Depending on who is your service advisor depends on the quality of service. Ask for Tony as your service advisor you cant go wrong
Awesome people even on an extremely hot day!!!! I went to visit Oscar in finance, but as I locked my truck, I immediately noticed I also locked my keys inside my truck. The service guys are terrific - we all laughed a little on my situation; but seriously, they opened my truck in less than a minute. Wow!! At no charge!! I saved a lot of cash, thanks to the great attitude of the Casa Ford personnel.
Our experience was very good. We came in for an oil change (we are on the road camping from Oregon) and they noticed one of our turbos was leaking. Unfortunately we were not able to get the truck back to them in time to get it fixed that day and needed to wait til Monday. It was promised to be fixed by 1pm Monday and it was! The service advisor Ivan Sanchez was fantastic and we thank him for his attentive work.
Tried to call the service number and it didnt work. A thing popped up that said text us so I did. They were unable to schedule an appointment for me and instead gave me a link that just gave me the same service number that didnt work. I asked them to call me and even after I had told them the service number was not working, they just linked me to the same page with the bad service number. I told them that this was horrible customer service and they said Im sorry you feel that way, which is extremely unprofessional and dismisses the fact that they have terrible customer service. I am taking my business elsewhere.
These guys always get me squared away and for reasonable rates.
Had extended warranty on my F150 King Ranch and brought it in with an appointment on a Thursday morning first thing. They didn’t get to it till Monday the car rental only covered six days. However they only work 5 days out of the week. They had my vehicle and told me that they hadn’t even ordered the parts they were on back order due to Covid I understand that however they should’ve informed me that I wasted my six days with my rental car. They did not even have a shuttle car. I was out without a vehicle had to ask to take my truck instead of letting it sit here at the dealership and then to call me when the part arrived. The date was set for March 12. On that day the part never came they were still missing one piece I brought my truck in and I was told it would be done at 1600 (after five days of working on it. Thursday- Wednesday). Still not finished. 1640 still no truck. Wish, Ford would look into this and take some action. I do not recommend this location unless you own a dodge.

I have been using this location exclusively since I purchased my F250, and have always had a positive experience. I did not purchase my F250 from their location but will definitely next time, only because of the service they have provided for me and keeping me on the road.

Great service! I live in Las cruces so didnt really want any issues, Casa delivered. Drove in, every one was masked. Took care of a little paperwork in the truck. Waited for service to be done(oil-n-stuff) about an hour fifteen ( which is normal to me). Cashiers office completely social distanced, and I was on my way.
I experienced very bad service. I took my truck in to have a recall part installed. I had an appointment for this service. It turned out no one ordered the part. My truck was there for a week.I was called that my truck was ready so I picked it up. I was charged for a recall they said because of the miles it had. When I picked it up I noticed a burned oil smell. The next day I noticed the smell getting worse so I got underneath and checked the transmission. I noticed a bolt that wasnt screwed in and oil was leaking. If I hadnt looked underneath it would have ruined my transmission. I cant believe this is the Service from a Ford Dealership and a Carfax site.
Make sure you dont get Mr Javier or double check the work. They sound very helpful but dont complete the job!!! Huge waste of time

I bought a truck at VIva Ford in EL Paso, and was told I forfeited my service program because they gave me a discount on my truck, I called Casa Ford to see if they would service my truck, they were great the lady told me don’t worry we’ll take good care of you, they sent me to a service advisor name Craig, he we unreal he made sure all maintenance was done, gave me a oil change had the technician go over my truck to assure that their wasn’t any problems, he deserves a 100 star rating, and so does all the great people in their service department I will always buy only at Casa Ford for any ford truck or car in the future

I traded both my vehicles in for a truck, and they havent payed of my previous vehicles still getting billed for them!! Its been 2 weeks now, have had very unprofessional help from Alex in financing. Called the banks where I had the loans at and they havent been contacted or received anything. Extremely not happy, with this purchase, will not recommend to anyone. If youre thinking about coming here, try the other Ford dealership. Or just get someone other then Alex to do your financing.

Great customer service. Staff answered all my questions and took their time explaining so I could understand every detail.
Gave me the run around too much, guy that was supposed to be taking care of my wifes vehicle was dodging my calls, and wouldnt return my calls when he said he would, left a bunch of messages at the front desk and nothing, almost a week until she got her car back, and he just called out of no where to tell her that it was ready for pick up.
Fast turn-around on fixing my vehicle.
They gave us the run around too much took them almost a week to give us our money back. NOT RECOMMENDED ..
