Omar was really friendly and helpful . I got a great deal on a queen pillow top mattress. They even delivered! I was a little apprehensive making an appointment and showing up in an unknown location but there was an actual storefront and other customers. This place was a true diamond in the rough.I found it through a Facebook ad and didnt expect what I found. Very few times have I been left speechless.... But this was one.The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices and quality of mattresses were unbelievable. Great price for a Sapphire Cali King bed. Help me load it in the truck, but minus star for online customer service. Also minus a star due to a surprise recycling fee that you dont get back or bed removed for the fee, due to Covid. Its $10.50 per item. So just be aware before you pay for a $30+ donation basically.

I had to pay 2000 for a 800 mattress because the salesman did not disclose paramount information, at the point of purchase, that the finance company disclosed once you buy into your contract! If you do business with them ASK QUESTIONS! Do not be fooled!

I’ve had this bed for just over a year. Worst purchase i’ve ever made. Mattresses are supposed to last min 10 years. At 6 months my box spring was breaking down and top mattress getting sunk in. I have a huge dip in my bed present day and that sides of the mattresses have rips in them. Keep in mind there was nothing sharp anywhere near the mattress.I am extremely disappointed as i’m bought from a whole seller before, spent less than I did here and that mattress set lasted me 6 years until I had to sell it because I moved out of state .I can’t believe how trash this is .
