I don’t usually leave a bad review, but this dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worst follow up as well, they kept my car for weeks and didn’t bother to update me on the status until I contacted corporate through their website, then i got a call the very next day. Never mind all the voicemails and messages I had left with a very rude receptionist.This was the second time they had my car since they didn’t fix it properly the first time. Even the call from the so called manager didn’t help much. The service rep refused to speak to me when I finally went to pick up my car, he sent his tech. So much for accountability. The tech acted like he was doing me a favor. My windshield cracked from top to bottom while it sat at the dealership for three weeks and they didn’t even say, “we noticed this happened, can we help?” They pretended it wasn’t there and could wait for me to get out of there. I’ll never go back and I don’t need a response. I just want people to know this place will rip you off.
I love reading negative feedback and seeing the fix for it. The management team at the dealership reached out (in the review I read) left their phone number and attempt to fix the issue. Im taking my RRS up here. I wasnt paid for this at all. Dont know anyone at the dealership but good service is good service even if you just read about it.
Word can not fully express just how well we were treated and how amazing the car buying experience was for my family and I. Lorenzo Jaquez helped us select the vehicle perfect just for us. When we thought we were out of options he researched and found what we needed and wanted, even though it was still being shipped to the dealership. Without asking he sent a video of our new ride coming off the truck! Calling and texting on his day off to give us updates and treated my wife and children like they were family. This being our 11th new car purchase and never being treated like family in a purchase I can truly say that Lorenzo is one of a kind and exceeded any possible expectation we could have held. If that wasn’t good enough, Vanessa Murray sat with us for over an hour going over every aspect of our new Defender, down to setting up all our phones, installing accessories, and researching the warranty information for our upcoming move to Germany. She left no function unexplained and Lorenzo left no desire unmet. Top it off with the finance manager searching and finding a better rate than our bank so I had no choice but to share our experience. Thank you Land Rover El Paso. You have a fan for life.

I have never experienced such a horrible customer service in El Paso like this dealership. I have taken my vehicle a few times because I don’t know anyone else that fixes land rovers. I really don’t want anyone responding with fake responses to this bad review . There rip offs and don’t care that your vehicle isn’t fixed well the first time . They will lie to you about the issue and take your money . All the people in the service Dept are seriously horrible . I don’t waste my time usually with online reviews, but this business is a scam . They act like this because unfortunately there the only ones in El Paso with a dealership. I don’t mean to sound so b my mad, but don’t buy a vehicle from them or service . I hope the owner reads this and changes there business practices .
I had an issue with my Land Rover while traveling in West Texas (car was hit by debris from the road). It was towed to Land Rover El Paso. The service technicians were very fast in diagnosing the issue, ordering the parts, expediting delivery and installing the new parts. Land Rover Roadside Assistance coordinated delivery of my car to me and I was back on my way. What definitely could have been a major problem for my plans was expertly and perfectly managed by Joe in the Service Dept. They kept me updated and fixed the car perfectly. I cant say enough about how helpful Land Rover El Paso was for me when I needed their help. Great service all around.

I would not work with this dealership under any circumstances. One of the worse automotive encounters that I have ever had. The communication is non existent at best. We love the car itself but the actual experience was horrible. I still have never gotten a return call from a few people there. No matter how many time you ask questions and help solving problems there is not a care in the world about you as a client. Even when you are told that a problem was going to be taken care of it never is. If there is a guy selling a car on any other street corner, go there.
I have to say that I was quite disappointed with the quality of service at this dealership. I took in a Range Rover Sport to be serviced twice. The first time, they pin pointed what they believed was the issue, replaced a part and the problem started again two days later. Then I brought it back a couple of weeks later, it was there for over a week where no one called with updates. I would call and leave messages that were not responded. Then we said wed pick it up and all of the sudden, it began to be serviced. I just think that no one really took the time to look at the problem and came up with excuses. In the end, I picked it up, with nothing fixed and two weeks of a rental car, thinking the issues would be resolved. I wont say its the worst service Ive had, but I can honestly tell you that for such a quality brand, I expected more excellence in service. Considering people bring in cars that cost up to and over $130,000. I hope you improve your service, but I will not be returning to your dealership.

