Ive gone to the major tire companies, Dicount Tires, Martin Tires, etc. No major company can compare to the service you get at C&M Tires. Ive come to these guys for three years straight, theyve never let me down. The most Ive waited to be attended to, is 5 minutes, literally. These guys are quick and efficient. Im always in and out within an hour. This is my go-to place for ANY issues regarding my tires. Thank you C&M Tires!

I took tires that they mounted and were leaking back to them to unmeant and remount the tires to fix the leak and rebalance the wheels and I got double charged for it. So now Ive paid for the tires to be mounted 3 times and balanced twice and this is just for 2 tires. All together Thats cost me more than 100 bucks. It cost me 60 to have them reseal and balanced 2 tires that they gave to me leaking.

As far as their work I give 5 stars.Customer service not so much. There was 1 guy who was ok. The boss, very moody.The 1 guy said they would take me home n pick me up. Had my van from 10am till my son went to get it at 5:30.Gave me excuses all .Yet another place in El Paso where I feel old white ladies are not welcome.

Did not have them work on my vehicle, so this review is strictly about customer service. There was an older couple having a tire repaired when I got there. The tech was very polite and straight forward; did not force them to buy a new tire or try to upsell, he was straight and honest about what was/could be done and when he was asked about putting on the spare instead of buying a new tire, he was very professional and obliged the older man who owned the truck.My car had broken down and I went In to ask about some parts for a quick fix until I could get a replacement, ( they did not sell the part). The young lady behind the desk was very polite and worked with me and the techs to find something that would work.I will be going back in the future to see how their work is, but if their work is anything like their customer service, I have nothing to worry about. 5 Stars.

They had 7 workers all looking at one car then the audacity of saying theirs a line to get work done on a completely different day they’re slow unmotivated n obviously don’t know theirs people that know how long certain jobs take n how many people it requires 2nd time going n they’ve done 0 work on my cars ina save myself w time next time

Ive been bringing my car here since I bought it in 2013, always amazing service.

I went to this shop to get a new tire. As I parked and got off my vehicle, the workers there didnt bother to look my way. So I waited for 15 minutes to see if someone would come and assist me, but no one did. I tried getting their attention, but was ignored. So I left and came to a different shop and these guys were at the ready to help me out. C & M Tires LLC have no customer service at all.

I took two flat tires in yesterday and in 20 minutes I was in and out. Totally satisfied with the work they did and the price was more than fair. They even put a nice new metal air cap on the tires. I will definitely be doing more business here

Awesome place and staff was very accommodating and mechanically professional. I pulled in with a screws in my tire, and though it was going to be a costly day, but the staff fixed the issue in no time. I was there at open time and got my tire fixed and a tire rotation and balanced under 45 mins. C&Ms affordable prices and outstanding work makes taking care of your vehicle manageable again. Thanks to the staff members for working on my 2012 Toyota Tundra Rock Warrior.

Great service. They have two locations and both are fast and provide top notch service. They are always able to handle how if youre a little frustrated and come off as rude and know that youre not really mad. I would always take my car to the dealership and it seems all they did was look over any issues until its almost too late. These guys are awesome and are there to work. Highly recommend this place.

I have been here twice, first time for a safety inspection and second time for an oil change. Both times I have had good and quick service. Their prices are reasonable, and they will take care you. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

After my car being in a different shop for 7 weeks and they didn’t fix my problems, we took the car here and they had it fixed in 2 days, they do very good work here and the staff is very attentive and quick. If you need your car fixed this is the place to go.

The employees work fast and they charge 10 bucks to fix a flat, way better then other establishments in El Paso. They do get super busy at times so call before you go unless you live near them by Yarborough and Montana.

Terrible experience. Not that they werent nice or anything but I got some used tires and 3 months later had to get them replaced yet again. They claimed to have a month guarantee however the tread is terrible. They pretty much have me the most worn out tires they could find. Go to discount tire. Theyre way better than C&M.

Every time I go its always something. Took my abs to get checked and their computers couldnt connect. Went in for the fuel pump on 2 separate occasions and their mechanic wasnt in? I needed my brakes bled but when I got the car back I could still feel air from the brake pedal. Got a tire from them, it turned out to be unbalanced and now the car shakes around 50mph

Gave the guy on the phone my year make and model over the phone and he was not able tp help me. He said i need the size of the tire! I sad 15 inches and he said no the exact measurement. . . . wth. Iliterrally just called discount tire and they were able to find my size just with that info. Somebody needs more training. Or to want to work a little more. Cause whoever is on tue phone has poor customer ssrvice

Nothing but the best, had an emergency so had to purshase some used tires, few months after came back to quote a set of brand new tires, ended up having my brakes and tires replaced. Great price and customer service!

Pulled in to buy a tire and all four people working watched me walk into the office and never came in. I stood in front of the counter for over 10 minutes as they smoked and watched me through the window. I am now at Martin Tire getting all four tires. Nothing beats good customer service when you’re spending your hard earned money.
