I got my window regulator replaced here. The man did a really good job and very quickly as well. He even gave me instructions on how to operate the window to help the regulator last longer since my car is prone to breaking (this is the third time being replaced). Everyone there was really nice and friendly as well.

Always quick and always very reasonable in price. First time I was told Id need a seal with the windshield for an extra 30 dlls. As they tended to crack and leak on my vehicle (08 express 3500). None of others even suggested it. when I picked it up I was skeptical whether they had even installed it but I immediately saw the seal around the windshield was indeed brand new. I like that they know their business and do the job right the first time so I wont have me to return with problems to correct. The price was still very reasonable. Thank you Cubano Auto Glass.

WOW. CALLED ALL OVER TOWN TO GET A WINDSHIELD REPLACMENT FOR MY 2004 ACURA AND TOLD THEY COULD NOT DO THE REPLACMENT. They were super cheap but broke my seat panel so now I am not so sure it was worth it since the seat panel has all the electric functions for my seat.😔

Called on 8/4/20 and set up an appointment with a man who said they were busy for the day and since they would be closed on 8/7/20 for Labor Day my appointment would have to be on Wednesday 8/9/20. We called and spoke with the installer who said he was in Chaparral and would be over as soon as he was done. We waited all day on 8/9 and no one showed. We finally called the office and spoke with a woman who said there was no record of our appointment and that we were confusing them with Cuba Glass. She told us there was no way we called them because there are only two females in the office - even though we had literally spoken with a man earlier in the day (the mobile installer). I explained that a confusion with Cuba was impossible as I had already called Cuba Glass and they told me they did not make service calls in Socorro. The lady told me, “yes they do, they serve the entire city”. So, instead of admitting to their mistake she endorsed the competition instead?! I told her clearly she did not want my business and that I would take it elsewhere! Forget this place! If I were you I would take your business to Cuba Glass (and so does El Cubano)!

El Cubano offered a great price for my mothers windshield replacement, however within a week after her replacement, the windshield cracked in a perfect circular shape while driving. The shape of the crack suggests that there was faculty handling of the placement of the new windshield or there was a defective glass placed. When my mother returned to get a replacement, they refused and made the claim that the damage was not a fault of their own and it is not covered under their warranty. It is my opinion that the response to my mother in regards to the damage was unprofessional and the quality of their work is not great. The person she spoke to insisted that the damage was caused by a ball rather the scouring of the glass by their equipment! I will attempt to post pictures.

My car had a bad run on windshield. It was the cheapest place to replace with a new one. They guarantee their work. They do the job while u wait. Very quick service. Dont let the place fool you, its not a great looking building, but they get the job done. There were several cars there on a Saturday, but everyone was in and out. Very hard working guys. The cashiers where u pay are very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this business. The cheapest one in town. 👍

I have just completed a PCS and on my trip from Georgia my windshield cracked in multiple places the price was perfect and the customer service and professionalism was superb. My mom had told me about this place so I decided to give it a try. I had to get my windshield completely replaced on my Nissan Xterra which came out to 120. I couldn’t believe the price cause it was so cheap and it includes a lifetime warranty. They didn’t even take longer than 15 minutes and everyone there was really nice. They even have two really adorable cats that I pet cause I couldn’t help myself. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Good customer service by office ladies but they returned my car with really dirty car seats. I have beige seats and they returned it with black stuff all over the seats that does not come off easily. I was going to take another car but after the dirty work by the technician Ill look elsewhere. I suggest you take care of your customers vehicles and put plastic or newspaper to cover the seats.

Extremely disappointed in this business. Took a minivan with broken side glass to be repaired. At first, it looked like a good job, but a few hours after leaving, my wife noticed that the front door was rubbing the glass, so she took it back. Initially, they refused to fix it, but after I arrived, they finally re-did it. This time, they left all kinds of glue on the glass/vehicle, but I went ahead and cleaned it up. Now, a few months later, my wife lets me know the inside trim is coming off. After comparing it with the other side, I realized that their fix was to cut off all the studs and just glue the window on with a ton of glue. In the process, they threw away an important bracket that helps secure the door handle. Even if I get a replacement bracket, it wont help, because they cut off the stud that the bracket mounts to. Dont take your business here - they take the easy way out instead of fixing things properly.Edit - It was the Alameda Location, and this was April 16th.

Went in to get a small crack on the windshield fixed and it still ended up spreading. Now my windshield has a big crack going from one end to the other.

Bad service

The service is excellent and the guys work very fast. The prices are pretty low as well.

So I took my vehicle to repair a small chip on my windshield which is about 2 cm. I was told a day earlier by them that the process would take about 45 minutes to complete. I showed up the next day and once there, I was expecting on seeing the window experts working on the repair using the appropriate tools and procedures to ensure a professional job.Now, I had seen several DIY videos on how to execute such a task using kits available in many stores such as Walmart. These kits included details on how to properly clean and prepare the affected area, fill it with resin while removing any excess air using a syringe, how to harden the resin using a UV tape, how to minimize the the appearance of the chip, and aftercare. I shouldve tried it, but I was convinced by someone, which I truly regret, that this business would do a great job. So I decided to give them a try.. So what happened?I show up and the experts evaluate the chip. One expert grinds the affected area. Same expert then drops some resin(pretty sure it was Gorilla Super Glue) on the chip while another expert uses a cigarette lighter to harden it. After that, the experts scrape off the excess resin. Expert band-aids the affected area with scotch tape and tells me that Im good to go and to pay for the service. I pay the lady in the office I ask if there is any warranty on the job done. I am told no by her, that the service should be good.. I left without making a fuss, which I should have, especially when the scotch taped area is all smeared and the service took only 5 minutes. . The chip is still very visible BTW. $35 for this service??? Never again, but I will return if the repair does not hold up. Look elsewhere, trust me.

Good place to replace your windshield

It took some time for the new windshield to be put in, approximately 90 minutes but the staff was friendly and the price was definitely reasonable in comparison to some of the other glass shops in the El Paso Valley. If you need glass work this little shop in the Lower Valley is the way to go.

They have for mostly all cars and most of the time are quick about the work unless having them work on the motors of the windows it takes longer but even then if you want it done right thats the place to go
