My review is in regards to customer care . I went to see prices and vehicles at this location and the Joe Battle location and I was surprised with the treatment we received . The whole staff had a professional and friendly demeanor and we never felt like other local businesses have made us feel . We left with a really nice suv and a broad smile . Thank you Charlie Clark

Went In and walked out with a car the same day! Karla was super helpful, they helped sooo much and went above and beyond to help me get a vehicle. Luis is great and has awesome customer service. 10/10 recommend !!

I went to this lot to purchase my first new model vehicle. I started off being helped by a nice young gentlemen and ended with Fernando being EXTREMELY rude to me and I walked out feeling bad for even trying to buy a car at this location. This being my first experience trying to spend over $13,000 on a vehicle I expected to have better service especially from a manager. I was also being quoted $12,000 more than the price of the vehicle which doesnt seem right. I was hoping to drive off in a new car.

Sales people are nice an courteous.. management is a joke....I dont think Charlie Clark..knows whats going on..maybe expanding too fast... chasing that money..leaving the customer service behind....

At first very kind everyone. When it comes to getting something fixed, the seller does not want to answer you, the dial handlers until they hide it from you. Because you ask to speak with a handler and they all grab a pass x one! believing that one horn is hanging ... like them ... casting lies at you and holding the sandy beach longer! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! 👎👎
