To start they had my car for 3 almost 4 monthswhen I picked up my car I noticed it didnt sound right when I told them my car didnt sound right because they did bolt my exhaust to the headers they said it sounds good and my check engine light turned on right after I left the business I will not take my car back

Went to get some coilovers for my car, I got a bit overzealous with the lowering and it was making noises (not their fault). Took it back to get adjusted and he did it free of charge, top notch customer service and great install pricing! Would recommend for your mod needs.

Owner is very friendly and laid back, fast service and usually gets parts in quick of he domt have them, honest and knowledgable.

Came in for some light weld work, and left completely satisfied. The welds are very impressive, and they are comparable in pricing to other shops.

Took my car to get a intake and exhaust put in and when i got it back i told them the intake had a real bad high pitch sound and instead of saying they don’t know what it could be i was given some random excuse talking about it’s my cars way of alerting me i need a oil change? Which doesn’t make sense. Then not even a week after my exhaust was rattling like crazy so i took it to a different shop and they told me they didn’t put it on correctly and left everything banging. Would not recommend RPM.

The Best performance shop in El Paso hands down. The owner Freddy is very down to earth and wont ever try to sell a customer a part they dont need or dont want. One of the Southwests longest running Auto Performance Shops around and some of the Hottest Autos have bought performance parts from here and have returned to continue their builds just like I have. A must return to RPM!

Very helpful had what we needed.

I always take my car to RPM for my aftermarket parts and installs. They beat any online pricing and have affordable install pricing.

Went to get Coilovers installed. They installed them, however, broke my ABS sensor on my back wheel in the process and stripped out/broke two wheel studs. This taught me to save my money next time and do the work myself.

Another great place to visit.

Good at first ordered a part on a Monday specifically and was just told to keep calling back very rude people that dont like there job my order took 8 days and I still never confirmed it got there because I was told to call back in 30 minutes and before I could talk he hung up unprofesional and not well funded but one customer doesnt hurt right hated the service I now re ordered my part somewhere else for a cheaper price also so I left happy

Had my 07 tl in for a timing belt change here. I ended up replacing it myself 20k later because the belt was about to snap. Mechanic put the wrong bolt in the engine mount bracket and put a damn hole in my block. Double check their Work!
