They always have their lobby closed unlike literally every other starbucks and make you wait in their infinite drive-thru line, hands down THE WORST starbucks branch in the east bay

The coffee and service are always good, but this location closes inside before drive through. Also, they are often closed earlier than stated, but the mobile pick up order option works in the app, even though they are closed inside.

Great service, good cappuccino and pastries, I ordered drive thru and Julio was very kind and helpful.

They are rude and when you do a mobile order you have to wait inside for them to assist you. I order a venti white moca no ice and got half a cup.

So as a traveling RN, I often stop at Starbucks to not only pick up coffee, but to also use the restroom. Management explained that they only allow police and firemen to use restrooms as they are first responders. When I explained my job (my RN badge and name tag on the front of my blouse) they did let me into the restroom . But stated just this time. Honestly... those of us providing hospital level care in the home keep hospitals open so they can care for COVID patients. And when called, we do provide life saving care in emergency situations. The public needs to be educated better

Really good Starbucks. Always lot of people but they are fast enough. Drinks taste delicious and have all varieties of milk; wich is important for me because Im lactose intolerant; so I order my Mocha with Oat milk and they had it.

This place is really great. I have enjoyed coming here time and time again for the fantastic personalized service, appropriate atmosphere, and easy access from every part of the city making it very easy and convenient to find and enter. The business is kept clean and welcoming with good employees, clean facilities, appropriate lighting, clean windows and interior too.

So sad I love coffee I pass by every single morning to buy my coffee and my bagal, but is so sad that I always as to get my bagal extra toasted and extra butter, and I never get my begal how I asked, I doesn’t matter if the charge extra money for the extra thing Ian ordered things that are not difficult, so bad the service and the coffee I order are not always goodThis happens Every morning around 7:40

When blending Tea Hot or cold this restaurant does not blend flavors well Had two different brands and flavors I’m not very tasty Coffee may be better have not tried yet

I find that there are only so many Starbucks within the Richmond to Emereyville, that take the time to listen, to the customers order when you have to use the drive thru or go inside.My order is Caramel Macchiato, decaf, triple addition of caramel. Please stir.No stir..first sip hot coffee. Now this is at 3 different Starbucks. The best Starbucks is on the corner in Solano. EXCELLENT! There is no drive thru..face to face. Gets it right everytime. That is the my GO TO STARBUCKS!

Every time I go here in the morning they say hi welcome to Starbucks please hold will be right back and make you wait about five minutes you got at least six people in here and you make two cars wait and then the girl got an attitude and said OK get my coffee and get it done that’s the whole purpose of drive-through be prepared for video recording of these ladies just talking and rambling on the end of making the wrong coffee the only person there that has some sense is the guy that wears the shades do better people it’s a job that you signed up for

The service is pretty good and the products/drinks,food are also pretty good theres nothing too special about it its just your average Starbucks

I love this Starbucks location. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. Theres one young Asian guy (that has been there a long time) who is the greatest barista Ive ever had make my drink! He is always very helpful, attentive and professional. I wish that I knew his name. Whenever hes there, the whole place seems to run smoother. I highly recommend this location and always come here when I visit the Home Depot, which is often.

Why would you intentionally block all your electricity outlets? Starbucks is known as a place people can get some work done at.

They close early. Have to wait in the drive through to get a online order. I have spent 30 minutes in drive through to get a drink because doors were locked at 6:30pm. Stopped going to this location.

Easy to get in and out

Usually this place is pretty good about mobile orders, drive through and stand in line orders. Ive done all three there. Turnover is a bit of an issue with new people who just dont care, but thats a reflection of poor store management. Cant blame a teenager for not being trained properly.

This store is consistently slow and today, my coffee was like warm.

A phenomenal starbucks with great customer service. The crew member gave us 50 different options of how we could customize our drinks so that I could get something with soy milk and less caffeine. We ended up with a delicious concoction that wasn’t too sweet, didn’t have caffeine, and was refreshing.

My Carmel Frappuccino was on hit. I very seldom get them made the way I like.

This is seriously the fastest Starbucks drive through Ive been to. They had my drink before I had my payment out. And they even processed my multiple payment methods quickly too. Cashier was super nice.

Loooove their hot matcha green tea latte. So far, this Starbucks had the strongest matcha green tea latte, which I was hoping for. It was smooth and you could really taste the matcha green tea. It stayed hot during my 30 minute commute home!! Other Starbucks Ive been to were a little stingy with the matcha but this one was the best!! I will be back!!

