Just got my package delivered to my house and not happy. i have the fedex app and I SPECIFICALLY have the delivery instructions .. “LEAVE PACKAGE BEHIND THE GATE” BEHIND!!!!!!!!!! NOT in the front, BEHIND!!! and what do they do? they put the package in front of the gate where it can be easily stolen by people driving by. why do i have the app and put these instructions if you cant follow simple instructions?! I NEED to know who delivered my package today so i can file a complaint. and the next person who delivers my package without following directions, there will be BIG problems coming their way!!!!!!!!!!!

First time visit. I stopped by to drop off AT&T equipment. I was greeted with a smile ready to help me. Fed Ex made every quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised, cause back in the day, I had to drop cable equipment off at an AT&T distribution center, which is similar to a visit at the DMV. Not today, today was a good day. Thanks Fed Ex!

Fedex said they attempted to deliver a package at 104 PM (LIAR!) I was sitting by the door from 8Am .. no sticker on the door and no sticker on the mailbox 200 feet away. LIARS! I went to TWO Fedex stores and both managers said Cant help you I Called 1-800 Fedex and they said cannot help you So the package (very important) is lost in a morass because the driver (LIAR) was too lazy to make the delivery. LIAR. I will need to ask the other party to ship some other way (additional costs) .. until finally some delivery company has a driver who does his job. That is NOT Fedex
Ive always had a great experience at this store. I primarily use it for large print jobs my home printer cant handle, so I love beinrg able to upload my docs online and just pick up my order. Easy!

Linda was very friendly and helpful in helping me print out my resume. I needed assistance at the Hazzard Center location in the past and the rep there acted as if I was an inconvenience. This visit helped me change my perception of FedEx Office. The place was clean and well organized and it has all the features that you come to expect from FedEx Office with plenty of work stations. Restrooms are also available. Highly recommend if you have any printing or office work that needs to be done. I just wish they were open later but they still deserve 5 Stars at this location. They cant and wont help you if they mess up smh they wont reprint me a new label that they messed up on or refund me my moneyWent in July 9th fed ex is about 30 miles away from my house I spent about 20 mins at self help desk printed what I needed then spent 6 mins on the copy machine making copies of every important documents to my attorney then waited in the shipping and receiving line for about 30 mins I got skipped twice where the associate had to leave the register(s&r) to go help 2 customers who came in after me who needed to purchase items and shred paper so mind YOU Ive been in the store for close to an hour half of it waiting to send out my paper work so patient is wearing thin i am already running late for something that should of taken me 30 mins tops then out the store then finally the STORE MANAGER helps me SO I give him my phone so he can see the address to speed up the process he enters the address forgets to type in DOCUMENT CENTER and he enters110 instead of 1100 when he should of typed what I gave him on my phone he forgot the zero and now customer service says I need to go into the fed ex office I spent over 80 dollars that day half of it printing and coping and the other half sending documents and fed ex in el cajon says they cant helped neither does customer service very upset at fed exs service phone and in fed ex office I will be now i have to spend another some odd dollars to send it out again and drive 30 miles to get there
El Cajon FedEx is not properly providing information to customers about additional fees when sending packages. I would advise not to send packages to clients, or love ones from this branch as their staff is not properly providing info on mailing, delivery procedures, and additional fees for the recipients. There is a lack of proper information, training, and accountability at this branch.
As soon as I joined the line of one other person, a woman with reddish-brown curly hair came over and asked us if we were shipping. She was very efficient, professional, helpful, and pleasant. I already had a prepaid shipping label, and I didnt need a receipt, so she was able to quickly take my package while I was still in line and I was done! I was out in less than a minute. Very pleased by her initiative and professionalism.
Omg.. great experience.. went in not knowing how to get a page printed.. the last helped me with every step.. it took like 2 minutes got my file found and printed.. 2 copies... .37 cents.. beyond thank for the quick courteous assistance
Dont go there it takes too long for someone to help you out i was trying to fax some documents machine didnt work and the people that work there i had to ask them twice and they help me for a little bit then left me alone i would not go back to that place.

These guys lost half of my valuable letters. I sent them on August 25 and on August 30 they were delivered. The recipient said that the envelope was not opened, but 2 books and letters written by hand disappeared from it. Very bed service!

FedEx is absolutely the worst delivery service ever! I get a notification this morning saying my package was delivered. But no package in site. I call and they say it’s still in transit. Then I get another notification in the afternoon saying my package was delivered and left at my front door but no package insight. Then I call FedEx in the evening and they say the package is still in transit and will be there but 8:00pm. I call at 8:00 because there is no package insight. They then tell me it was delivered early afternoon. I told them no it was not. Basically they are giving me a run around and lost my important package that coast me $2,600 I been waiting on for a month. STAY VERY VERY VERY FAR AWAY FROM FEDEX. Do not deal with FedEx. They are a garbage company, liars, scammers and do not care about people’s packages. I wish I didn’t have to give them any stars!
This location just sucks. Every time I go in there its something they cant do. Needed to email and print out pictures from their photo machine. Said they couldnt do it and created all these reasons. Called the la mesa store, which is my regular FedEx I go to, and they acted with urgency. I over heard one of the young men talking about a customer while they were exiting the store and talking about his parole officer etc...the Caucasian middle aged employee once short changed me of $2 and some change. Only gave me the change back. He argued with me that I was wrong...I left the argument alone and left the store. Minutes later he ran after me saying he was sorry, and checked the cameras...he owed me $2 in change. Its just always something at this location on why they cant assist properly. I was in the area as to why I stopped by today, but Im definitely going to try NOT to come to this location anymore. Its just nonsense. I despise bad customer service.

2 people staffed. 1 for shipping, 1 for printing. after an hour wait. I had to leave without shipping. Staff was nice but overwhelmed. Manager needs to staff this store appropriately.
My father-in-law visited the 171 Jamacha Road, El Cajon, CA 92019 location on 4/14/15 to scan and email a time sensitive commercial lease document. Assistant Manager Sherie could not have been more obtuse, unhelpful, and unapproachable. When my father-in-law asked for assistance she told him that she could not help him since that was something he could do himself at the self-help section and was left to his own demise. She was quick to point out however, that she could not email the form for him since that is not a service FedexOffice provides for their customers (God forbid she goes out of her way to be helpful.) Assistant Manager Sherie did not offer to show him how to use the scanner, did not offer to sell him a thumb drive to save his file, nor offered any other alternatives. There where no other customers that where being helped at the time. I feel that if an older White lady would have approached Assistant Manager Sherie under the same circumstances, instead of my older Mexican Father-in-law, the Assistant Manager would have been more helpful, resourceful, and approachable.

Horrible. Pretty much everything was out service. The one printer they had, took forever. I was waiting at least 20 mins for my document to pop up, and it never did. This location is ridiculous. Dont even waste your time. I wish I would listen to reviews, and went else where.

One service adverstised on their website is passport renewal services, anything you need to renew your passport, however they cant deliver it to the listed government address. Very uninformed staff.

An employee that works there named cyle and she was very rude but the person working with her was very kind but she wasnt and I wanted to print a couple papers and I was there for about an hour and she kept on telling me to wait but I had something to do and I needed the papers.She was the only employee there to help me at the time and she had the worst attitude I have ever seen from any employee anywhere and they have the worst service because I went there from 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm and she kept on looking at me and helping other people until I was very angry and told her that I had something to do and she was just waistline my time.If anyone goes to fed ex for help or something I dont recommend her at all.