This is the type of place where you should take the whole family to get a car or truck. They have an amazing selection of cars and great customer service. They always will keep you up to date with anything from your car getting fixed or you getting a car.
The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen, from the General Manager down to the Service Writers. When you spend $70,000 on a vehicle you would expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, but not at LR-EP, they’re so used to treating people poorly that they couldn’t care less. Take the trip to Lubbock or even Dallas, it’ll be worth it.
Worse experience with a dealership Ive ever had. I was scheduled an appointment to view a specific used car and was even called the morning of to confirm my appointment. I get to the dealership at the time scheduled, yet still had to wait. After about 40 minutes they let me know THE CAR WAS LENT OUT and dont have an exact time it will be returned. How can a dealership make an appointment for a viewing when the car isnt even there!? Ridiculously poor and unprofessional service for a high-end dealership that sells luxury vehicles. Anais was very sweet and attempted to help, however I still would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
This is my first time buying a Land Rover. The personnel was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and all adhere to COVID precautions. The buying experience was hazle free.

General manager was great to work with and helped me get the car of my dreams with my Land Rover Velar. We continue to work closely with Rudy and everyone at Land Rover and they’ve been great with anything we may need. They also offer concierge service for your trips away. They can help get you to the airport and keep your car safe at the dealership away from evil airport parking lots. Highly recommend!
This is one of the best car dealerships I have been to even though my credit was less than perfect they were still able to work with me and get me into a vehicle they have a friendly family environment and do not make you feel pressured to get a vehicle the staff as well are very friendly I had a good experience not only me but my family as well I will recommend this dealership to anyone trying to build their credit back up or who had trouble at other dealerships

I purchased my car may 15th 2020, additionally on the same day I purchased different wheels and rims for the car. The tires and rims took over 4 months to arrive, understandably as they were ordered during covid times. What is not understandable or acceptable is the poor customer service and lack of communication. during the wait no one bothered to update me on the status of the products and I had to chase down Gabriel the sales man to update me on the status of the delivery, more times than not he said he would get back to me with the status and did not until I called him again and again.. when the tires finally arrived I was told my car would be ready for pick up with the new tires and wheels installed on Saturday 9-12-2020.It is now Monday 9-14-2020, 4 pm and my car is still not ready. I’m beyond disappointed with the service provided.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN, TOLD THE SALES REP, RUDY THAT WE DIDNT WANT TO PAY MORE THEN $1,300.00 A MONTH SINCE WE ALREADY HAD A 2020 AUDI Q8 AND A 2020 DODGE RAM LIMITED TRUCK. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD A RANGE ROVER THAT CHARLES NIEMAN DROVE AND I SAID THAT I DIDNT CARE WHO HAD THE VEHICLE, THATS THEIR SELLING POINT FOR THAT VEHICLE. MY CREDIT SCORE WAS 698, I SHOWED RUDY MY CREDIT SCORE, HE DIDNT BOTHER TO TELL THE GM, JOHNNY THAT WE DIDNT WANT A PAYMENT OVER $1,300.00. I WAS CO-SIGNING FOR MY WIFE, THEY PULLED MY CREDIT ANYWAY, AND THEN I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT MY CREDIT WENT DOWN 23 POINTS, EXPLAINED THAT TO JOHNNY AND HE EVEN TRIED TELLING ME THAT SOMEONE ELSE PULLED MY CREDIT AND I TOLD HIM THAT NO ONE ELSE PULLED MY CREDIT AND THEN HE SAID, THAT IT STILL WOULDNT HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE AND I TOLD HIM THAT IF HE HADNT PULLED MY CREDIT IN THE FIRST PLACE, THAT MY CREDIT SCORE WOULD HAVE NEVER CHANGED. Purchased my discovery last week and worked with salesman joseph roacho. probably the worst experience ever with a sales person. no timely follow up, and after i went in to sign my paperwork, he called me an hour later asking me what car i purchased. HUH? almost a deal breaker at that point. all around bad. however, finance department was EXCELLENT, in particular Jeff Walker. Without him, i would have said see ya. love my car though.
I had to come back and update on my review of the Land Rover/Jaguar dealership in El Paso. I was underwhelmed by my initial impressions of this establishment; however, since being contacted directly by the General Manager Mr. Pattison I have come to experience the service on par with a luxury vehicle brand. It is not what happens when you stumble but how you recover that forms my opinion of both people and businesses. I am going to attach a direct comment from a conversation that I had with Mr. Pattison, these are my words to him just to give context on what I am hopefully conveying.Good afternoon, I just wanted to reach out and let you know that it is wonderful to see someone who cares about their brand enough to talk the talk and walk the walk. I am incredibly impressed by someone who has old school values and does business that way. I can not promise to always be a Jaguar customer, but I can promise that wherever you go you will get first shot at my business any time I am looking for a vehicle. Loyalty matters to me and how someone does business matters as well as integrity and keeping your word. You sir seem to have all of those qualities.I just wanted to give my opinion on how things have gone for me since my initial review. Give these people a chance to earn your business and hold them accountable if they fail (as we should with all institutions) but also give them a chance to redeem themselves. Good luck in your vehicle search.
Have never had any problems with a land rover vehicle however recently picked up a check engine light, nothing major or change in the vehicle. The service is where the terrible review is derived from. Called to bring it in and have it checked out and the lady on the line treated it as a standard oil change stating there is no opening for 2 weeks. If there is a check engine light on a vehicle that is daily driven, it is given priority and not just tossed aside. Land Rover El Paso has very low standards in training their personnel and will probably never be buying from them again. Mercedes never has this issue and is perhaps a better fit for anyone looking for a good vehicle that has a stellar service program behind them. In short, stay away from Land Rover El Paso at all costs for service or any post purchase issues.