There was just no enthusiasm in this place. I waited 10 min at the bar for my coffee then decided to use the restroom. I came out 7 min later my drink was still not there so after about couple of min I said my coffee and fraps still not ready? She said I didnt want to make it and it get cold. So 3 min later my coffee came and she said enjoy your day! Well Im still waiting on my fraps? Well 25 min in the visit 🙄

The food and drinks are okay but it’s sad to say that they don’t have outlets anymore, they cover the side outlets and the outlet under the desk is not working. So if you’re planning to visit this place make sure you fully charge your devices or just order for to go instead.

I stopped here to pass the time while waiting for a friend, and I really enjoyed my time. The staff is friendly, and they know their customers. An employee even rushed outside to catch up with a drive-thru customer who had forgotten something. The lounge area is clean despite a lot of foot traffic, and the staff does a good job keeping supplies filled.My recommendation for this location would be to install more power outlets and make USB power ports available.

I dont know why I keep mobile ordering from this location. Well, I do.... because its the closest. But I should have learned my lesson by now and just get on the freeway and start heading to my destination to find another one along the way.Im a faithful Starbucks customer. I get my coffee at a SF location every morning before work. So anyway, I mobile ordered my double (2 shots) tall iced white mocha. This day we were heading to Sacramento for a basketball tournament. My son went in to pick up the drinks. I took a sip and instantly knew it only had one shot of espresso. I went inside and told the barista, who asked me to take the lid off. He proceeded to add a shot of espresso in top, which then MELTED the ice and return it to me. By that time, I didnt want to get behind on time and just took my drink back. Needless to say, I barely drank the now watered down drink.

Best I like is they have enough parking space and have drive through. Lots of place I dont get parking

It was ok. I placed a mobile order with multiple items and had to ask about each item because the did not bag them up. I dont know if Id return there. The point of a mobile is to grab and go not wait 15 minutes and still have to ask for every single item

We got to the intercom and waited but was not greeted. We didnt get a chance to put an order in and when we got to the window, they wouldnt take our order. They pretty much told us too bad, we got a line going. She was rude about it. Very bad customer service. #starbucks #badservice

Very immature staff, I received the wrong drink in the drive thru. I had to go back to the store to get the correct drink. When I explained what happened they began to laughing... there was no apologie just laughing so at that point I asked for my money back. I work for a large corporate firm in the bay area. I will definitely let it be known to stay away from this location.

Just passing through, my order wasn’t much. But as I stood there waiting, the girl making my coffee stopped to text...the decided to Snapchat her coworker and text again. No one was waiting after me. So I had to wait for her to be done with her social media posts before I could get my drink. Mind you I can see that my coffee was done...just needed to be poured into a cup. I may have only waited an extra 2 minutes, but it’s the unprofessional behavior I’m calling out.

Really nice employees but we call this the slowest Starbucks ever and Ive had pretty consistent issues with them forgetting to put the topping on my drink.

Every town has a good Starbucks and a bad one. This is the bad one. Theyre always way, way understaffed. Ive written the District Manager about it twice and she never wrote me back. You know that old Lily Tomlin SNL sketch Were the phone company. We dont care. We dont have to? Thats this Starbucks. its the only drive-through Starbucks in town, so they dont care. They dont have to. Be prepared to wait a long, long time here. Avoid and go to the one in El Cerrito Plaza if you can.

I went there yesterday (August 16) at around 5 30 pm to buy an evolution sweet greens drink, and to my surprise the drink expired about a week prior! (on August 10). I didnt notice until after I drank most of the drink. And thats not the worst part, when I went up to the register to tell them very nicely about the issue, one of the workers was beyond rude and unprofessional. They refused to accept the drink was bought there and did not help at all. I had to leave feeling beyond unsatisfied. Im so disappointed that a place like Starbucks has such poor quality products and service.

POOR, SLOW SERVICE at the Drive-Thru!!! The guy didnt double check my order...was slow as heck. Then, when I got to the drive-thru window, he didnt even show up at the window for 5 MINUTES!!!! Yep - thats 5 MINUTES, folks...while the cars piling up behind me. When I finally showed up he said: Duh...Sorry, but we dont have any more scones... I just drove away and later called the corporate office to complain!

Starbucks of Richmomd is very nice. As well as their service. Eady ordering via drive-thru. Or if you prefer, walk in. Tables and chairs are waiting for you to sit n telax. Oh I forgot! You will be sitting under shaded seats.

Its an ok place. Im a Peets coffee fan because in the past, I thought SBS coffee was pretty weak but its actually not bad at all now (maybe the previous SBs Id been too used less grounds when brewing, or maybe Im just mental?!?!) Be great if they had more seating and more outlets for phone/laptop. It can get pretty busy at this location. Its always clean. Staff could be a bit more friendly.
