Very dissapointed with this place. I made an appointment for Wed at 9am for a check engine light on. I let them know I needed the car back by Friday. I dropped off the car and I didnt hear anything all day. I called the next day around 11am only to find out they had not even looked at the car at all. Then they call me around 2pm to ask when I had replaced the battery last and they said they would call me back shortly. I didnt hear from them again. I called back around 5:45pm and I guess they were already closed although it says they close at 6pm. Would not recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional, no communication and they dont listen to the customer.

Sebastian Moncayo was very courteous and polite I have never had any problems with Viva Nissan as far as maintenance on my car...

What can I say about a dealership that you havent heard already? They just want your money plain and simple and to overcharge you. An arm, leg, its all the same . This place specifically has aggressive sales reps to.make sure they get your money.
