Customer service experience was what kind of made the experience a bit unpleasant.First, you must pay cash. You can pay with cash app but you are sending the money to one of the employees.Second, when I took the car they told me there was no refrigerant. I had already checked it before going there and it was filled. An older gentleman told me he wouldnt charge me the fill of refrigerant if I put down to money for the parts to fix the A/C Compressor. Which turned out to be the issue that my car had.Lastly, he gave me a price that day and when I took the car several days after he wanted to charge me more. I firmly told him that he had given me a different price and paid the previously agreed price.The A/C is running now. Parts come with a year warranty and labor with a 30 day warranty.

I went to get my A/C checked, the owner showed me where the leak was and said he was going to replace the condenser. He said he ordered it and come back tomorrow around 11 AM to drop off the vehicle so it can be installed. I wasnt able to make it at 11 because I had to work and it wasnt possible to get from FT Bliss back to his shop, I tried calling but didnt get an answer. I was able to make it back on a Friday and he said that he didnt order it yet. He ended up replacing the wrong part on that following Monday and the refrigerant leaked out again from the same location he initially showed me. I went back and he showed me the same leak again. He tried telling me that he didnt show me that leak and wanted me to pay more money for a mistake that he made by replacing the wrong part that had nothing wrong with it. I suggest that you be careful when doing business with this auto shop.

Absolutely love this place. The guys there no their stuff and are totally honest. Only auto shop I take my vehicles to and I tell all my friends to as well.

This local small shop cares about their customers. They always communicate with me prior to doing any work with fair prices. When I pick my vehicle up they always show me the old part and issues with it (without being asked too). This is a great customer service practice that builds trust in their work. They have always offered fair pricing and quick service. It is nice to have a local mechanic I can trust after so many bad experiences with others.

Miguel was beyond fantastic! Im from LC and bought a 20 year old specialty-vehicle from him. After purchase, driving it back to LC, a tire lost its tread. I called Miguel (mind you, he has no obligation to me at this point seeing in how I already bought the vehicle. A third party and myself had already looked it over) and drove around eventually finding the tire I needed. I feel he went above and beyond before and after my sale. I truly hopes his business grows because he had great work ethic with me.

Horrible experience....he talk us into him helping us get a great deal on some rims and tires. Read everything he shows you on his computer. His a liar about everything he knows how to talk people into buying from him from a company online. The Payments are extremely up. People please read everything he gives or show you. Take a second look Google the 3rd party company. I have to give it 1 start to be able to post but this place gets --------- starssss
