This place turns out to be the best shop I’ve ever had any work done too. I was having major issues with my car and I took it to the dealer – I trusted the dealer. The dealer wanted to charge me $6400 which I did not have. I towed my car from the dealer and took it to United Auto. They were so nice to me there and explain everything. I had my car back on the road in two days and it cost me 786.00!!! I highly recommend United!

This shop blew my mind. My husband and i were driving from LA to Atlanta and broke down in El Paso. AAA driver Martin suggested we go to this shop off the highway. Great call! Dave (Mo), the boss, is a character, but has a heart of solid gold. He could have taken us for a fortune, but instead, he did his best to get us back on the road the right way. Martin, the mechanic, poured his heart into Lola and made her sing. He was floored that she was running at all with all the things that were wrong with her, and saddened that the mechanics that worked on her in LA let me leave in the condition she was in. She sounds and runs completely different now. I thank God for both of them! Its funny that as we were getting ready to head out, we all felt the same, Ill miss you feeling. One shouldnt have such a connection with strangers, but this shop really made us feel like family.

Took my car for an oil leak. A week later, my car was in the same exact spot, in the same exact way I parked it when I dropped it off. Owner tells me it will cost $1500 to fix the oil leak because it was most likely leaking from the rear engine seal and would have to take the transmission down for that. Apparently, they diagnosed it before even looking at it. He did acknowledge not looking at it but because of their experience, they knew already. I don’t think so. I picked up my car immediately. When I picked it up, the owner tried to play it off by telling me he was going to make sure his mechanic put all the parts back in my car. Little did he know I was right outside the shop by my car.

They dont know how to fix anything,way over priced,for services that should be way cheaper

Worse services eve, they charged me $1700 to fix it and I had brought my Mazada for service on the same issue over an over and they can never seem to fix it they see me coming and they are rude and don’t even tell me what’s going on and on top of that they don’t record what they do to my Mazda in their system and. And they very expansive

I hate auto shops! As a woman they always take advantage of women. That’s not what happened with United Auto. I took my car to another shop (I should name them but I won’t) and they told me I needed a new motor for over $4,000. They were right but also missed a minor electrical issue. United did the whole thing for $1,700. Honestly, my car runs better than ever!!! I highly recommend them...

Wont be taking my car anywhere else from now on! Took my 2006 Honda Accord to three different places and all wanted to overcharge me just for the starter, took it to UAS and next day problem fixed! Not only did I get quick and excellent service they only charged me a fraction of the price $$ Any future car trouble I will be definitely refer to Moe!

Great places to take your car to get worked on the owner is a.great person he has help me on a Sunday morning to get my alternator work done call him and he got a mechanic to show up to his shop to get the job done he as ase surtified mechanics working here and a master mechanic as his right hand man this shop is a small business and he takes care off his worked not alot off people do that so I say thank you for you help and you are one off the few trusted shop I will go to 10/10

They claim to know how to fix engine, due to the pull and put of the engine they end up destroying a lots of stuff in my car, I have to pay lots of money to fix the stuff they damage in my car.
