. She is the reason why we chose this location and my daughter also decided to chose this location. Even though it was busy she found the time and the way to make us feel like we were the only ones that she was helping. I did get greeted form the other staff and I also saw they were giving the same service to whom they were helping.It is hard to find a location with friendly staff specially when it is inside a mall.The dr was also amazing. He made sure that all my questions were answered before leaving his exam room.Great prices and super great selection in frames specially sunglasses.

LensCrafters is the best! I have gone to this location since 2002 and prior to that, another location. The staff at this location are professional, helpful and well trained. This is the place to get your new glasses or a couple of pairs. And usually, your new glasses are ready in 1 hour.

I purchased a pair of perception safety glasses for work. Two months later i noticed they had a pressure crack. Took them in and they were fixed in an hour. Friendly help full staff. What more can you ask for.

I got my glasses in a convenient amount of time. I am happy with how they look. I am not happy about how long it took to set up my order. I am also not happy about the fact that I was billed twice and the store basically told me they could not correct the problem in store. A 1 hour convenience has turned into a week long hold on my money. Dont waste your time with this location. Hopefully others have had better luck at other Lense Crafters locations. So NOT worth the headache!

El Cajon location. My Rx was correct! Price no problem! New glasses were ready in one week, not bad! Customer Service is where this place is very irregular; Rochelle and James are specially bad. I needed a small adjustment on my new frames, I went there today. The store was empty and when I asked Rochelle for help she plainly refused the service to me. She rudely goes Do you have an hour to spare, she asked knowing very well what was she doing. When I politely noted to her that the store had no customers waiting at that time and that she wanted to make me wait for an hour she said Thats what we quote even for a small frame adjustment on new frames still under warranty. I left frustrated at that point. Avoid dealing with Rochelle! Aarianne, Dhurgham, Christina and Paige are great, they have help me professionally and effectively before!!

This place is amazing. The doctor knew exactly what he was doing, and my prescription was 100% what I needed. My OLD glasses were literally only helping me 30%, compared to the 70% increase that I didnt even realize I was missing. Everyone was very kind, honest, professional, knowledgeable, and good to talk to. The process happened very quickly, no hidden fees, and I received my new glasses within an hour. Im so thankful for how much they helped me, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.P.s. Any of these bad reviews honestly could have been from grumpy customers/trolls that give every professional a hard time. I say go there yourself, and Im sure you will be satisfied.

Lenscrafters are a RIP off would never go there again spent over 1000 Dallors with them with the last 6 months and wouldnt honor their warranty.Dont fall into the scam of the warranty.

Honestly, this was the best experience I could have asked for when it comes to getting a new pair of glasses. The pre-exam with Dhurgham - hope I spelled that right - was a breeze. Very genuine associate and answered my questions within his knowledge and directed me to ask the doctor with any answers he wasnt sure of. He also helped me in the final processes of ringing me up for billing and payment. Kevin Tam was my eye doctor for this visit and was also another amazing individual. He is very thorough with his work. Even had me retake a peripheral test on inconclusive results. I also proceeded with a dilation exam that went without a hitch. Ichelle was another outstanding associate and really brought the whole package of joy. She has an extreme positive attitude that simply cannot be bested. When I first walked in she lifted me with her generous welcoming. Definitely a high spirited individual! I was even fortunate to have her sing to me a little. Overall I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or find my way inside this location in the future.

My husband went to return my glasses because they kept sqeeking on the side and Christina in the front desk was saying oh no i need the original receipt so than my husband said if I called would that make a difference and she said no. So I called her anyway and I was telling her that I dont have the time to go and return my glasses because my work schedule. I said what if I email them my receipt and she said we need the original. .. Im upset because now I am stuck with glasses that are sqeeking and Ive only had them for 5 days and Im just so upset because it felt like she didnt want to work with me nor my husband. .. as if she just didnt care. This is the worst service Ive ever received from lens crafters. Ive been a loyal customer to lens crafters since I was 18.... needless to say... I will be taking my service else where. But when I first walked in she naturally gives you this mad look.

This place is beyond ridiculous! My husband came to do an eye exam and got contacts this was back in January! They made us wait a little over 1hour,because they couldnt find his insurance . He got everything done and we got his prescription. Today we came just to get glasses and again they cant find his insurance and basically wanted us to wait all over and pay for another exam ! Horrible service !!

I would never ever go to LensCrafters again I called to ask questions about getting glasses and the lady began to threaten me with fraud absolutely ridiculous, frog that they committed

Excellent service . On a Saturday I ordered some glasses and by Sunday they were ready, being that in other places it takes at least 2 weeks. They are all super friendly, you can tell that they like their work.100% recommendable !
