My son and daughter-in-law were excited to choose the model for their new home. They were then told to give the company a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit before they get an estimate of the construction costs. I spoke to the owner, Ed and after explaining they needed to know a ballpark figure so they would know what they could afford, he agreed to send an estimate to his office the next day or 2. Three weeks went by and we heard nothing. We called and left a message and then they responded they had gotten busy and Ed would be by over the weekend. Again nothing for over a week. When we called, they said they were really busy and we were on a waiting list. Obviously they dont think much of customers valuable time nor are they interested in our business. My recomme dation: go elsewhere!
