These fine people are total experts in import autos and darn good with domestics as well. They are careful and meticulous with your car. Due to Covid I believe they are working on an appointment basis. If you want it repaired correctly these are the correct people to do the job.

Brought my 04 F150 in for backup lights on at 10:00 am Friday, expecting my truck to be in the shop till the following week. At 2:00 they called and my truck was ready. Diagnosed, corrected shorts, replaced fuses, fixed a few more lights. Very happy.

These folks are great. They are our go-to mechanics after dealer/manufacturer warranties expire. Reasonable pricing and competent, friendly mechanics and staff.

They are fast, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The only drawback is the hours they are open. It is difficult to get there to drop off or pick up the car when they work typical business hours, 8 to 5. Other than that their repairs are always good at a reasonable price.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in and out in a timely manner. My air conditioner needs to be fixed still...after we find out where the leak is (car less than 42,000 miles) Ill have more to say once I see how THAT goes. UPDATE:: 6/29/18 Checked for leaks (put dye into system 4 weeks ago) NO LEAKS!! Recharged 4 weeks ago....still cold! All Tech Auto charged me TWICE (Aapprox.$100 each time) for dye. There was NEVER ANY DYE PUT INTO THE SYSTEM!! Tinkertoy said if dye had EVER been put into the system (even 10 years ago!) the residue would still be visible. No residue...NO dye!! Also when All Tech recharged system...was only cold 2-3 weeks. And....you know it has been hot the past 4 weeks!! So TINKERTOY AUTOMOTIVE......honest!! Go there!!

I was told about Tinkertoy Automotive. As with any new automotive shop, I was skeptical but after talking with them and work done on my truck, I found them extremely knowledgeable with fair prices. We now have another car there for repairs that would cost at least twice as much if taken to a dealer. I will continue to take my vehicles to them.

So far, so good. They told me that what 2 previous mechanics had told me..was a flat out lie. I had been cheated. 2 places told me they had done a specific service, and these guys proved to me that I had been charged for a service that had not been done.....at all!! Now lets see if these guys can fix my car correctly.....it is an AC problem. I am hopeful. Quick, pleasant and reasonable....so far. Ill let you know how it turns out.

Tke car was a volvo oay n the gang mechanisx took my daughter fir iver 6,000dollars on a 3 visit span..yeah they can fix a ford ir a chevy and get great reviews..they should be honest and say they cant fix problems instead of ripping off..and the price is never finak they always find something else and tack on charges..incompetence at its best..they see money and dummies a mile away..shane on them..god has hinest people out there..they are not just one of them..they are about easy issues..the real tinker from class of 76 0r 78 was not like that..todatw..the vilvo is not working..this happenrd about a year ago..i wanted to go face them in person but my daughters whose volvo it is stopped me..please look it up..nichols..again shame on u!

Honest shop nice and friendly owner but this time he gave me a price that was excessive according to my understanding. But they are one of the best in El Paso.

High prices-poor value. Got vehicle problem repaired after two1/2 days.My blinkers wont work now, total price payed was around $200 more than original estimate given. Definetly not going back again or would I neither recommend it to any family or friends.

Pat and the guys took on a large job with my 1974 Chevy 4x4 and didnt BS me about how long it would take or the cost and potential problems that may occur.I had went to some other shops that gave me low ball estimates and timelines so they could get my business but then I could see all the jobs sitting there covered in dust waiting to get worked on.Ive been hot rodding and working on cars since the 80s and I just didnt have the time or space to do this job.I have a good understanding of the hours, parts and possible bads that may come along with this custom engine swap and that a big job like this has to take a backseat to other customers tune ups, brake jobs etcThe price was fair, the work professional and their patience with me as a customer with my many questions appreciated. Will take the truck to Ernies Mufflers for new pipes and review.
