My malibu had the AC compressor go out and ruin the system. These guys got the whole system replaced in 2.5 days. For a great price. David kept me updated throughout and the car is running amazing. Will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!!!

Ive known Wards to be dependable and work was always done very well. I needed a new radiator and parts related to my 21 yr old but reliable Toyota Tundra, my first major problem with it. My praise to David and crew who worked on my truck. They also had to replace my battery which was dead on arrival. Their price quote was very reasonable andthe job done quickly. Toyoto is running smooth again, and the follow up by David was a nice thoughtful act. My thanks again to all.

Feb 5,,2021Do Not Use Charles Ward Motor Clinic, AAA should remove them from there Certified list!!!We paid AAA an Extra $200 to tow our SUV to Ward Automotive since they were a AAA Preferred Shop. What a mistake. We had it dropped at 4:00 AM to be fixed. I spoke to the owner at 7:30 AM and he was UPSET our SUV was dropped in front of one of his bay doors (Wow, we brought him business shame on us). The AAA tow truck driver took pictures to show the only broke item was the wheel that broke off the hub. Well then Ward Auto dragged my SUV out of the way of he bay door breaking off the brake line and damaging the parking brake mechanism. I confirmed with the AAA two truck driver that none of these items were damaged, he took extra time to make sure he didn’t damage any items when he loaded the SUV on the flatbed and unloaded it. My son had to stay 3 extra days in El Paso while this was fixed. He picked up the vehicle on end of day Friday to continue his trip to California to only find out they didn’t fix everything. One rear shock absorber was broken in two. I have no idea how they missed this. First they create additional damage then they overlook damage. They said they took it for a test drive.I was not going back to Ward to fix this, I took it to Lexus where I should have in the first place to have it fixed causing my son to have to stay in El Paso 4 more days.Do not use Ward Automotive.

I called AAA one afternoon after my car wouldn’t start and this was the shop that they had recommended. Had my car towed here and I’m VERY pleased with how everything went. David was very professional and helpful. I needed a new battery so I left my car overnight, they fixed it the next morning and I had my car back before noon the next day. I’m very happy how fast and painless the whole experience was.Thank you Ward Motor Clinic!

Ward Auto Clinic was a great find, for I’m new in town. Customer service was top notch (clear communication, professional, friendly, accurate information). Accepted my towed vehicle, AAA approved, diagnosed problem (free) and quoted repair at approximately $1000. Informed me my car would be ready by end of day. I was called several hours later to let me know my car was ready, running great, and actual cost for parts and labor = $725. Covid-19 conscious facility with really clean reception area and offices, face coverings and respectful social distancing. I highly recommend David Ward and his auto repair clinic! BTW the car runs great again.

As a woman, my biggest fear was being cheated and overcharged. There is too much to get into, but the bottom line is that David W. earned my trust through being clear and detailed about what my car needed and nothing more. Cost was surprisingly fair and delivery time was exceptional. Im so happy that I found a trustworthy mechanic. I will undoubtedly recommend CWMC!

Very professional and does what they tell you.

They said they changed my thermostat and water pump, 6 months pass and I had to change the thermostat again, and today 2 years after they said they changed my water pump it broke. I dont recommend them.

I have taken my car to Ward Motor Clinic for many years and have always been very satisfied. In advance they will provide me with their expectation of both the cost and the time involved; if there is a change in either, they will call to inform me. I will never consider taking my car elsewhere!

Havent taken our vehicle to a shop since moving here so when i was looking i was nervous. Ended up taking a chance here based on aaa approved shop and i saw pretty much nothing but good reviews. Everything went smooth and quick, dropped it off the day prior and they had diagnosed, fixed, and back by end of next day. They had good communication and decent pricing. Will continue taking our truck here for our major service needs.

I took my 2011 Ford Escape in to Ward Motor to find out why my engine light was on. David the owner was very thorough with the diagnostic check up. He fixed the faulty cylinder head that was causing the problem. I got a great deal on the repair and even got some discounts .My Escape is running like new! Called looking to get the timing chains on my car replaced, first time I called they answered and hung up. second time i called they picked up, the gentleman said he couldnt find the part number for timing chains for a mustang gt.. not something out of the ordinary then hung up on me. Ill be looking to spend my money else where.