Beware when you take your vehicle for service. My vehicle has been there for months due to a mechanic’s incompetency and Jaguar/Land Rover’s inability to obtain parts.
This has got to be the worst Land Rover dealership of all times. They have so many issues including never calling clients back. I have spoken to the manger of the dealership he is the only person who knows what’s going on everyone else is a disgrace! Absolutely unacceptable service!! I regret buying a luxury vehicle with the service I’m receiving.
Glad they were finally able to open a Land Rover dealer in El Paso. I took my car in to get serviced and the customer service, the work they did to my vehicle, and the price was exceptional. Thank you and I will be a repeat customer for all my Land Rover needs.Update:Had to get my vehicle serviced as I was having problems with my rear differential. Once again the service department provided me with great service, provided me a loaner vehicle, fast repairs, honest work, and worked with me on every aspect of the repair. Thanks again and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. We bought a used vehicle and it broke down not even a month after use. They lied about the vehicle just to make a sale!!!!! We called and tried getting them to fix it, and said they didn’t want to. Don’t ever come here or purchase from them. Very rude, extremely unprofessional and would not recommend to any of my friends and family! Just disgusted with how we where treated and lied to. I’ll be seeking legal advice, so beware and never go there! This is a Warning!
To be fair they were appointment only, and I didnt have one. But the sales associate was either in a bad mood or didnt feel like helping me look at their vehicles.
Had several issues with my 06 RRS that i bought out of state. Brought it down to Mike and Land Rover El Paso and the service couldn’t have been any better. Now the car runs better then i can remember. I highly recommend you take your car here to get work done. Will absolutely be back for scheduled service and maintenance.
Weve always received exceptional sales and service at Land Rover in El Paso. We took our 2015 Range Rover in for its first check-up and also needed some body work done on it from a scratch on the drivers front wheel cover. The work was done quickly, the car looks like new, and it was detailed to perfection. The staff is terrific. We are very happy we bought our car there.

