I was involved in a small auto collision June 29th that caused the following damage to my 2020 Evoque (pictures attached): passenger front and rear passenger doors, front passenger wheel. Land Rover recommended NAPA Collision, claiming they used the same shop. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 4-6 weeks. On more than a few occasions, I received updates about parts missing, being expected on a certain date (only to be told theyre not in yet), or that new parts altogether are needed.Took more than two months after NAPA received payment from insurance. To be fair, vehicle was returned in great shape, paint matched perfectly, but it all took too long and updates were inconsistent.One of the later calls for an update (for example), on August 24, 2020:- the bumper I was told would be in August 21 is still not in.- additionally, suddenly a new wheel has to be ordered, which will add substantially to the wait. Apparently this wasnt discovered/realized in the last two months the vehicle has been here.- No idea when all parts will be here, but hopefully Ill have an update this weekend..Ultimately, the work done was good work (when it was finally done), and I cant ignore Mr. Mullinaxs professionalism when speaking with customers, but I wouldnt go back. Maybe this collision center works great for Land Rover and other dealerships, but (in my experience) not so much for the individual.

I give Mark and the shop personnel 5 stars. They will do whatever it takes to ensure that the customer is satisfied to include redoing your paint job. Some of the errors were so unbelievable that they were actually comical but the they didnt think twice about fixing it and my vehicle is now as good as new.
Had my car towed there bout two weeks back decided to let my car insurance take over so we had to move my vehicle to another lot NAPA charged me 700 dollars to hold it there for a day with the tow charge and 500 dollars for an administrative paperwork fee... >> This wasnt even the worst part during that one day on their lot some of my high dollar items in my vehicle went missing mysteriously i would never recommend this place to anyone.
