Great service. My only complaint is they had only one guy to attend to a rush of cars lined up to be checked-in. Had to wait quite a while just to drop off my car.

Got an oil change via Caradvise at Sears. Next oil change had my dad do it just to find out Sears STRIPPED MY OIL PAN bolt and put BLUE LOCKTITE ON AN OIL PAN BOLT! EVEN I KNOW NOT T0 DO THAT!! And they didnt say anthing.. Then I just bought brand new tires on the recommendations they put for me to get new tires and tried to pitch me new tires. 3 stars since I only paid $45 via CARADVISE for full synthetic but wont go back

Leo Wong was helpful and friendly very professional. He was dealing with 6 cuand one upset customer because her appointment was after mine appointment and was screaming at Leo. He keep his cool and took care of it all.

Just moved into town. Went in for an oil change. They took care of me pretty quick and in a timely manner. Great service I recommend this auto repair shop to anyone.

Been coming here to get my vehicles worked on and have had good experiences.. except for today I am being refused a service due to tire size, when I have had multiple vehicles with same tires at this place for the same service before without a problem... they guy seemed pretty careless

All of the employees I dealt with were super sweet but they were very clearly understaffed. I was told it would take an hour and a half to get an oil change but it ended up taking nearly 3 hours if I wouldve known this I wouldve come back another day. It was very inconvenient and for this reason I dont think Id ever return. Managment really needs to get their stuff together because the employees were very clear stressed and overworked they were trying their best though and I was impressed with how kind they were in the face of such stress.

I came here with a groupon for an alignment for my truck. The alignment came with a Courtesy alignment within so many miles and months. The first alignment was done ok but the second one they loosened all the bolts on the passenger side. You hear of Mechanic shops doing shady things for more business and it’s sad to say that yes this sears auto center does business like that. Never coming back here!

Long wait to get seen even with appointment. simple 1 tire replacement took hours. wouldnt go back if warranty wasnt with sears.

Im not sure why there are so many terrible reviews about this place. Weve been coming here for years for tire service, and theyve always been kind and try to find ways to save us money. We have always been happy with our service. The wait, for me, has been comparable to other shops, and at least here, we can peruse the mall to waste time.

Im never coming here again. I took my car in to get all 4 tires replaced and I was informed that it would take 2 hours to complete. 2 hours later I show up and my car wasnt even in the garage yet. There were very few cars there when I dropped it off. Associate said it would take an hour and a half longer, so I decided not to get my tires done. Not only did they miss out on my tire purchase, they lost a customer. Im never going back.

Been coming for years to this location. Always treated well and given great service. This last time i sent my son who had problem with alignment issues. Manager Jesus was rude and would not warranty alighment. Kept giving excuses. Taking my business elsewhere

I received excellent customer service from the service managers they were very attentive they were very respectful they did took a few hours but it didnt matter because i went to shop to the mall and when i came back my car was ready

Very unsatisfied with the service!!! Never ever use this place!!! My husband and I had a appointment at 10 am and were literally the 3rd person in the shop. And they told us they would call us when they figured out the problem. Three hours later, no call so we went back and they told us it wouldnt be ready until 5 pm.Unless you want to wait around all day while they twirl their thumbs, find somewhere else!!

This place needs to be restaffed. I came in to get my oil changed. The only guy working there said it would take about 3 hours. I shopped the mall for 4 hours waiting for them to call, they didnt. When I came back he told me they got swamped, theyre about to close and they didnt have time for my car. They must have screwed over a ton of people because I was at the front of a very long line at 12pm. When I came back the line was still long. They couldve called me instead of wasting my Sunday. Theres always one guy working on his own. It makes everything take twice as long. Theres three desks/registers but only one employee. And its like this every time. Unprofessional all around.

Slow, and I was lied to.I told them I am in a time constrain, they said itll take between 1 hr and 1.5 hr, came back 1.5 hr later and the only finished 1 item out of 3 they said they will finish in time.

When asking to speak to the district manager they will not give you a phone number. Bought tires and then they discontinue them or never have them instock. Warning do not buy tires from Sears.

Horrible place just stay away!
