I accompanied my elderly grandmother to see if, as one of their associates assured her, they would be able to get her a good deal on a vehicle. We sat patiently as they ran our info and all when time came that i had to leave her so she may continue with the process while I picked up my nephew at school since it took longer than expected. Later when she finally got home she let me know that they haggled her the entire time and withheld her car keys from her begging for a chance. The associate stating that his boss would get upset if he were to ask for her keys back!!! All this while they were fully aware that she is diabetic and kept asking to leave cause she felt her sugar low. Needless to say we will not be going back to do business with a company who will do anything to make a buck even take advantage of the elderly!

Came in today looking for a truck, an left with a great buying experience. Definitely would recommend buying for Alfredo made the whole experience quick and easy!

Shady shady shady. Honestly, one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. Paint protection, nitrogen on tires, and tint on a used vehicle charges totalling over $2k. Read everything they are charging you before signing. Want a used car? Look somewhere else. If you dont know about cars or have experience purchasing vehicles before dont even bother going to this dealership. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Would not recommend, I just purchased a car from here, I was there since 10 AM till about 9 PM, it was real cold and windy that day, car was dirty and did not really notice how damage it was and tires where real worn out. I called the next day after driving off with the car and advised them that the tires where really in bad condition and sales person said They are just tires not a safety issue. REALLY!!! Then 2 months later the car has a shift gear error and now it wont turn on.

They were a little to anxious to sell me an automobile. I was just comparing prices.

The first day we went was on memorial day, we stayed there for 7 hours. At 8pm they said they hadnt heard from the banks. Said we would get a call next day. Next day for them was on Thursday. We went and had said that we were approved but the payment of car was 680.00 instead of 400.00. So we had to decline. Another person mentioned that he spent at that store 9 hours and still no word if he was approved.

Great service, the staff here are very helpful and nice. They help me get the car I wanted at a price that fit my budget. They offer a good selection on used cars and have great prices, plus the service is excellent.

Took too long for my mom to buy a car. Four hour wait. Would not buy a car there for myself. Service is too slow.
