Bad bad service, kept saying that the car would be ready in a week or two and it took a whole year to get my moms car back. They wouldnt answer and gave us the run around. I strongly recommend not to take your car to this shop for real guys thats crazy.

Eddie and his guys are the best. I took in my 2016 Avalon for a repair for both the front right quarter panel, mostly on the front bumper and the panel over the right rear tire well, a good size ding from someone who opened their door real hard. The damage to the front bumper was a my fault, a sizeable scrape from trying to park too fast when taking my wife to the emergency room. I purchased this car new and kept it in perfect condition. I knew because it was white Pearl it would not be an easy fix. The front bumper would need to be removed and completely redone because of the new materials being used in cars these days, which involves removing a number of things. My biggest concern was their ability to match the original paint (pearl is hard to do), and they did a fantastic job, everything looks as good as it did when I bought this car. They were able to fix the dent over the rear tire well with out painting (PDR, paint less dent repair). I have worked on cars & muscle cars most of my life, Ive been around guys who raced and did custom paint so I know a little about the work involved. I am well retired now and have not been in those circles for 25+ years so I was a little cautious when it came to finding a shop who could repair this car. I got 4 estimates and talked to each shop to get a feel of what they know, even though Accurate Collision was not the least expensive they were also not the most expensive. I cannot say enough on how good a job they did. Thanks Eddie.

I am very statisfied with the costumer service and business Accurate collision have provided me with.. I brought my car in with them and they were so kind and very helpful. I honestly thought my car was a total loss and wasnt gonna ever look the same.. They made my car look as if nothing ever happened!!!! Brand new and even detailed my car!!! They washed and cleaned and was ready to go!!!! The owner of the business was very helpful!!! He constantly kept in touch with me to let me know the status in my vehicle.. They had my car ready in 2 Weeks as they promised!! My experience with ACCURATE was phenomenal.. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!! ***** I give them 5 star!

This guys are great, they helped me out after i got caught in a hail storm in Juarez last year. My car was full of dents and my windshield was damaged as well. The front desk person (i forgot her name).. walked me through the process and dealt with my insurance... great costumer service for sure