We bought a vehicle at the Audi Dealership when it was apart of the Garcia Automotive Group which included the Land Rover and Jaguar dealerships in El Paso. We ended up refinancing the vehicle through a credit union and purchased their GAP and Road Hazard protection and we went to the Land Rover dealership and spoke to Mr. Eric Reyes who filled out the request for refund; however, it has been two months and no refund. We have called numerous times to speak to Mr. Reyes and no response even after leaving messages requesting a return phone call. What happened to customer service after the sale. I was actually going to buy a Jaquar F Pace this year but I guess my concerns as a customer is not important to your dealership.William

Went there for a diagnosis on the air suspension on my Land Rover, there was no greeting when you come in,lady behind the desk didnt bother to ask if I needed anything I had to come ask for information as far as how service goes and no response other than i had to wait for the only advisor that was in house. So I waited since No one seems to work on these vehicles in El Paso but after 45 minutes of waiting I decided to take off and figured out on my own. Thanks for not helping me out I saved some money.This was my previous experience with Land Rover customer service up until I went back since I really didnt have a choice but to take my vehicle to the dealership. Roger was very helpful, courteous,professional and friendly. This experience made me change my opinion/rate from 1 star to 5 due this different approach compared to last time. Horrible service took in my 2014 range rover because I felt something was wrong with the suspension. Service said mechanic drove it and did not feel anything wrong with the vehicle. Did not bother in lifting up the vehicle and looking under. If he would have done that, they would have seen bushings were bad and left shock was leaking. Instead they just test drove it said nothing was wrong with it, charged me and sent me on my way. HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY OR SERVICE HERE.

Watch out and be careful when you take your vehicle to this dealership!In May 2019 I took my Landrover Evoque to Garcia Landrover of El Paso for a simple oil change and tire rotation. A service that was supposed to be routine became a nightmare. My vehicles lug nuts WERE NOT tightened after the tire rotation and my wheel flew off in the middle of Mesa.After picking my vehicle up at the dealership, I began my drive back homeNot only is their work obviously shotty, but they do not care about their customers well being. I cant imagine what would have happened if this occurred on the freeway of if I had my young child with me. I would recommend taking your Landrover anywhere else to be serviced, but here.

Hello, Good Afternoon thank you for calling Jaguar of El Paso How may I help you today? That is actually what I told her and that is the proper way to answer at a workplace. I tried calling every department with no answer, except for the sales department ofcourse and had to leave a message for service but havent gotten a call back! Probably, I will get a reply from this review something like sorry sir, for the inconvenience and leave a phone number to call but I dont need that.. Just talk to your poorly trained staff, It is a shame to see that from Jaguar smh... I should have bought a Porsche instead.

Dont bother wasting your time here. When youre paying for a luxury label, you expect a certain amount of decent treatment. Made an appointment with a salesman who blew us off upon arrival and then pawned us off on someone else. We left and went to Lexus, were treated wonderfully and ultimately purchased both of our new vehicles there. Land Rover saved themselves dual sales with their classless tactics. For a luxury brand, they behaved more like a sleazy buy here, pay here lot. Save your money and time, go to Lexus, Audi or ANY other luxury car dealership in town.
UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE:::Well I am not sure who wrote the response, but I did have dealings with Mr. Cesar Chavez a Few times. At one point called the Corporate office but just like the people in El Paso never got any call back. He did not once try to make it things right. Instead of trying to defend a mistake how about fixing it!!!! If Mr. Chaves wants to make things right, then he could have just did the oil change without me having to use my free one that I got with the car. Seeings that the car should have had one done any way. I know he said it was done but if I have to say it was not.BUT ON OPTIMISTIC NOTE THE NEW SERVICE MANAGER WAS NICE, WELL-MANNERED, AND VERY HELPFULWe recently bought a car here and their customer service absolutely horrible! After buying the car tried to get a hold of a car sales dept. for about a week. They never answer or never call you back! We could have gone to Az. Or NM. To buy the same car I even pointed that to the salesman and showed him the ads same car less money for it. But trying to be a good El Paso business we bought local. We asked to have the oil changed in the car and for the counter to be reset well here we are 3 months later and the car service light came on. Now I can’t say they did not change the oil but with the light on can say they did. So the free oil change has to be used after 3 months later and not later to insure that the car does have good oil in it. This is only one of many things that has gone wrong. This is a luxury brand not a basic Car lot. We have always bought American cars maybe we should have stayed that way. Worst customer service ever! Dont bother wasting your time here. When youre paying for a luxury label, you expect a certain amount of decent treatment. But if you have to buy a luxury vehicle look outside the area. We have bought lots of cars in are life time and I would have to say have never had an experience like this.

