Ive had now two instances where the services here have been borderline unacceptable. The first, when they sold us the wrong part to replace a broken side mirror, yet wouldnt refund us when it couldnt be replaced. The second, was when I had my inspections done here. The parts that needed replacement were replaced, however they used a different license plate number, so when trying to update my registration, the Vin # and plate didnt match. Not worth getting a subaru if you have to deal with these people.

Staff is very friendly and paperwork was emailed to me when their internet wasn’t working. My big issue with this center is that I made an appointment, yet they didn’t take my car back until 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. This center shouldn’t offer the availability for appointments if they aren’t going to honor the time.

I’ve never in my life received such great service. It’s hard to surprise me, and they definitely went above and beyond and surprised me. Who ever manages this building is doing a great job with hiring great employees. Joseph was great, very tentative and professional. Because of my experience at Subaru El Paso, I will always be a Subaru customer. I Even overheard some of the employees asking customers if they would like some refreshments and showed them where they could find the bathroom. I was very surprised. I hope every other location can live up to Subaru El Paso. I was already pleased with their service before finding out they washed my car for me too after servicing my car for a new tire. Thank you Joseph for your service! And thank you Subaru for having such great employees!

I tried to buy a car online from them. No internet sales experience. General Manager Barbara Armendariz did not follow through. I contacted the sales manager, Patrick Gonzalez and the internet sales manager, Rovio Herrera and received no response. The had the vehicle listed on True car and did not honor the offer

My mom and I found my subaru through our lender. The car was located in El Paso, TX. It was love at first sight. I went to test drive the car (I live an hour away) and decided that this was the car I wanted. Paperwork had to be shipped remotely for additional signatures from my mom, which of course would take a few days. As Monday rolled around we heard NOTHING from the dealership. Keep in mind my mom sent it off a few days prior on Saturday. It should have gotten there.We had to reach out to them to make sure everything was okay. For a job that requires a lot of communication and people skills, these people lack that skill. They had gotten it, and my mother had to play pass the phone with people until she was told the finance manager would call her back. They never did. This is extremely frustrating, because we were kept out of the loop. She finally got a hold of a manager and told them Id be picking up the car Tuesday at 10a.m. to which they agreed.We showed up a little late, and things were still NOT completed. All of the major paper work had been done, signatures had been placed. The car was getting washed. What was supposed to take 15-25 minutes to get keys, and sign a vehicle release took an hour and a half. My salesperson would disappear for long periods of time with out informing us on status of the vehicle. It was very frustrating, sitting without any updates. At one point we were told he was going to fill up the car, and then came back about a half an hour later and said he still had to fuel up the car due to issues in new gas cards.Im not sure if the dealership is understaffed or what is happening? My boyfriend has had similar experiences with this dealership too with salesmen. There has to be a better method of helping customers. At least update people on the process so that people are not waiting in the dark.

Do not go to this dealership! We went Monday to test drive a suburban. The next day I texted the sales person he told me I needed $3000 down if we could come up with some they would give us the rest on my trade in (which they only offered $1200 when NADA reflects trade in on my car is $3500-$4500) we came up with $2000. We didn’t hear back that day, so the next day after I texted the sales person again which he responded they were still working on it my husband went up there and they said we needed $5500 down or my husband could trade in his Jeep which is very unprofessional because that’s not the vehicle we are trying to trade in. We just received notice(April 17,2020) where they ran our credit three different days with the same banks saying we needed to finance $31000 when the 2011 suburban we were trying to get with everything out the door (with the price left over from my current car plus the cost of the suburban) was under$25000 on the papers I signed after we test drove it.Also, they told us we could trade my car in with my husband and my mom co-signing even know they were not on the current loan and after they ran our credit so many times the story changed and we couldn’t do that.

There I was in the lobby. Alone. With nothing but my thoughts. Then without warning! No one appeared to help me. It was as if I was the only one there. Then the corporation sent a dealer to sell me the wrong car. It was almost like my cellular devise held more information than the dealer.
Dude lied to my face and tried to get me to sign a contract before I was able to see the numbers. When asked to see the exact numbers, the salesman said he needed a signature first... hell no. Steer clear of these scammers.

We drove 4 hrs to go test drive a car they said was there that morning and when we got there they sold it the day before. The sales manager coward in his office and wouldnt even come out but sent the young sales guy out to apologize. I wouldnt send anyone there. I still bought a Subaru, I ordered a new one but not from them.