Rodger in service is excellent, truly cares about his customers and is extremely kind. I work with a warranty company, and when Rodger calls in, it is a night and day difference compared to other dealerships.
The service department at this location for Land Rover is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have been waiting for the service representative to contact me for a week and they have not bother to return any calls. I am still waiting for the service department to contact me a week later, when they stated they would call and update me last week. Not the service you would expect from a Land Rover dealer.Completely Disappointed with the Service Department in this location!

I always check that is done correctly because, you know : you never know if they do..my oil was still black, I decided to talk to the guy in charge and he decided to take a bad attitude and argue with me about it. I am going to preface this by stating that I have not purchased a vehicle from them, so I cannot comment on sales department. I was looking to purchase an extended warranty for a Land Rover LR4 that I was purchasing elsewhere, and the past couple days I just received the run around. When they were trying to sell me an LR4 FROM their lot, they were easy to get a hold of and immediately responsive. When we were sitting at another dealership in an attempt to purchase a vehicle, but wanted to purchase a warranty first, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. I was told that they would contact me ASAP. I suppose ASAP means almost 24 hours later. Would not have been a huge deal, other than the fact that they made it seem like purchasing the warranty would be a simple over the phone process, and had us waiting at a dealership for hours for no good reason. Definitely a poor experience from a SERVICE standpoint. Maybe their SALES department is different.

As a Las Cruces, NM resident I purchased my vehicle in Albuquerque, but had its annual maintenance completed at the Land Rover El Paso and it was such a great experience. Not only did they take care of the two outstanding Technical Bulletins for my 2015 Evoque. Since this is a secondary vehicle I dont drive it daily I noticed after a year it was blowing hot air, they were able to evaluate and charge the system before lunch. They were very accommodating to my commuter schedule!! Great Job!! Best Service!!
Went to ask for some paperwork but they didnt know what I was asking for. Im not surprised because they use to work with the Subaru dealership and they got my paperwork mixed up. Not the best experience, I eventually just went talk to my insurance company instead.

I been calling for over a week to schedule an appointment for service, the lady from the main line she doesnt even advise me she will be transfering me she just goes mute and transfers the call to what Im guessing is the service phone and the people at service they havent answer their phone in 7 days or returned a call after 5 voicemails.

I was passing THREW el Paso.and low and behold my truck dies😬...alternator when out....so i had it towed to the closest dealership just for them to tell me what i all ready new....very nice dealership they even let you change the tv station to keep you busy untill they slam you with a RANSOM..for parts and labor...very nice salesman shout out to freddy in the parts department thk man great fast work...every one had great attitudes and laid back personalitys👌...but i do thinck its a shame how dealerships over charge customers...they tried to charge me over 700 bucks for something i ran around the corner and got from ole rally for 182bucks....and only paid 181 to put on..iama business man aswell as the dealership its all a cat and mouse game...its just up to who ever comes in to actually have knowledge of parts and labor...my trucking company has been around SENSE 1999 and my alternators for big trucks arent what they were trying to charge me for a SUV......but all in all if i had to brake down again id rather brake down at this dealership...great team of workers..thk guys...hope to not see you soon lol..maybe to buy another rover lol
